The best campsite of our 6 week trip to France, Natalie and Cyril are amazing, lovely and genuine people who made our stay so comfortable.

Everything was great. Natalie and Cyril were always helpful. Entertainment and pizzas were also great.

Nice and quiet place

We stayed here for two nights and wished we could have stayed longer. The atmosphere is wonderful, calm friendly and relaxing. All campers were considerate and quiet, the spaces are large and private and the site has everything you could possibly need. Lots for children - a shed with activities, playground and lots of games such as table tennis, football, trampoline and badminton. It didn't feel loud or touristy at all which some other campsites did. Very well located for cycling to local towns and chateaus. We will 100% be back.

the pitch was excellent, thank you. Also thank you for the use of the disabled bathroom. It was well laid out and with excellent placed rails.

On the banks of the Loire. Direct access to the cycle path to Amboise or Chaumont sur Loire. There are a variety of pitches in shade or sun, good clean sanitary facilities with the best shower pressure so far. Onsite bar on terrace was lovely with views of the sunset over the Loire. Evening entertainment on one of the nights was good and fully attended. Options for eating on terrace as well. All run by a really super friendly couple who speak French and English (maybe more but I don’t know about that!) All in all we had a wonderful 3 night stay here.

Drain for Moho waste water.

Natalie and Cyril were great hosts. Campsite plots are a good size. Toilet/kitchen area very clean. SNACK bar served good range of drinks and excellent burgers!

Wonderful cabin overlooking Loire. Extremely clean and well equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. It’s very well stocked and has everything you need to cook your meals. This is an exceptional site and Nathalie & Cyril work hard to achieve an excellently run site. Thank you both. We will return!

None! It’s perfect.

We had a lovely shady pitch which was essential in the extreme heat (34 - 38C). It was a good size and suited us as my wife has mobility issues. The owners were really friendly and helpful as well as being extremely well organised. Facilities were always immaculately clean and nothing was too much trouble.

A ground level waste water drain would have been useful and temperature adjustments on all the showers would have helped in the very hot weather. No drain under the water tap meant a standing pool of water was always present.

This was an incredibly relaxed and calm site with the friendliest most helpful owners imaginable. A sheer joy to spend some time there.

Onsite Motorhome service point would be useful - but not essential. Similarly fully serviced pitches with water and electrics are great but not essential as there is water available throughout the campsite

It says it all that we return every year. Cyril & Nathalie are lovely, friendly & helpful owners. The pitches are well maintained. The site is conveniently placed for many chateaux’s.

We cant think of anything that we would change.

An excellent discovery, this quiet brilliantly run little campsite. If I want to return to the area again I’ll book at this delightful site without hesitation.

Lovely place with lots of trees, great location, wonderful hosts, great restaurant, clean sanitary building, nice bread in the morning, many attractions in the area.

Great location, peaceful, lots of wildlife.

We had a lovely stay at this site. Very friendly welcome. All the facilities were available, including a daily bakery delivery of croissants and baguettes. The snack bar was great too. There were lots of choices for cycle paths nearby and very close to the river. Would happily recommend and look forward to staying again.

Small and Friendly, great reception on arrival, nice terrace for food or drinks overlooking the Loire.

Spent 5 nights here on this lovely campsite run by such a hard working couple. They are constantly around talking with visitors, cleaning, cooking , sorting and organising. It's a very well organised site with lovely pitches, very clean sanitaires and the nicest bar/restaurant terrace from which you can watch the sun set over the Loire. We ate here twice-pizza night features really well topped homemade pizzas which were very good. Book when you arrive to secure a table. You can sit on this terrace with a cold beer/ice cream during the day. Cycle track to Blois/Amboise at gate. Book-full often

I'm sure Cyril & Nathalie will work on any improvements they feel are necessary

Excellent location and well run site . Nice shady spots and a great little Bar / restaurant overlooking the river . Natalie and Cyril were excellent hosts

Restaurant slots sell out very quickly so perhaps investment in more staff to increase capacity at the restaurant would be good . It’s such a nice spot and people love eating there . Would prefer to have fresh goods in the shop ,and not pre order would also be helpful. Evan if fresh bread and croissants cost a little more to cover potentially some unsold items .
