Reception staff very helpful with ancillaries that we had not packed. Although not most picturesque of locations the facilities and local area outstanding.
Cleanliness of showers, in need of a deep clean. Adults only swim session. Food on the poor side.
Pitch was a good size, the addition nights stay the bonus of an independent shower, and kitchen area with plenty of sockets.
A lack of overhead cover but compensated by a lovely covered seating area.

We stayed for a week and had a very relaxing time, very clean site, excellent staff. The restaurant has a limited menu but the food was good and at a reasonable price.
Showers were very temperamental, slow running and tepid whilst others were fine- once you got to know which ones to avoid you were fine.
Excellent sized pitch, we requested a quiet pitch away from pool, which we were given.

We have been coming for about 15 years, it is lovely location next to the Loire, the staff are friendly and so much to do in the area, this is the perfect base
This year they have stopped take away pizza which is a shame

This is our second visit to this site and it is even better second time round Fantastic sized pitches with hedges to separate from neighbours Friendly staff all around the site Restaurant is excellent and the mushrooms in particular worth visiting for We had a pitch with our own facilities, what a treat and would recommend booking this Views are amazing Accessibility to local town and amenities fantastic Liked the recycling facilities Lots of fresh water taps Great security measures Accessibility to vineyards, wine tasting etc great
Can’t think of any improvements that are needed.
What a treat to have our own toilet, shower, washing up and fridge facilities. This really makes the stay extra special and for us well worth the extra that you pay to have it. Didn’t even mind cleaning it at the end of our stay! Game changer!

This campsite is fantastic! The grounds are beautiful, the facilities are great and the staff are amazing! We absolutely love this place. Highly recommended. You will be missing out if you don't stay at this place.

Excellent site beside the river in Montsoreau which has a great patisserie/boulangerie and butchers. Campsite team are very friendly, considerate and helpful.
Access route for cyclists around the barriers.

Such a lovely relaxing stay nxt to the Loire River, with beautiful winery’s in the area do the tours they are very knowledgeable….
You can’t it’s perfect camping suits all types of campers…

A friendly and well run campsite in a great location. Staff were very friendly and welcoming. Faclilities were well maintained and spotless. Easy walking distance to Montroseau with bars, restaurants and food shopping.

Had a nice stay, but site is not 4 star. Toilets and showers need updating and were not really clean. If you have private bathroom would better as half the showers were close off and dated, so when site is full the facilities need cleaning more frequently.
As above, plus block paving by dish washing area are broken and create a lot of trip hazards. More sunbeds or chairs around pool, we had to leave our things on the floor.

Water tap needs repairing, it's like a shower going everywhere when you turn it on.

The location is beautiful We stayed here a few times they were really accommodating especially as we had a bereavement and had to bring an extra dog
