Nice setting
Don’t use the wash facilities unless you want to waste your money. Card cleared on 4 occasions but dry didn’t work was told be reception staff on 2 separate occasions that the pending payments would not be taken if the service was not provided, they were taken, after sending 2 emails I have had no acknowledgment and no refund. Unprofessional and rude I should have insisted it was resolved in person. Shame it’s a nice site but won’t return due to lack of customer service.

Absolutely fabulous campsite. Lots to do for all of the family. Great bar/restaurant on site with excellent food and service. The shower/toilet facilities were immaculate. I would highly recommend.

We Star with our Caravan for 2 Weeks. The Pitch was loveley, with old big Oaks and shadowed. Many Birds was surrounding us. Quite Place in the Night with a fantastic star view in the Sky. Restaurant was good, the Service friendly. Loveley Place to go Troyes.
Very loud Swimmingpool. Parents don‘t restrict their childs. Some more toiletts would be needed.
Hardstand pitch, with water and sewage Connection, electricity, old oaks and big enough for Caravan, car, Caravan-Front tent and Windsurf Equipment.
For some Camper it will be a transitcamp. Most of the time daily new neighbours with late arriving and early starting.

Lovely site, very quiet at night, pitch was great with plenty of space. The pitch was sloping but nothing the self levelling couldnt cope with

Super friendly welcome. Pitches good size and clean toliet facilities. Restaurant very good. Onsite facilities for children amazing - was tempted to try the climbing jungle myself. Excellent location across the road from the lake. Would happily return.

The location and the quietness of the Campground was highly appreciated. the lake, the forest and proximity to Troyes presented a variety of activities.
The pitch we were on was oneven because of the split between gravel and grass. The gravel was much higher then the grass. This was a surprise as we expected a level surface. Next time we will try to book a grass pitch.
We appreciated the private sanitary, but as indicated the uneven (i.e. not equal high) of the surface was prevented us to use our tent.

friendly staff - especially in the shop and restaurant
active information/ overview about attractions and things to do during the stay - especially as many things were not available any more --> better overview would help as well the surrounding enterprises and improve attractiveness in lower season
equipment functional and pretty complete, big fridge and included freezer were very helpful
beds were "ok" but could be better, cleanliness on arrival was ok but not outstanding

Regarding late-season tourist information, it is unfortunately difficult for us to provide an exact schedule of closures. This heavily depends on the weather as well as the water level of the lake, which was particularly low from late August this year due to the dry conditions, impacting some water activities. Staff incredibly helpful. Very clean facilities. The swimming pool looked lovely although we didn’t go in, Bar and restaurant staff were very good. Toilet and Showers were very clean.
Maybe attention to the young children racing around quite fast on adult electric bikes.

Great location on lac D'Orient, very clean, good facilities. Nice pitches.
More privacy on the pitches near footpaths.
Reception were very good allowing us to move from our oeoginal allocated pitch. The new pitch was spacious with sun and some shade.

This was a one night stop over on our journey South. Great facilities from onsite store; pools; wide range of childrens [& adult] outdoor games and cafe. The wash block had all you need. Would certainly consider a longer stay to explore the region in the future.
Qe had a caravan/motorhome pitch with fresh and waste water. Trees and bushes provide most pitches with boundaries and some privacy.
Access roadways quite narrow in places.

It was nice to have everything to yourself, shower, toilet, grill and fridge
Only annoying thing was when the sun was out the metal strip on the front would keep clicking. Also it would be good if people had to park with the hab door not facing your neighbour
