We loved the pools, supermarket, entertainment and bar area, and the general area. The cleanliness of the whole campsite was great and the range of services and activities was excellent. We really liked being able to use the facilities of the other 2 campsites so we varied it and split our time between the 3 complexes. Location was perfect for us and the beach was amazing.
The restaurant onsite was really not great. Its not very welcoming, poor service, and when we visited it was empty and lacked atmosphere. The focus seems to be on the takeaway, and sit down guests are ignored and service is slow. For the food that we got, it was expensive, so much better value down the town. This is a shame as I think some simple improvements would be great.
Stayed in Eurocamp mobile across the road, and it was great.
Strict pool rules which seems a bit severe. my kids wanted to play with a small ball in the pool, but were not allowed. Not sure why this is not allowed.

Mobile home excellent, pedestrian zone very well set-up with great privacy. Very clean & good organisation.
Difficult to get a sunbed at the pool, majority covered with towels & apparently 'reserved' through lunch etc. Pool area could have been cleaner and better supervised to enforce the rules. Many people carrying shoes / sliders into the pool area & not leaving them in the shoe station. People eating food in the pool areas, also a few people vaping / smoking. Restaurants were not appealing.

We had an excellent time, lovely accommodation, very clean and everything well kept. The kids loved the pools and the fact you had access to all 3.
Not allowed to use the pool on the last day as we were there until 2pm and kids very disappointed. Activities at the pool not very accessible for English speakers.

Niestety na minus: - mała ilość obiektów gastronomicznych w strefie basenowej - nie działające Wi-Fi (zasięg był na plaży i przy barze ale nie w domku) - wymóg obcisłych kąpielówek na basenach!!! - zjeżdżalnie na basenach nie dostępne w tych samych godzinach co basen

Campsite had everything you would need as a family of teens and small children, shop, bakery, take aways, entertainment but access to 2 other pools with adult areas and the close proximity to the beach. Planting and maintenance on site is fantastic

The mobile was modern- loved not needing a key. The campsite was spotless as were the 2 sister sites.
Need to be able to wash your hands after the toilet outside the pool- no sink provided. One night time show was excellent. The other nights were poor.
Keyless was super.

Very enjoyable stay, great facilities across all 3 sites. Eurocamp mobile very good and clean but pitches very close together. Luckily next to us was unoccupied otherwise we would have been able to eat along si de them as verandah adjacent.

Really worth paying extra for the signature Maison accommodation. Spacious and modern in car free quiet areas, a real sanctuary to come back to. Three great pools to choose from but you need to be 10am opening to get a sunbed. Beach wonderful with shallow waters.
The main streets outside of the camp site are awful for food choice and very tacky. Absolutely dire. You do really need a car if you are looking for anywhere decent to eat outside of the camp sites. The beach garden roof top bistro is great with excellent food and service but steer clear of Charlemagne food area unless you like very loud karaoke whilst you eat. The Nouvelle Floride bar/entertainment could do with some improvement as it’s like a concrete car park with a bar. The Beach garden bar and entertainment area much nicer with beautiful flowers surrounding it.
Spacious and modern. Very clean on arrival. Beds made and all cutlery and china sparkling. The area where the lodges are situated is very quiet and far enough away from entertainment not to bother you at night. Very close to pool and amenities. Glad we paid the extra.
The sofa far too small and uncomfortable for family. If you had a wet day you really wouldn’t be comfortable indoors all day on that sofa. Beds very hard mattresses.

We have holidayed at Beach Garden for the last 5 years and thoroughly enjoyed every visit. We chose to move to Nouvelle Floride as we enjoyed the pool area on our previous visits, and noticed that there was a new area with Maison de Sables. The parking space for pitch 322 was very small. and we had to remove our rear bike rack to fit in the space. There was a considerable amount of noise from the entertainment area and also from the external bar across the road - which carried on until after midnight. The WiFi coverage was dreadful.
Increase the car parking space size. Request external entertainment venue to reduce noise levels after 11pm.
The Maison des Sables which we stayed in last year at Beach Garden was far superior to this new one at Nouvelle Floride - which just felt like a caravan. We were disappointed that the second bathroom was not a en-suite, as we had friends coming with us and we had told them it was an en-suite as that was what we had last year. The showers were excellent, as was the outside area.
Lack of storage and hanging space compared to the same accommodation at Beach Garden. Kitchen storage - cupboards too high to reach items inside. WiFi was particularly poor.

I think it’s possibly the best campsite we have ever stayed at. Everything was clean and even the toilets smelt nice!
The paella we bought from the takeaway wasn’t up to much! Also, a man with a leaf blower blew dust into our camper, not impressed. If the pitches were less dusty it would have been unbelievable
Location of the pitch was handy for pool complex, shops, restaurants and WCs/showers.
Bit noisy as we were right by the entrance. Also, people leaving engines running whilst dealing with reception staff. The ground itself was like dust so very dirty inside our camper by the time we departed
