Chaos at reception. Better system needed to allocate unbooked pitches to motorhome and touring caravans.

Excellent facilities, helpful and friendly staff. Serving, entertainment and reception staff were excellent at their jobs.

It would have been helpful if security staff knew some English as we had some issues when we tried to check-in.

More showers and toilets, not enough during main season.

Absolutely fabulous complex, facilities were spotless, location right on the beach, pools great even an adult only pool which was great for us. Staff worked really hard to make sure everything was spot on.

We really enjoyed our holiday, the accommodation and facilities are excellent. The staff were incredibly helpful, we will be back!

The pools were busy but this doesn’t put us off.

Best camping site we have visited so far. Beach is amazing, pool areas are scaled adequate for the number of people, so that you can get a sunbed even in the high season. Staff very friendly. Restaurant very good. Take away options very good. The mobile home we had (cottage collection was either new or they were just very good at cleaning it). Kids had fun with entertainment in the evening.

Cant really think of any downsides.

Great stay, great area

Less loud shows after 23.00. If the rule is that you are to be quite after 23.00 then the show should not be so lound until 24.00 ish.

The modern houses, the service, the pool areas.

The noise from the scenes at night, maybe turn down the noise at 23.00.

All restaurants in the area that we tried were not up to standards. This includes the pizza from camping. Would have expected the big outdoor bar by the beach to served some simpler lunches like salads, pizzas and toasts.

Our mobilehome was prettier and cleaner than our house - very very good condition! The pool area was very excellent, clean and safe with lifeguards.

A few mails was in french, making it very difficult for foreigners to understand also it was difficult to read from mails the name of the mobilehome and what equipments was included. Mailinfo could be improved.

Excellent reception staff, went out of their way to make me welcome and accommodate my camping car ( it would not fit next to my accomodation)

Better sound proofing, the main bedroom of the unit backs onto the unit in the next row’s outdoor seating unit so sleep/nap is dependant on the other occupants behind as the walls are so thin. Also your advertising doesn’t illustrate the density of units. Cost wise I expected better

Excellent site with good size pitches. Plenty of shade which was extremely helpful as it was high 30’s every day. Facilities were clean and tidy, did not have to wait for facilities plenty for everyone. The pool on site, we stayed at the Nouvelle Flouride camp, was excellent, did get busy but managed to get beds each time we used the adult section. The beach was located at the end of the site, no more than a 5 minute walk, superb, clean and the sea was crystal clear. The shops, restaurants and bakery were very well priced and compared to local shops, Bar with entertainment each evening .

Had to pay for WiFi on site.

The pich was fine and separated with a hedge and some shadow. The toilets were a bit old but clean. Beach is nice but very crowded. Staff helpful. Streets are very narrow so it can be hard to access with a big caravan.

The sewer in the nicest service building give the toilets a severes stench. Same as when we stayde 2 years ago. Should really do something about this. Use toilet paper in roll instead of sheets. Some way to dry hands when you have washed yourself at toilet. Staff could use some customer service training and greet guests when meeting them in the campsite.

Stayed during the June 2025 heatwave. The site was well maintained clean and although busy in the pool was still a great place to be. The evening entertainment was spot on for a camping site

We were thrilled with the location, 20min from the airport and direct access to the beach, it made it so easy to travel to then just walk everywhere on the site. Beautiful setting, excellent customer service throughout the Eurocamp park and we found all food and drink to be reasonably priced.

Our fridge/freezer did not work for the first day which was such a shame. We had spent money on a shop that we ended up having to bin some food and had to bother the neighbour to ask to use their fridge before someone could repair the next day. It was just inconvenient for a while but it was fixed quickly!

Like our pitch 494 good value for money and enjoyed it and liked the adult only pool.

Hire out sun loungers for camper van pitches. Partner likes early morning walk but large sliding door to the stage remained closed after 7am.

We stayed for five nights, but because the camper is so well maintained and the staff are very friendly and the location we decided to stay for two more nights

Near to the beach and the cleaness

The control system beteween the online reserve and the manual reception. It was a disaster. When I try prolongate the stay in the camping it was very bad from the employes and Managment.

Good location. Easy access to beach and pool and clean sanitaries 👌🏻 also nice with the possibility for shopping food and bread.

We had pitch 33. A little difficult to access with the caravan. But still a nice place.
