Pool excellent, pool restaurant the best one on choice options, table tennis in central location.

- Needs 1 more good restaurant on site, or near beach. - New pizza restaurant menu a bit boring. - Needs a central football location near table tennis. Sports field too far from the camping area. - Evening entertainment could be more diverse and inclusive. Eg. A bit in English. - 1 more central bin location needed- too far away to take rubbish

The location was excellent with close proximity to the beach and the local village. The on-site swimming pools and slides were the highlight for the both parents and kids alike and wonderful days were spent relaxing and playing at the pool. The arena setup is excellent and a fabulous piece of infrastructure. Even though we dont speak French the entertainment each night was varied and was great fun. A big well done to the talented Entertainments team who clearly put huge effort into their events.

The Avenue by the pools towards the laundrettes and further on needs much better lighting. Kids are flying around on bikes and are invisible at night. Making the area around the arena, pools, and restaurants pedestrianised and diverting cars away and around the back of the site would make for a safer more relaxed site

Unsafe decking at height with no gate guards for small children / incomplete equipment in caravan / animateurs were largely invisible - hardly saw village dance or pool games /

We loved Le Vieux Port. Kids thought pool area was fantastic. We loved forest setting by beach. Felt very secure. Staff were friendly and helpful. Disappointed to find fee for tennis courts. We had already paid for stay, surely these were included as we had our own rackets. The pastries sold at the kiosk was fantastic and well used by us

Restaurant food options. A bigger variety of food would have been nice. Again staff were very friendly in the Arena restaurant. We had the same thing repeatedly. Sangria was particularly good though

I liked the campsite and the unit a lot however we had no air con when we arrived. We booked a premium cabin so we’re very surprised. We notified staff immediately on checkin and had various members of staff arrive who assured us it would be sorted. It was hot and we had a sick child so it was important.i was stressed as the office was closing and still hadn’t been fixed. They again assured me it would be fixed and gave me an out of hours number. Later the technician said it couldn’t be fixed till the next day at approximately 9pm. We text the night manager who said he would arrive but didnt

We then had to sleep on a hot night with no air con and a sick child. We had to open all the windows for air and got badly bitten by mosquitoes. It was a nightmare first night with very little sleep and lots of stress. We had multiple staff members arrive who didn’t know what they were doing. The first staff member who came to help started looking at the tv remote when we complained about the air con. We paid 4500 in premium and it wasn’t premium service. The first day of the holiday was completely ruined by stress and lack of sleep. I requested a refund for the first night and no response

Well run site with plenty to occupy all ages and interests

The mobile could be better equipped, better linen, higher quality finishings and better cleaned. ,

Our accommodation was great, close to the beautiful beach and pool area but quiet at night. The pool area was brilliant for our children, clean and safe.

The bedding provided was not very comfortable to sleep on. No pillows, just cushions and 1 for each person. We also felt the electric scooters should be managed better, very dangerous with small children on same paths/roads.

Place is always good , just too many people for the services available and large Qs . Hot water didn’t function properly in our vip site …. Couldn’t use showers as it kept going cold for all users and then nearly burned you as too hot without changing taps

Less people or more facilities . Fix the hot water on the vip camp sites

Night time entertainment was poor and off site, pool closed at 7pm, very large site and initially felt claustrophobic. No bins or collections on site one must bring refuse a long distance off site to recycling area. The beach is a surfing beach and definately not suitable for children

Very good campsite, lots for the children to do. Having direct access to the beach was super! On site water park was super, no need to go to another aqua park!!very clean and well maintained. Italian restaurant serving delicious pizzas! Great ping pong tables, always seemed popular. Nice friendly staff.

soap in the pool bar for hand washing would be a good 👍 idea especially where food is going to be consumed. Activities a bit on the expensive side. Very poor Wi-Fi , in these modern times one would expect a better internet service at no extra charge.

The mobile we booked is not suitable for 4 people,it was a one bedroom with pull out bed in the living area. To access the pull out bed you have to remove a large heavy piece of wood and find somewhere store it during the night which is not good in a very small space,also this camp bed was broken when we opened it up the first night to put the kids to bed so they had to sleep on the floor..not good enough for the price we paid. I reported it and a man came to fix it in the afternoon. I do not think this should be advertised as suitable 2 to 4 people

Premier caravan and AC - pool complex - location

Our pitch was totally unsuitable for a small child under 2 - P48 - many steps / double open ended decking and no way to gate off for safety . Not restful for a young family sadly . Animateurs are rubbish this year . Kids disco didn’t happen every time it was planned and the dancing and enthusiasm was severely lacking . Village dance didn’t happen every day - round pool activities didn’t happen . Our children look forward to this activity and it just didn’t happen this year .

Poll was brilliant - great options and plentiful chairs Beach was clean and well serviced Site itself was clean

Cabin was almost a mile from all key sites, so we drove each day which defied the point of somewhere like this and made it very poor value for money. On site supermarket had birds eating from food in delicatessen counter No litter bins in site was odd and annoying

All the swimming area is perfect, that´s why we repeated from last year

I found the price to spence and I was surprise to see many pitches free on July. I think the price policy should be reviewed

Good beach

Stop the loud music at the very least by midnight. Patrol the site to disperse groups of teenagers congregating past 11.30/12am

Campsite stated lively and suitable for teenagers. Very disappointed with lack of entertainment, not one of the activities listed on website took place! Pool party, colour run, total wipeout, tik toc challenge etc. Really looking forward to the only 2 activities listed on the events ie. Teenage surfing and Foam Party and neither took place ????

Provide the entertainment advertised! Entertainment is aimed at French and Spanish mainly, plenty of Irish teenagers onside who didn't meet up due to lack of entertainment and Animation team made no effort to encourage visitors to take part. Irish visitors spent well earned money on their holidays also. Not good enough that we go home disappointed.

Excellent camping and facilities / l love this on our 4th year staying. Mostly great staff and love the area around as well. Will be back next year again. 2 negatives - WiFi not good and 1 lifeguard at pool over zealous in his role. I let it go this year but if it happens again I will be talking to reception about him but overall a great stay.
