Hot water in the small toilet block. Non slip tiles in swimming changing rooms.
Emplacements were a good size.

Great site, great pool and kids activities including kids club, football, and an amazing playground.
On occasions the sanitation block was a smelly.

Toilets were smelly, overcrowded with cold water. Male toilets were particularly poor. This really let's the site down. Not enough sun loungers by the pool, 10 more would've solved the problem.

The pool was great, the slides were fun and barely any queuing. The lake was beautiful and fantastic for swimming and paddle boarding. Pitches were generous and ours was quite secluded. Very clean and tidy place. Toilets were regularly cleaned and decent. If camping / vanning without planning on driving anywhere, then stock up on food, as the nearest place other than the shop on site is quite far.

Clearer signage on the pitches. More toilets and showers would be beneficial as sometimes had to queue and in smaller block the water was often not hot.. the main block is lovely!

Liked the location of the site and it's proximity to the lake, which was opposite. The small shop on site and restaurant were very good. There were several play area's dotted around the site, with the main one near the pool. The pool itself was clean and had a smaller paddling pool for toddlers and a couple of slides seperate to the central pool. There is also an indoor pool. The cleaners are doing a good job at maintaining the mobile homes in-between people staying there. Check in and departure was friendly and easy
Pitches seem a bit crammed - like they are trying to squeeze in as many people as possible.
It was clean and spacious inside.

The campsite is well maintained, the staff and very helpful and its location is excellent. The place is clean and tidy and the food was really good.
The campsite is smaller than I anticipated but the pool areas are incredibly small for that number of people. It’s very lucky there is a lake. I would say this campsite is ideal for people with small children or who like to be in bed by 10pm. We had older children who wanted to stay up later and so did we whilst on holiday but everything shuts down at 10.
Well equipped and I like the outdoor seating area. Good shower.
It was so incredibly hot in there- it was like a tin box and unbearable in the heat. Some of the wood was rotten.

I like the location of Le Lac d'Orient which is nice on the banks of the lake. The staff is friendly and helpfull. This is the fifth time for us at this camping and the owners keep on investing such as with the expansion of the playground/acro.
Our pitch was dirty with toilet paper that had flown from the sanitary block. Sanitary block 2 is outdated and often at the end of the day dirty. Noise limits are not honored, with still lot's of noise after 10 pm. Last year the playground closed in the evening but now it stayed open all night

Let guests know on check in if they’d like to order bread and pastries they need to put their name down the night before
Easy to find as well marked and in a quieter area which was perfect.
The ground was very uneven and we didn’t park on the hard standing as it was flatter to park on the grass. That particular pitch needs to be levelled

Location, comfortability of the "Mobil home", pools and slides. Friendly animation. Very clean grounds.
Wifi is not fast enough to be workable and you are required to pay 40 Euros for it for a week. Can't use it. The restuarant and the shop are closed over lunch times, very inconvenient if you want to grab some lunch/groceries for lunch.Bed/Mattress in the main room was lopsided.
Clean, well laid out. Bathroom very nice and comfortable. Patio big with two nice loungers and table and chairs to eat and relax outside. Aircon was appreciated in the heat but needs a clean, everytime we turned it on we were all sneezing for hours. Mattress in main bedroom was sunken in and uncomfortable to sleep in. Nice cupboard space. Only minimal cutlery (4 of everything) so the dishwasher was appreciated.
Mattress was sunken in and uncomfortable. No oven. Not able to BBQ, but considering the fire risk, makes sense but would be a nice option.
