Evaluations that are not older than three years and have undergone a verification process. More infoNature, the rabbits and squirrels, the pine trees. The beach, the sun. Going to get a pastry and the shop in the mornings. Sunbathing at the pool.
The pool has been made so large you have to walk quite far to the toilet (which was often for me as I’m pregnant) and walking through the water each time is disgusting, the water was getting very dirty and wasn’t changed enough. Dislike wearing a wristband too, it looks tacky. The large gate/fence around the perimeter and the fact that it closes at night now is strange to me having come to the campsite for 30 years. The staff at the restaurant were rude and told us we could not sit at a table because they weren’t open for food yet even though we were ordering a drink and would have got food
Selected I don’t know because we had a caravan with euro camp not a pitch, it was fine
Linen provided was not that nice

Beautiful setting, good location near the beach. The site was well maintained.
The area where the classes took place was filthy with chewing gum all over the floor which wasn't pleasant when doing classes lying on the floor like pilates. We stayed at the end of August but the pool was too cold to use most days. The shop was very expensive.
Eurocamp, was very nice.
How far it was from everything

The pool area and beach remain great in good weather
The cost of activities on site including hire of equipment is prohibitive. Restaurants had limited children's choices. The cost of the car wash/vacuum tokens is far too high and a minimum of 4 which is insane. There are only two electric car charging points which is not enough. Very limited options in the rain.
Beds were fine.
Expensive, for what it is. The fact it rained constantly so the pool and beach were no-go areas, and you have to clean the whole place at the end when it was impossible to keep sand out, and nothing dried (and the radiators wouldn't turn on) means I would have been better off staying in a hotel

Really enjoyed it, very relaxed, had everything we needed and the kids had a great time too.
A little pricey in the bars and restaurants. If a bit less, would have dined out more
Clean, tidy, nice location
Master bedroom was very small to walk around the beds. No oven or bbq facility at the lodge ,

The pool area is excellent.
My 8 year old’s bike was stolen overnight from outside our mobile. I was told it was my fault for not locking it, and that there are thieves in the campsite. It was always locked at communal areas like the pool, restaurant, beach, but having stayed in campsites all over France we have never had to lock children’s bikes outside our mobile. There should be warnings around the campsite of thieves in operation, and heightened security. We received little comfort from the very rude Eurocamp rep or reception staff. A big, soulless, campsite, with little personal interaction or care from staff.
It was clean and comfortable.
Eurocamp reps were unfriendly, unhelpful and very rude.

The pools were amazing also the slides , everything was clean and tidy and the staff were helpful
Maybe add a slightly different option for food , found not much choice for children, and cafe at pool area was extremely expensive for a family of six .
Clean and comfortable

Absolutely fantastic park as a family of 6 we had a great time
More entertainment in English
Roan accommodation was excellent
Some more wardrobe space would be good

The premium chalet was spotlessly clean and a great base for our holiday.
Our specific chalet backed onto a camping pitch - this did not help with the Premium positioning; a less respectable neighbour than the one we had would have been an issue.
Chalet great with majority of facilities present. Pool was great, also good to see it cleaned and maintained during our stay.
The chairs on the deck might look in keeping with the chalet overall, however were so uncomfortable to sit on for any length of time. They are not conducive to long and lazy evenings with family and friends enjoying the overall ambience of the chalet.

It was a nice location.
I wish there was a shuttle service to Vieux Boucau as taxi service was awful. It is a long walk to town and the bus stops are not easy to find. We had to pay for wi fi and it was expensive. Wish it was inclusive. I wish there was a long deeper pool for adults to swim.
The luxury cabin was sufficient for my family.
We had to go to local restaurant for meals and it was the same bland food.

The camping resort itself was lovely. The facilities were all great and the beach is absolutely stunning.
The accomodation, the classic caravans are not fir for purpose. The are too small to be usable and the one we stayed in was very dirty and old. The walls were dirty, the furniture had stains on it. The bedroom was so small you only have several.inches between the bed and the wall making it impossible to comfortable change in the room. The childrens bedroom had a bunkbed that wasn't attached to the wall so when my child went to climb up to the top bunk, it tipped over. Also the warbrode in that room is actually blocked by the bunkbed so is unusalble.
Nothing
Everything! It was dirty, had stains on the furniture and walls. It is visibility very old and in a state of disrepair. It is not fit for purpose as it is so small. There are only a few inchines of space around the bed meaning you can't comfortably walk around the bed, let alone change. There is not room to store your bags, there is no room for you to store food unless it can go in the fridge. The verander didnt have the cover advertised only a small umbrella. It is so small you can't relax anywhere or have usable comfortable areas.

The facilities on site our amazing and the beach is incredible and on the door step.
We stayed with eurocamp and the caravan was comfortable
We had no oven and for the first time we were asked to extensively clean the caravan otherwise we would be fined €150.

Weather and pool
WiFi access, noise!!
Air-conditioning.
Beds were awful, spent days trying to find a mattress topper, the bed caused agony for 2wks!

Really enjoyed the setup, very secure and comfortable. Excellent staff particularly for the kids activities.
The only comment I would make was that there was nowhere to store our luggage when we arrived on the first day while waiting for our accommodation to be ready. We didn't have our own car as we had travelled by rail/taxi. Similarly on the last day we would have used the facilities if we had somewhere to store our luggage.
Very clean, comfortable and well equipped. Also felt secure.

Great as usual. Pool area clean, bar- good food and drinks. Perfect spot in P20. Close to the beach and pool.
The foam party wasn’t on!
The 2 separate buildings. Kids had a bit of independence. Hot tub was great

Great variety of water slides and racket sports
The cleanliness of the swimming pool facilities like toilets and restaurant area and drains was really bad! There was also a lack of healthy food options especially for children at all the restaurants.
The AC
The smell from the shower and toilet after a week. Drainage wasn’t great.

Faculties and general cleanliness
After purchasing sweets for the children they were asked to consume their sweets before being let into the arena area - I see no reason why this should be case, kids should be free to consume sweets, after alll they were purchased at a Vieux Port shop.
Decking area
Quite close to other accommodation and overlooked

Lots of facilities on site and clean facilities, easy access to the beach and the water park was a great addition. Always able to find a sunbed and the water slide queues did not take long.
Very large busy site which has attempted to fit too much in therefore limiting the overall feel. Camping Pitches are smaller than stated and we had a tree at the entrance meaning we could not fit our planned motorhome on the site even though we had paid for a VIP pitch 120m, other pitches of the same where much larger and accessible. Safety of the site with bikes, electric scooters and cars all flying around very quickly made walking around feel unsafe, particularly with small children. The waterpark needs updating, areas of the pool fell off while we stayed making it dangerous.
Having our own facilities block including toilet, shower and kitchen unit was a luxury while camping.
The pitch was much smaller than the stated 120m, for the price this should be similar to other pitches of the same standard. Ours was half the size of some VIP 120. Having a tree across the entrance to the pitch made it impossible to gain motor access meaning a motorhome could not access the pitch. We understand the site is in a forest however pitches need to be suitable especially for the price of the campsite. Poor response from the reception staff when we highlighted this.
