Cold shower water and the plot is very small for a camper.

Very small camping area for a camper, making the most of the land. We had booked since April.

Our pitch was not level, we were in a camper and even with our ‘chocks’ could not get it level, When we book for next year will ask for a specific number pitch

I was welcomed and looked after from the moment I arrived. The cafe bar area is a great place to relax. The pizzas look amazing. I have subsequently extended my booking of another week!
Personally, I would prefer individual hot and cold taps in the wash rooms but this is a very small issue.
The pitch was a good area to establish an awning or separate tent. Although the pitch had a slope I was able to compensate with my levelling ramps.
The facilities were clean and well maintained. I appreciated the use of the laundry facilities. All the guests seemed to use them responsibly.

We had car problems, so we stayed longer than planned, very grateful for all the help we've got! Friendly people, nice surrounded!

Nothing in particular. Went there because of the pool.
Heated pool till the end of September. It was half full of dirty water with drowned rats in it. We left early even though we had paid for longer.

We had never been in this area before and were visiting looking for houses. Renata and Bruno were absolutely lovely with everyone, they are both cheerful and attentive..they even remembered that I was vegetarian and made a meal available to me. They were totally flexible with us and even though we stayed on longer than we booked, this was no problem and they made our stay easy and problem free. The bar area at night was great fun and the music was fab...thoroughly enjoyed it. We have never met a more cheerful pair running a campsite, they were great with us...

The pitches were deep and there were picnic tables and seats throughout the site to eat on. The water and power were both close by the van and remained stable throughout our stay. The pitches were nice and shady which was important in the heat of August.

We had a nice stay on a shady pitch. Despite a fully booked campsite (jazzfestival) the atmosphere was relaxed and the toilets and showers were impeccable.

Renata est vraiment super ! Accueil chaleureux... on se sent déjà chez nous dès l'arrivée. Camping au calme et bien placé (près du lac, du village) et la région est très jolie.

Les propriétaires du Camping sont géniaux, très sympathique. On s'y sent tout de suite à l'aise. Endroit très sympathique, ombragé avec des emplacements spacieux. Très bien entretenu et très propres. Accueil chaleureux

Nous avions réservé un emplacement pour une tente 2 mois avant notre séjour pour pouvoir assister au festival de jazz. A notre arrivée, la propriétaire nous a attribué un emplacement de dernière minute, un morceau de papier punaisé indiquait 26 bis ! Cette place était en pente et très proche des accès de entrée et sortie ; nous n'avons pas pu dormir correctement. De plus, lorsque j'ai signalé calmement le motif de mon mécontentement à mon départ, la propriétaire s'est montrée très désagréable. Apparemment elle profite de son monopole sur Marciac.
Améliorer l'accueil, donner de vrais emplacements à toute personne ayant réservé.

Séjour agréable dans un camping familial et paisible. Bruno et Renata sont très sympa et à l'écoute. Endroit très bien entretenu.
Mobil home propre, fonctionnel et bien placé en hauteur. Belle vue.
Il manquait un séchoir à linge.

Grand emplacement ombragé, calme, proche sanitaires. Très bon petit déjeuner aussi salé et sucré en terrasse.
On a pu avancer la voiture pour décharger et recharger, puis se garer sur grand parking plein champ tout proche.
