Evaluations that are not older than three years and have undergone a verification process. More infoThis is a beautiful location, stunning beach, fabulous local town with a sandy lake beach. It is a large area so hiring bikes makes it easy to get around. Laundry is expensive. Local Spar shop is reasonable otherwise visit the local town via a short cut route opposite the main car park, about a 30 minute walk. Eating out in the town gives you more variety and better value.
Things that could improve is help getting to your accommodation when you arrive. We had to drag cases through dusty roads in the dark with tired children to walk into dusty accommodation as cleaning essentials were either broken or missing. The toilet smelled so bad the whole holiday. And then help getting back to main reception at the end of the stay would have been amazing.
Decent size living space
The smells from the toilet. No where to hang towels in the bathroom.

We have stayed before and have enjoyed our previous stay. Unfortunately this year we were very disappointed, items of value stolen, when speaking with staff they laughed and showed no interest. Weed being offered to my 14 Yr. Old son by others clients, children. Staff had no interest in making our stay comfortable and happy, they were cross, bitter and seemed annoyed by having to deal with any issue.
Staff need to have specific training in customer service, more interest in the safe culture of the campsite and it's residents.
Pitch V82, very good and comfortable.
Bathrooms were filthy, toilets specially.

We had great time, the water park they have on site was a big hit with us and With the added bonus of being right next to a fantastic beach. Shop on site very convenient but expensive . Toilets kept nice and clean. Over all we had a great experience.
Not allowed to use your own BBQ. And the BBQ areas could be mulch better.
We had a great pitch really suited us.

We loved the location, close to fantastic beaches and lakes suitable for surfing, bodyboarding, paddle boarding and peddle boats. We also loved the site, with superb pool facilities.
We found the restaurants very overpriced which put us off eating out on site.
We stayed in a Eurocamp comfort caravan. The pitch and deck were great.
The caravan was very small with no oven or dishwasher which we’ve always had previously.

A great site with lovely pool area and easy access to beach. Plenty of activities for active kids. Walking distance of local town with amazing market. Lots of eating options on site and locally. We have older teens who weren’t interested in group activities so can’t comment on that. Would definitely come back.
None
Plenty of communal space, shaded terrace area. Hedges between neighbours for privacy.
Brand new mattresses which were covered in plastic presumably for hygiene reasons but felt hot and made a noise every time you moved.

An excellent holiday park with everything we hoped for.
The main bar not to play the music so loud. There' are speakers covering all of the seating area At one point we were the only ok nes there and they still wouldn't turn the music down much at all. Ridiculous
Euro camp static. Very good.
No.

We loved our stay with a multi-generational family. Everyone got what they wanted daily. The kids loved the water park and the grand parents loved the beach. Very relaxing.
Reception could be more informative about future staying offers as when I asked about next year I just got referred to the website.
Location of the mobile home in the Azur zone was prefect especially with small kids as its close to the water park. Mobile was functional and the outdoor space was a nice size. Beds are comfortable.
The mobile could do with a mop other them a floor rag. The water pressure in the shower was poor and the temperature was not regular. For small kids a gate would be beneficial as the road is busy. Missed a use of a kettle.

Beautiful campsite. Big but never felt packed. Pool area is great. No problem with sun loungers. Lots of slides & pools to choose from. Very clean & well kept. Area is quite remote so a car is advisable. The town vieux bocau is nice.
I feel that this campsite needs to better cater for its international clientele. The bar/restaurant area is very quiet at night. Most entertainment is in French, even though 40% of the residents were Irish. A television that shows sports -soccer GAA etc…- would be a great addition & would definitely liven up the restaurant area…
Nice clean mobile home. Spacious.
No cover on our deck which was disappointing

Good but a few things could be better. Great pools, slides, spa, resturants, shops
Add black out blinds to windows, mosquito nets, large mugs, cotton sheets, duvet covers, wine glasses. Staff did not have anywhere for us to store our luggage while we waited for our flight. Need more English speaking activities
Decking and large table outside.

Location is ok with regards to days out along the coast and to Northern Spain. Proximity to the beach is great. Very friendly and helpful staff, cleanliness of the site facilities in particular the shower/toilet blocks was excellent. The site was far from full as my visit was before the French holidays which was a positive with regards to noise etc. Did not use the pool facilities as we preferred the beach, but did use the spa which was great.
A bit more control of groups of young adults partying late at night. This was only an issue for 2 nights out of 14, so not a disaster, though I would imagine it is more of a problem in high season.
Close to the access to the beach. The mobile home was exactly what was expected from a mobile home, so no complaints as it met our expectations.

The swimming pool and slides.
Better night entertainment. That’s also in English
It was ok
Couldn’t of been any more further away if tried.

Facilities were clean and beautiful location
Charging families for each extra WiFi connections is not family friendly. We did not use any of the amenities regarding entertainment and the pool area. We would prefer a lower rate that does not include access to those amenities.
Location, safety, campsite and friendly personnel.
Extra fee for wifi for each family member. Did not use the pool and animation and feel the nightly rate is excessive when not using that. Treatment against bugs and mosquitoes is recommended. The campsite used to have a tractor/train to provide a ride to and from the beach. This is very nice for families with young kids and older guests.

Fantastic pool and comfortable accommodation. Local beaches and towns are beautiful
Animation is slightly below average and lack of a coffee shop was disappointing.
Decking area
Toilet and sink were in different rooms.

The beach is wonderful and water a perfect temperature, good for body boarding. Friendly staff. Local town market was good, super selection of stalls. Local town skate/scooter park is good and close to the site Tennis courts are free in June Site security good
Pool opening times not long enough this was very disappointing and frustrating A very large site to walk around from our accomodation Eurocamp mobiles are not good, too close together, no room for our car because of a tree and absolutely no privacy! (Unit 73B) Dirty dishes.
Nothing
No privacy whatsoever No room for car because of tree Car stuck out into road (estate car) no room before the decking No room around the mobile Decking received no light Gas boiler from unit in front gassed us every time the occupants used their hot water. Smell of gas and our eyes were stinging! We tried to stay away as much as possible from the accomodation

The perfect spot to get away, slow down and soak up the peaceful French countryside. The cabins are located in the middle of a forest of high trees. While the place is huge and busy in one way its so peaceful in another way. The pool complex is huge, clean, with brilliant lifeguards...strictly no eating or drinking poolside and you're not allowed wear flip-flops. Pools and slides are brilliant, kids of all ages will enjoy them! Loads of chairs available everyday despite how busy it was.
It was very expensive to eat out and the food was not great- very little choice and most things deep fried so very greasy. The best way to enjoy the holiday is to hire bicycles otherwise be prepared for lots of walking- everyone cycles everywhere. The beach is a good walk away which can be tough in the heat with small kids. The local town is a 20min walk. It was quiet, not much happening around, a few shops and some restaurants, some not opened...maybe because of the time of year (end of June) The nightly entertainment was a huge let down....not good at all. Drinks very expensive.
The situation of the cabins in the forest is idyllic lovely and peaceful.
No air con made it very difficult to sleep in the heat....so many cabins have no air con so you are reliant on a fan ...if there's one available!

Pools were great with plenty of beds, campsite well maintained
Entertainment at night was diabolical, virtually nothing on, music for children ended about 8:30 just when most families were only finishing their dinners, restaurant and bar far too expensive compared to other campsites and quality of food in restaurant did not match the price
Good decking
Tight bedrooms
