Loved the location. Receptionist was friedntly, and the restaurant was good value
The manager might be more friendly - "it ain't what you say, it's the way that you say it"

Bonjour Monsieur, Nous sommes navrés pour ce petit désagrément concernant votre ressenti lors de votre séjour, notamment au sujet de vos échanges avec le manager et du fait de n’avoir eu qu’une seule interaction avec lui. Nous souhaitons tout de même vous rappeler que nous avons à cœur d’accueillir tout le monde avec plaisir, à tout moment, et parfois en très grand nombre, puisque le camping peut accueillir jusqu’à 275 personnes. Que ce soit le manager, la réceptionniste, le cuisinier, les serveuses ou encore la personne en charge de l’entretien, nous essayons au maximum d’être disponibles, courtois, souriants et d’échanger avec nos clients. Cependant, soyons réalistes : il nous est malheureusement impossible de pouvoir discuter longuement avec chacun de nos clients tous les jours, surtout lorsque le camping est complet. Concernant vos questions, il est vrai que certaines sont très récurrentes pour nous et peuvent parfois être résolues très rapidement. Nous pouvons alors avoir une réponse un peu trop directe ou rapide, qui, selon la personne et la manière dont elle est perçue, peut parfois sembler froide, voire vexante. Sachez toutefois que ce n’est absolument pas notre intention. Nous sommes toujours heureux de recevoir nos clients et nous espérons sincèrement que cette expérience ne vous aura pas déçu au point de ne plus revenir nous rendre visite. Check-in person took onboard that we had 2 consecutive bookings and had linked them for when we arrived. Location on edge of town perfect.
Shame hearing that the onsite food/drink place was closed our first night at check-in. Closure of toilets for cleaning early in the morning when people were potentially getting ready to depart wasn't helpful. Would be better between departure and arrival time slots
Pitch was pretty flat with no obstruction on ours.
Having to work through other pitches to connect power supply. Wasn't helpful at departure as neighbour who arrived after use had their trailer blocking access. We could accept their motorhome being close to the back hedge due to length available to them.

We love Millau and always use this campsite when visiting. The staff are hardworking and friendly. At this price point the camp is good value.
The electric hook ups are too far away from the pitches. You will need an extension lead in most cases. It’s been like this for years and I don’t understand why it hadn’t been addressed?
Decent sized pitches with hedging in most cases.good on site bar, restaurant and pizzeria.
The lack of EHU as mentioned above.

We have stayed several times at the site and always enjoy our stay. The team there are friendly and helpful, shaded pitches are good size and the food served at the restaurant is excellent.

The site is well run with fantastic toilets and showers. The pool is amazing and the view from the pool is spectacular.
Our Motorhome is 8.5m long we were on a pitch that was plenty big enough very comfortable.
Only 10amp electric could do with being 16amp but not a problem really.

The shaded pitches are nice, they added a pool last year which is great for cooling off. The location by the river on the edge of town is beautiful. But it is the food in the restaurant that really delights at this friendly family site.

I've stayed here before close to town and great amenities. Great for tarn gorge exploring love it.

The welcome was excellent. The facilities good. I had a spot by the river which gave me a great view.
Having a right hand drive, it would be a good idea for the barrier at the entrance to stay open slightly longer specially for people who are on their own. Had to ask someone to do the code for me as I did not have the time to get back in the van to go through.
The website needs to reflect the difference between the pitches. By y he river is more expensive although there are 2 or 3 pitches by the river referred to as classic (cheaper) because they are close to the road and children playground.

Although reception was closed when we arrived, instructions on how to open the barrier and enter the site were left by the door and you could choose your own pitch.
Pitches varied in size and mostly in the shade , if you have a large outfit, then I advise to arrive early. Can be a little noisy due to proximity to the road and bridge but it was quiet at night. Facilities are clean and unisex. Good showers with hot water.
Blades and mops need replacing to help with keeping showers clean.

The whole atmosphere at the campsite was friendly and relaxed. The reception and check in was very calm and friendly. Lovely location by the river, good sized pitches and clean, with electric and access to water. We didn’t use the facilities as we used our own. Lovely bread and pain au chocolat which can be ordered at reception until quite late the evening before. Nice easy walk into the town which has a great vibe. We will definitely return and recommend to friends.
Very dog friendly and most people had their dogs on leashes but one or two didn’t which was a shame.
Good sized pitch, easy to access. Nice to have had shade if it had been sunny.
There was a tap for re-filling near by but the thread had completely gone. Could do with some maintenance . Luckily we had a variety of attachments and jerry rigged something together. We really should have reported it to reception! It was a minor inconvenience.

Site is located in beautiful location 5 minutes walk from town great restaurant on site staff very welcoming and speak good English cannot fault this site in any way evens the ducks are friendly river side pitch is recommended

Easy check in,even though the pitch we had been allocated was still occupied we were put on next pitch along,no hassle ,lady who dealt with it was very helpful
Nice pitch with electric and water close by,just bring a long hose to fill on your pitch,pitches are not level but we have hydraulic leveling so not an issue,pitches are partially shaded.close to the river tarn nice pebbles beach area to relax or go for a dip,new pool onsite,clean and well maintained,unisex toilets and showers although basic were kept clean and well managed,nice bar onsite with busy restaurant which was full every evening also some live music

A lovely campsite if your looking for some where to stop in millau very clean and staff are friendly and made you feel welcome just by the stream and have as a pool as well lovely bar and food and the town is only 2 mins away

Lovely site, excellent location for exploring Millau, friendly welcome, good pitch sizes, brilliant pool area but pool could be couple degrees warmer takes a bit of time to get used to.
Not related to 2 Rivers but after a long journey we just wanted to rest but next doors entertainment was very loud!!
