Evaluations that are not older than three years and have undergone a verification process. More infoGood but a few things could be better. Great pools, slides, spa, resturants, shops
Add black out blinds to windows, mosquito nets, large mugs, cotton sheets, duvet covers, wine glasses. Staff did not have anywhere for us to store our luggage while we waited for our flight. Need more English speaking activities
Decking and large table outside.

Location is ok with regards to days out along the coast and to Northern Spain. Proximity to the beach is great. Very friendly and helpful staff, cleanliness of the site facilities in particular the shower/toilet blocks was excellent. The site was far from full as my visit was before the French holidays which was a positive with regards to noise etc. Did not use the pool facilities as we preferred the beach, but did use the spa which was great.
A bit more control of groups of young adults partying late at night. This was only an issue for 2 nights out of 14, so not a disaster, though I would imagine it is more of a problem in high season.
Close to the access to the beach. The mobile home was exactly what was expected from a mobile home, so no complaints as it met our expectations.

The swimming pool and slides.
Better night entertainment. That’s also in English
It was ok
Couldn’t of been any more further away if tried.

Facilities were clean and beautiful location
Charging families for each extra WiFi connections is not family friendly. We did not use any of the amenities regarding entertainment and the pool area. We would prefer a lower rate that does not include access to those amenities.
Location, safety, campsite and friendly personnel.
Extra fee for wifi for each family member. Did not use the pool and animation and feel the nightly rate is excessive when not using that. Treatment against bugs and mosquitoes is recommended. The campsite used to have a tractor/train to provide a ride to and from the beach. This is very nice for families with young kids and older guests.

Fantastic pool and comfortable accommodation. Local beaches and towns are beautiful
Animation is slightly below average and lack of a coffee shop was disappointing.
Decking area
Toilet and sink were in different rooms.

The beach is wonderful and water a perfect temperature, good for body boarding. Friendly staff. Local town market was good, super selection of stalls. Local town skate/scooter park is good and close to the site Tennis courts are free in June Site security good
Pool opening times not long enough this was very disappointing and frustrating A very large site to walk around from our accomodation Eurocamp mobiles are not good, too close together, no room for our car because of a tree and absolutely no privacy! (Unit 73B) Dirty dishes.
Nothing
No privacy whatsoever No room for car because of tree Car stuck out into road (estate car) no room before the decking No room around the mobile Decking received no light Gas boiler from unit in front gassed us every time the occupants used their hot water. Smell of gas and our eyes were stinging! We tried to stay away as much as possible from the accomodation

The perfect spot to get away, slow down and soak up the peaceful French countryside. The cabins are located in the middle of a forest of high trees. While the place is huge and busy in one way its so peaceful in another way. The pool complex is huge, clean, with brilliant lifeguards...strictly no eating or drinking poolside and you're not allowed wear flip-flops. Pools and slides are brilliant, kids of all ages will enjoy them! Loads of chairs available everyday despite how busy it was.
It was very expensive to eat out and the food was not great- very little choice and most things deep fried so very greasy. The best way to enjoy the holiday is to hire bicycles otherwise be prepared for lots of walking- everyone cycles everywhere. The beach is a good walk away which can be tough in the heat with small kids. The local town is a 20min walk. It was quiet, not much happening around, a few shops and some restaurants, some not opened...maybe because of the time of year (end of June) The nightly entertainment was a huge let down....not good at all. Drinks very expensive.
The situation of the cabins in the forest is idyllic lovely and peaceful.
No air con made it very difficult to sleep in the heat....so many cabins have no air con so you are reliant on a fan ...if there's one available!

Pools were great with plenty of beds, campsite well maintained
Entertainment at night was diabolical, virtually nothing on, music for children ended about 8:30 just when most families were only finishing their dinners, restaurant and bar far too expensive compared to other campsites and quality of food in restaurant did not match the price
Good decking
Tight bedrooms

It was our first time staying in Le Vieux Port. It was a lovely resort - pine trees and bird song surrounded us. We enjoyed our Premium cabin and in particular the covered decking which was the full length of the cabin. The Eurocamp staff we meet Alyssa and Aaron were most helpful and friendly.
Our cabin was very comfortable supplied with coffee machine, kettle and toaster as well as a great gas four ringed hobs. The air conditioning was very good and effective, and the mosquito blind on the bedroom windows were terrific.
We had a large fridge in our cabin and not a lot of kitchen prep space - a smaller fridge might allow for more kitchen prep space. A pedal bin with three separate bins would be handy - and assist with the dividing of rubbish. The double bed in the larger bedroom, whilst being a good size meant there was very little space to walk around the bed/access the small wardrobe.

The pool area , everything was flat
Evening entertainment was repetitive. With the soly disco every night except for 1 that was a foam dance.
Simple had everything you needed
Toilet in the accommodation stank of urine

Parc in general was very clean and well maintained. Our cabin was a bit beat up as the blind was not working properly in the bedroom and lino was lifting in parts of it. Pools and food were top notch as were all the staff.
As the tempature increased guests should have been allowed to wear sliders around the pool deck. Nearly all of our party got blisters on the soles of our feet on one day. Also this information along with no loose swimwear should be sent to guests in advance of arrival
Run down
Needs a good update

Big site with lots to do, swimming complex was fab and short walk to an amazing beach.
More toilets and bins around. Should be a lot to eat and drink around pool. No entertainment every night in June was very disappointing
Good spot on forest
Sheets were very ripped and marked Not full set of plates not even enough for 4 people never mind 6. Lots of cutlery missing or broken. Major was having no oven very disappointed with that.

The pool area is fab The entertainment is very good Very clean and safe Kids loved the tennis and ping pong area
The bins are miles away, outside of the site.
We booked a comfort XL mobile with eurocamp
It was so basic. No hairdryer. Old. Not very clean inside.

We had a nice time but the site is very big and the main focus seems to be on customers in cabins, mobile homes and seasonal pitches. Facilities not great for touring caravans.
Better water supplies for touring caravan pitches. Chemical toilet disposal point does not have water tap for flushing so need to use drinking water supply to clean toilet, not good.
Toilets and showers were nice and were cleaned regularly
Location of rubbish disposal point was not convenient

Showers and toilets ok
Print a map on the back of hand out leaflet.
Decent size
Sand messy. Site massive, too commercial for us. Like Benidorm on steroids!

All round a great stay. Although the weather was mixed we had great fun using the facilities on site.
Have an option for indoor activities when wet or thunderstorm.
I liked the accommodation..
Was classed as a premium mobile home but didn’t know what was premium about it. No hairdryer even though it said it had one. Didn’t like that the sink wasn’t with the toilet. Not very hygienic that you had to walk across the mobile home to wash your hands by passing living area.

A fabulous place to holiday with your family. My wife and I travelled with nine member of our family. We had a great time and the children absolutely loved the place, especially the water park. A beautiful location set in the forest. We are already planning to return next year.
Too many restaurants only available in July and August.
The fact there was accommodation suitable for a wheelchair user. However I didn't see any others with a ramp, I hope there is more than one.
No options for different types of 'home'. No premium or bigger mobile-homes. The home is a way back from the central area. A lot of wheelchair pushing required. The ramp into the home, at the beginning needs repairing. The bed is too low making it very difficult to transfer.

We loved the campsite, the whole site is very clean. Our lodge was beautiful and comfy. The beach was amazing and so much fun on the park for kids. We hope to return next year
Very clean and loved the decking area
