Evaluations that are not older than three years and have undergone a verification process. More infoThe emplacement was spacious and private with some shade. The facilities were excellent, the toilet / washing area was very clean and well kept. For families with children the provision was good and free with a wide range of activities. The site is very quiet and perfect for people who enjoy tranquility. The staff was extremely helpful as our command of French is very basic. We look forward to a return to La Safriere in September.
We cannot think of anything that needs improvement.
Pitching our caravan was easy as the emplacements are very spacious with hedging.
Nothing to dislike, we liked the traditional typical French camping sites.

Lovely welcome, the site was so well planned and organised in every way. Every plot had privacy and shade. Great connection with nature, we enjoyed watching storks fly overhead and landing in the adjacent field.
The only tricky thing was cycling on the pebble surfaces of the tracks
Pitch was perfect!

Beautiful surroundings, nice pitches for campingcars, tranquil and easy to explore the bay of Somme on a bike. Lots of nice and save cycleroads
Sanitair, showers are old and not to good. They are clean

Idéal pour visiter la Baie de Somme à vélo ou par voiture. Tout semble identique à mes précédentes visites : calme, paysages pittoresques et faune préservée.
très bel emplacement pour ma tente et bonnes installations

Our family had a wonderful stay at this well located campsite. There were games and equipment to keep the children entertained and other residents were friendly. It is very well located for local cycle tracks.
On a few occasions the hot water in the showers was intermittent.
We brought our campervan. The pitch was a good size with water and electricity.

Lovely rural site, very pleasant owners who kindly let us arrive at 11am. Good size pitch. Beautiful plants and trees and full of bird life - absolutely gorgeous. Bread van on site at 8am every morning except Sunday. Our pitch was a fair distance from the facilities, which were tired and dated but clean. Close to wonderful cycle path into Le Crotoy and Saint Valery - both beautiful and worth a visit. Saint Valery has a market on a Sunday.
The down side for us was there was nothing to really walk to. No pavements and just one very small bar in the next village..
Good size pitch

Great family oriented camp site, friendly and helpful staff, nice facilities (mini golf, bouncing castle, etc - and free!) for the kids. Liked very much the bread service arriving each morning ;-)
I have only one 'issue', I think there should be hand washing soap in the toilets - After covid we shouldn't be promoting people to be going to the toilet and not washing their hands - We're always telling kids (and sadly some adults also need to be told!) to wash their hands, so it doesn't help if there isn't soap to facilitate that... Not an issue, but maybe a 'nice-to-have' - some chilled drinks and/or ice creams available in the reception - given the distance to local shops/restaurants, maybe a little more choice of available products?
nice camping pitch, no issues really

We have stayed on many campsites during our travels in Normandie. This was our favourite. Large private pitches. Very quiet as there are only a few pitches ( most are permanent) and no bar/ pool etc . Friendly owner’s accommodating our poor French and little shop on site . Great bread from the visiting Boulangerie van.
Big private pitch. Ours had a great view of the lake and the sheep. Even saw a stork ( first time) We will definitely use again as just an hour from Calais . Thank you !

Grote plaats, zoveel bloemen, bomen en struiken. Aardige beheerder.
Toilet gebouw is wel even lopen. Niet alle plekken zijn zo mooi als de onze.
