Evaluations that are not older than three years and have undergone a verification process. More infoFor almost 500 Euros per day, yes 500! staying in a Premium Dune lodge with jacuzzi with 2 bedrooms and 2 shower rooms, kitchen with tiny sofa, and aircon. VERY EXPENSIVE for what it was, especially when the facilities were so crowded that you couldn't get a sunbed by the pools or a meal in the on site restaurants. very poor customer service from management, 6 visits to reception and a day wasted trying to sort out the "guaranteed" wifi in our premium lodge.Manager refused to offer us any refund it was the spa voucher or nothing! He really couldn't care. Expensive food and drink on site
Looks like the management have tried to squeeze in as many lodges and camping spots as possible to maximise revenue but haven't upgraded the facilities accordingly. Guaranteed wifi in our premium lodge didn't work - the engineer told us it has never worked in that area while he worked on site becuase of the location and it needed a dedicated service. It shouldn't be listed as part of the inclusions if it has never worked. Manager told us that it was an added bonus, NO this was listed as included in our package, specifically for 4 devices.
Basically a small mobile home, clean but compact. to get into bed shuffling sideways was the option. Outside an area of decking with jacuzzi was pleasant plus a randomy placed seating area away from the property next to the road. It was less busy on our road being the park perimeter but surrounding us were tightly squeezed in lodges - so that our neighbour could eat their lunch and see me sitting on the toilet. View was of a fence, behind which was the sand dunes. Beach was great, but very crowded, Lifeguards were excellent as there was a strong current.
Premium doesn't mean premium, expectations not met, and poor customer service to follow. Very poor lighting around site and up to your property front door, No WIFI, Plastic style pillow cases, horrible, had to buy cotton ones from supermarket. Stay in a private Airbnb with your friends instead, and visit water parks and do trips out. Keep your expectations low and you won't be disappointed. Use the restaurants and bars by the lake - much better and a wider selection - only a short bike ride away. Family holiday time is too precious to waste here, We will never return.

If you want a big pool with all the big slides etc, entertainment and gym...this is for you. Its a very big campsite with all the attractions however we asked for a quieter area and had a lovely pitch fairly close to beach access. Gorgeous beach as one would expect in Hossegor. There are some beautiful static homes available to rent right on the beach view, which looked lovely. We'll run, helpful staff and clean facilities.
Big pitch

Accommodation was a long way away from bar etc. we requested a close one as I have bad knees and cannot walk far. reception were not helpful when ask a question and had no idea. Was told to find tourist information. Also didn’t know what was open or when the opening times were. Bar was closed and reception had no idea. It was Eurocamp reps were extremely helpful but the actual camp staff were not
Listen to what customers say and know the information We know it was end of season. There were many caravans empty near bar are but we were told no we cannot have one. All that was open was bar and pool. Surely as paying residents more should be open and supermarket (spar) should at least have basic goods like milk and bread
We were in a 3 bed caravan. We liked the dishwasher but not in place of an oven. Deck was good nice size
King size bed to big for room could not move around had to crawl onto bed. Caravan was infested with ants

Accommodation was good. Modern caravan. Lovely hot tub.
Big caravan , we had 4 adults and 2 children. Hot tub was good
Hot tub was noisy at night. Not just ours but we could hear all the ones in caravans around us turning on and off all night

Toilet and bathroom in the tent.
Accommodation faced away from the sun. No sun on the pitch. Therefore we were cold. Opposite pitch was in full sun, but that was for bring your own tent. For our more expensive accommodation, we expected to sit, relax, eat in the sun. Sadly we were disappointed and cold. Noise at night was not dealt with. Music and noise went on until 2am one morning. Another time we were woken by drunks around 2am. Do security mo longer do patrols?
Shower and bathroom within tent.
Large double bedroom was a tight squeeze to walk around with that wooden box/rail, positioned where it was.

The smell of the pine, proximity to the beach, the beach! Lots to do in area. Reps very helpful. Loved that you could borrow/have things that other families had left. Being able to get into caravan on late arrival. Spar - great Selection of bread.
Cleanliness of caravan. Not as good as it used to be. No bbq tools. Had to ask for knives - only 3 available. Men not being able to wear perfectly acceptable swimming trunks.
Shower good, hot. Fan.
Shower and basin had hair in from previous occupants. Bathroom sink dirty. No oven. Missing equipment, see above. Having to clean at end - used to be included in price.

The Parc has activities for all ages and provides off site reliable company’s to attend for all age groups
We as a 3 generation family attended the Parc we all loved it, we all enjoyed the activities and atmosphere so welcoming definitely will return in the future

We really loved how close it was to the beach, the waterpark was great and kept the kids occupied for hours. The staff were really helpful.
The restaurants could be more catered for kids. This is in food options and times of eating dinner. I know europeans eat much later but in the UK kids are used to eating their dinner around 4.30/5pm so 7.30pm eating was tricky. The water parks i think could do with a health assessment, the slides are very fast / have bumps in them that I think are a bit dangerous. The mens toilet door in the arena slams and trapped my childs hand
It was okay and everything you need
It was reallllllly basic. It always felt a bit dirty coz of the sand being brought in. It was really small. I didnt check in advance but I assumed there would be a tv.

Great facilities, well maintained and looked after. Everyone had a great time
Comfortable and peaceful
The pitch and caravan could be designed better to improve privacy - some windows opened directly onto the neighbours porch which felt intrusive. The extractor fan on the cooker was very noisy and it was difficult to dehumidify the caravan when cooking or showering. The bed linen was rather basic with no undersheet between the mattress and top sheet

The site itself was good. Plenty of activities.
Nothing positive to say
The accommodation was significantly smaller than depicted, making it uncomfortable for a family of four to stay comfortably.

When we arrived we didn't know where the Eurocamp reception was located, the map provided by ResaSol needs a magnifying glass to be legible. Another customer showed us where it was, we waited for two hours, nobody came, eventually ResaSol told us to call the tiny number on the map provided. Referred.to security after a very long journey the man's english was poor, he wasrude, blunt and sent us back to Eurocamp reception before he gave us our keys and explained where to go! We'd been back to main site reception twice with bags still in the car and on foot, before we were helped.
Tell customers upfront about tree sapphire damage to vehicles if not covered. Sell covers on site. When electrical failure happens, don't keep fixing it when it recurrs frequently, move the customer to a new cabin after one recurrence. Ours failed 4 imes over two days and ruined those days. My car bodywork is ruined by tree sap burnt on by the sun, a respray is going to run up a bill over a thousand pounds! There was nowhere else to park near our cabin available. I want compensation for the two days lost dealing with electricity and for the damage to my car which could have been prevented
The beds, shower and toilet were ok. Water park was great
The need to swap between kettle, coffee maker and microwave using the only socket available. To access the microwave the washing up had to be dry nad put away before it could be used. The bedroom and front door bashes against the kitchen table chairs nad it stops the chairs from being practical and usable. No cutlery provided. Pine needles have to be swept away and removed daily. Customers need to be notified or given car protection as they get everywhere in abundance.

The area was beautiful
The accommodation would really benefit from improvements, the beds were not good at all, Al mount like prison beds. The fact that I book a holiday to get away from the normality of life and then have to clean my own caravan, I thought was shocking.. I had bought numerous pairs of swimming shorts for my holiday only to be told that I couldn’t wear them because they weren’t the correct type very strange.
Nothing
The beds, the size, the layout. Basically everything

Family with 2 kids, week one of a 2-site holiday.
Reception needs significant improvement. We were left waiting in a line in the pouring rain for 1h20 just to check-in. When we got to the desk, I complained. There was no apology even though we were standing there totally soaked through. The lady on the desk said the Directors don’t even care. This set off my holiday badly and I can’t recover from such a bad welcome.
The site was very clean. The pools and slides were excellent. Entertainment programme was full and of good quality. On site restaurants were quick and accommodating. Games room was well stocked and supervised.
The cabin was much smaller than I expected. Cabin 66A was different to those surrounding it and seemed smaller than all other cabins I have had before. I was very disappointed with what we were given for the price point paid.

Huge campsite but set within the forest it feels very peaceful. Large pitches, and the site is split into different zones each with a shower and toilet block so there was never a queue (in late August). Waterpark was amazing, such good fun. Short walk over the dune to the beach. We enjoyed the entertainment and our daughter loved the kids club.
Would be great to see soap in the toilets/handwash basins, and water could be a lot warmer for washing up.
As above

The pool and slides
Very cramped chalets, stacked up on each other, no room to park car, no bbq-had to use shared bbq dotted around camp, no grills available so had to buy own. Noisy. So big and long walk everywhere-you really need a bike or electric scooter. You have to add on 30 mins to go anywhere on foot! Tennis courts were an extra fee. If you want to book boat trip-go on first day as all sold out. Don’t bother with spa-overpriced and rubbish!!
Not much!
Cramped

Great campsite! It is large but still retains a friendly feel to it. Quiet at night. Good water park. Harbour restaurants we cycled to were a good find! Entertainment was good.
The spa shop is so expensive!
Pitch was adequate and suited us but next year we will upgrade.
Shower kept blocking.

We have returned every year for 3 years as we enjoy it so much
The mobile was clean and well located
We did not have a dish towel this year, which we had before. It was difficult to dry the dishes and to leave the dishes clean when we were leaving. It was a bad change from before and we could not understand why
