Beach fantastic and lifeguards do a great job, pool kept immaculate, clean and safe for all. Site generally clean and well presented.
Pitches are not the biggest, no Motorhome point for filling up with water on the pitch or the site we had to fill our onboard tank with several trips to the washroom area and a large container. Bins are a long way away to take we had people dump their rubbish on our pitch.
Waste water access, proximity to the beach and pool all great.
Difficult to manoeuvre a motorhome onto and only just enough room for our awning between trees. No tap for water.

No cars on camp
Perfect but we had a VIP pitch

Location still is amazing, as the personell at reception and bar
Get security to speak more than 1 language. And also having a gasleak next to is which took 5 days to fix is unacceptable. Had to do the cleaning myself upon arrival
Great location and loads of room
Watercooker would be nice

Facilities excellent and ambience, but cost is prohibitive.
Good pitch and wifi strong.
Showers in evening never warm. Loos needed to be cleaner

Good location with a variety of activities. The bull show is really worth doing. Takeaway pizzas were great
The pools, however, feel cramped for the size of campsite. I gave up trying to do any sort of swimming or soaking as people everywhere
Space is ample
No mugs for tea, so had to buy our own

Family of five staying for a week. Thoroughly enjoyed ourselves, particularly the activities that were put on through the week (day time and night time), plus the location so close to the beach.
It is a big site and the pool area is unbelievably busy on hot/sunny days Putting on more sporting activities during the day as they were always over subscribed (flag rugby, table tennis, volley ball etc). The outdoor gym/exercise area is not very good.
Loved the jacuzzi which we used every day. Outside table area was also great.
Would be nice to also have sun loungers as well as the deck chairs. On site shop seemed very expensive causing us to go elsewhere for shopping.

We enjoyed the location of the campsite, the proximity to the beach was fantastic.
On arrival someone was on our pitch and they expected to stay another night! We told reception, they said they would send someone to the pitch to help - however, no one came, much to our disappointment . Instead we had to negotiate with the Spanish guy to leave our pitch. This is totally unacceptable and very unprofessional. It meant that our first taste of the campsite was very poor. We do not except this from a 5 star campsite.
Our pitch was awful, we don’t have a very large tent and our vehicle is a regular size, however it was incredibly hard to place both on the pitch due to 2 trees blocking the space.
It would have been helpful to be told that our electricity point was accessed by crawling through bushes into our neighbours plots. Again, really not the 5 star experience. We asked if we could leave 1 hour early (5am) and Reception told us “yes” so we were surprised to be confronted by a man from Security who told us that Reception shouldn’t have said yes, and that his Director would be cross. We told him that we needed to leave early and that it really should be our problem that Security and Reception clearly don’t communicate! Awful ending to our holiday.

Our stay was fantastic from start to finish. The accommodation was incredible and the location of the site is unbelievable.
The safari tent was wonderful. Very spacious inside and out and had great facilities.

Facilities and information about activities were excellent.
The off site activities would have benefitted from transportation
Pitches had plenty of space and easy to park on
We were close to the toilet block and the boiler did make a loud noise.

At first this campsite looked promising. Very good slides, nice pool area, access to a beautiful beach.
The toilets when camping are filthy, they stink & you could smell them from the tent. There was a large poo in one shower for 24 hours and the sink drains were constantly blocking. 8 toilets per block was no where near enough and the smell of urine was unbelievable. Our site with a tent had sewage seeping up and touching our tent, the sewage was pooling in puddles & stank. We complained on arrival & they did nothing even though you could even see the toilet paper and smell it. We complained again after a day & they finally moved us after the sewage but put another family there the next day
Nice tree coverage
The stink from the toilets nearby, very difficult to access water supply. We paid for a site with electricity but it was a full site away and already fully in use so no space to plug in. Everything was cheap and money saving about this place. I would not recommend at all.

Fantastic location, right next to the dunes and seaside, with pine trees giving good shade on hot days. Lots of pretty villages nearby to explore by bike, and the bike rental service was excellent. Great entertainment for kids and families, and friendly staff throughout.
Restaurant food was quite basic (the pizza was the exception — excellent), and the on-site supermarket frequently ran out of essentials like eggs and yoghurt. Public toilets in common areas need updating and much more frequent cleaning.
The Premium lodge was quiet and lovely, and the jacuzzi was a real highlight — worth the peak-season price. Good space for the family and comfortable setup overall.
No duvet covers or mugs were provided, and the lodge wasn’t properly cleaned before our arrival — we found lots of hair left behind from previous renters.

The facilities, pool, slides, arcade and children’s entertainment.
The accommodation is not worth almost 5,000 euros. No aircon control in the main unit, no kettle, sanitary bin was still full from previous tenants. But the worst part was the noise. Every single night of our stay between 12am and 3am there was shouting and singing from gangs of youths going up and down the track to the beach. I complained at reception and called security during the night but it never stopped. For this reason we won’t ever return to this campsite. To pay so much money and spend a week of our vacation time utterly exhausted was devastating
Good amount of space

The aquapark was excellent and our family spent hours enjoying the slides and pools. The lifeguards were always attentive and professional, making it feel safe for children. The beach is beautiful, wide and only a short walk away. The nearby surf schools were also excellent, and the surrounding towns are well worth exploring. The restaurant served very good food, and despite some operational issues, the staff throughout the campsite were always friendly, polite and genuinely tried to help. The atmosphere during the World Cup final shown in the arena was fantastic.
The shower water was consistently too cold during the busy evening period, which shouldn't happen at a five-star campsite. The toilet, urinal and dishwashing areas had a persistent unpleasant smell and would benefit from more thorough cleaning. The bars were understaffed during busy events, resulting in long queues, and the warmer pool in the aquapark was unavailable on one day. The pitch assigned to us was what ruined the experience and not much was done about it.
The pitch was close to the excellent facilities, and the campsite is in a fantastic location with easy access to both the beach and nearby towns.
The standard pitch we were allocated was unsuitable for comfortable camping. It sloped steeply from one corner to the other, with a large tree further reducing the usable space. Our BBQ and table could never be level, things constantly slid across the table, and our children even tipped from their chairs because of the angle. We also couldn't fit both our canopy and our car on the pitch, so we had to park outside. Reception couldn't move us, although they did provide a €100 restaurant voucher, but our entire stay was negatively affected.

Right on the dunes at Messanges, perfect for sunsets. Excellent facilities-well kept and very clean. Although huge, wasn't overrun. Waterpark great for kids. Was upgraded to a vip pitch as booked one wasn't suitable. Done with no fuss. Great service especially to Emma who went above and beyond. Merci x
Only description as our 9m was too big for described pitch but was dealt with brilliantly
Upgraded to VIp which was great.

We paid extra for a premium lodge. Accommodation was dirty and poorly maintained. Awful experience at the on-site restaurant, La Brasserie du VP. The service and food were terrible. The restaurant staff were incredibly hostile. Our waiter became so angry that he actually dropped an entire full tray of drinks all over us.Reception handed us a complaints form but openly admitted to us that the form would never be acted on. We were so upset that we found another place to stay. This completely ruined our holiday. Absolutely do not stay here
nothing
Not 5 star standard! We paid extra for the Premium Lodge. Dirty and poorly maintained. No privacy. On top of each other.

We stayed here for a week in July with another family in the sleep 10 premium cottage. The campsite itself was great with everything you needed onsite and the kids had a great time!
Small word of warning if you’re thinking of staying here would be to bring plenty of mosquito repellent as we got loads of bites! Customer service at reception and at the bars and restaurants was poor and we found most of the staff quite unhelpful and rude at times!
The accommodation was great for our setup of 2 families who wanted to have their own space with a large communal area for socialising in.
The welcome pack was nowhere near big enough for our party size! We got 2 roll of toilet rolls for 10 people for a week with a very small pack of cleaning liquid and a washing up sponge so definitely bring extra supplies if you can! We also had to ask for extra glasses knives and a chopping board and this was not provided! A big downside was that on the last day there was nowhere to store our luggage as we were on a late flight home which was a big inconvenience and I think this is something everyone should be made aware of!!

The accommodation was very nice, and we really enjoyed the swimming pool and the sports facilities. The football pitch could have been maintained a little better, but overall the facilities were great. The beach was beautiful.
We really enjoyed our holiday overall, with the exception of two minor issues. It was quite difficult for us to book activities and excursions. At reception, we were told to make the reservations through the app, but the app didn't work for bookings, so we had to go back to reception anyway. Our mobile home was quite a long walk from the reception, so we often made unnecessary trips. 2. Caravan parked next to our mobile home On our last night, a caravan was parked directly behind our mobile home, practically right next to our bedroom. The people staying t
The accommodation was nice, clean, and well equipped. It was just the right size for four people, but I can't imagine it being comfortable for six.
It was good value for money.
