Staff great , peaceful beautiful location and accessible to local amenities. Asked for a sunny pitch which it was, but lacked privacy. Fabulous swimming pool and lovely restaurant. Enjoyed a relaxing week before moving on. Would certainly return.
More umbrellas around pool please. An additional snack bar as well as the restaurant.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We're delighted to hear that you enjoyed the facilities and the campsite in general. We noted your remark about the directions in the sanitary block. We are also sorry about the discomfort caused by the power cuts, indeed some guests sometimes use devices (including charging their own vehicles) that require more electricity despite our warnings, and since the campsite is almost full it takes us more time to find the origin of the disruption.

Private facilities, good campsite restaurant, superb swimming pool and friendly staff
We would like to join your campsite club but apparently we can only join when at a campsite and cannot be given points for the currently booked nights. We believe we can join free at a campervan show but as we come from Guernsey in the Channel Islands we cannot get to a show. If we could have had our nights credited we would have joined. We like to book ahead so it appears that we will never be able to get our points when buying the club card at a site!! We feel you should be offering this deal from the internet rather than only on the sites!! However we enjoy your sites and will be back.

The lovely freindly welcome we had even though we couldn't speak very good french. The staff/owners went out of their way to speak English for us...they were all do.helpful and freindly...we will definately stay there again if heading that way...lots of places to visit from there from Chateau's to gardens and parks, troglodite caves...walks...beautiful entrance to the village full of roses...small market on Sundays and shops and cafes to enjoy
Maybe electric hook ups on own pitch, as a bit worrying going into another person's pitch to.unplug when they have dogs...also maybe a few branches trimmed off the trees, so that the pigeons don't mess all over chairs, tables and washing....not the sites fault...just a suggestion....a lovely site thankyou

Regarding the trees, being right on the banks of the Loire means we share the campsite with plenty of wildlife, including our resident pigeons! Regarding the grass, the campsite was fully booked throughout your stay, which can sometimes make mowing more challenging without disturbing guests on neighbouring pitches. Great site, superb location, lovely vilage and we'll continue to return
There were short term problems with intermittent electrical supplies and the communications were not great, however it did not spoil our holiday

Unfortunately, on two consecutive days, different guests charged their electric cars directly from the pitch connection, which is not permitted as it uses far too much power for the campsite network. As the campsite was completely full, it took us a little time to identify the cause of the problem. Thank you for your understanding, and we’re very pleased that it did not spoil your holiday. The site was lovely. Not too big but had all the amenities. It was all very well maintained and clean. The pitches were a really good size and offered privacy with hedging. Staff were lovely too. The site is well located for easy access to Montsoreau, a lovely village with a few shops and bars

We stayed 10 days on this campsite from the moment we arrived the staff were most helpful the toilets showers ect all so clean lots of hot water restaurant on site nice you can walk into town very nice also you can walk along by the loire beautiful we had a very good experience on this campsite and will definitely be back
We booked on line and when we arrived I produced my acci card they did not seem interested they said it was a holiday weekend but we were there for 10 days i think they need to make it clear if they are accepting acci or not
Site very spacious 1st site we could not get sat tv we asked could we move it was not a problem very helpful
No problem with acci need to be cleared up and if you book on line can you use acci other than that experience was very good

Well kept and run side , with helpful staff. The pitches were private with mature hedges. The village of Montsoreau is one of the more beautiful on the Loire , with good local shopping and restaurant choice . Will use this site again on our tour through France.
Your plans for the new toilet/ shower block will make the site 5 star.

We love this site and, thankfully, it's consistently really good so we always look forward to staying there. It has the best disabled shower out of any campsites that we have ever stayed on!
We love this pitch, right next to the Loire - quiet, spacious, full of birdsong, watching birds nesting too and only a short walk from the amenities on the site and very close to the village shops etc.

This site is excellent. On the outskirts of Saumur beside the river. We had a pitch with private facilities which was excellent. Ate twice at the on site restaurant which was very good , value for money and good food and excellent drinks list. All the staff were helpful and friendly. Would have no hesitation recommending this site..

Beautiful surroundings, nice village, fantastic street art Park 800 m away. The site is very beautiful, the people at reception very friendly and helpful. The sanitary facilities are good and clean. Good looking restaurant, we didn’t go there as we cook ourselves. We had planned to stay for two nights, we stayed four nights!
Longer intervals at the shower! I couldn’t complete a whole song, just a few bars at a time:-)

The welcome was very good, with Estelle the manager remembering me from my stay last year. Good food in the bar in the evening, handy to have a small restaurant on site.

The site was very clean and well maintained. We also liked being so close to the village and many options for scenic walks and outings. Staff were very friendly.
As we were there early in the season the pool and restaurant weren’t open which we hadn’t realised until we arrived.
Great size pitch. River was beautiful.
Path between the site and the river meant a constant flow of folk passing by. We had to put up a windbreak to deter our dogs announcing each person. I didn’t realise this when booking.
