Renata and Bruno's friendly welcome and attention throughout our stay. Great location, super facilities.
Consider installing more electric points for the pitches - some are so far away that they need a second extension lead (not on this occasion).

We had a breakdown on the way to the ferry from the UK, I sent two emails and a message using the campsite messaging system asking if we could change the dates, I have not received a reply. 906.133
The fact that no one replied, poor cp.munication is an understatement.

The owner is extremely friendly and helpfull. Standard is above average in France

What a wonderful week of music and great atmosphere. Marciac has a fantastic design for an intimate festival.
Nice pitch, shaded and level. Good food and live music at the bar. So convenient for a short walk into Marciac.

Cold shower water and the plot is very small for a camper.

Our pitch was not level, we were in a camper and even with our ‘chocks’ could not get it level, When we book for next year will ask for a specific number pitch

L'environnement du camping est très agréable. Il est proche des commodités. L'accueil au camping est sympathique.
Le mobil-home est spacieux. La porte de communication entre la chambre et la salle d'eau est bien pratique. On aurait apprécié d'avoir un grille-pain et une casserole supplémentaire. L'état intérieur du mobil-home est tout à fait correct.
La terrasse demanderait à être rénovée.

Un grand MERCI a Renata, Bruno et a toute l'équipe du camping ! C'était notre premier séjour dans le camping pour une durée de 3 semaines, on a commencé par 11 nuits en emplacement tente sans électricité puis on a terminé en mobil-home. Le camping est au top, petite piscine pour se rafraîchir, coin sanitaire propre , buanderie, bar et snacking bien pratique et agréable ! Franchement un coup de coeur notamment grâce a l'accueil de l'équipe du camping qui sont présents pour rendre notre séjour au top ! Une fois de plus , grand merci pour l'équipe du camping ! Emplacement super pour notre tente ! Ombragé, spacieux ( on avait une tente traditionnelle 4 places ) on était si bien dans l'emplacement que on aurait pu rester les 3 semaines ! Après on est allé en mobil-home et super confort avec terrasse couverte etc grand luxe !

l'emplacement du camping à proximité du centre ville et notamment du festival est appréciable, ainsi que la taille des emplacements camping car, et surtout l'ombre pour supporter la chaleur de cet été,
peut être à améliorer: l'accès au wifi qui n'est pas évident avec l'application utilisée qui promet 10 mn gratuites que je ne suis pas arrivée à avoir en indiquant les informations demandées..
