Very noisy in the evenings and nighttime. No noise after 10.30 rule not enforced. Neighbours were up and making noise until 2am some nights!

one downside is that there are only three showers for women, which is really not enough when the campsite is busy. I often had to wait quite a while just to take a shower.

We had a lovely view from our spacious pitch. The walks and cycle routes from the site were good.
The showers in the pool were not good and the sauna and steam room were only switched on one out of 4 days. . The toilets don't have seats on them and you can't adjust the temperature of the showers.

Hello Carole and thank you for sharing your feedback! We're delighted to hear that you enjoyed the lovely view from your pitch and made the most of the walks and cycle routes around the campsite. The sauna and steam room can be used on request at reception. We activate them as soon as a guest requests them, as we don't leave them on continuously for safety and environmental reasons. As far as the showers are concerned, the temperature is adjustable throughout the campsite: just press the push-button to turn on the water, then turn the circular control to the right or left to adjust the temperature. Finally, for reasons of hygiene, the toilets are no longer fitted with a seat, to ensure easier cleaning and a healthier environment for all our visitors. We hope that these clarifications will help you to better understand how our facilities work during your next stay.

The water off the swimming pool was a little chilly. Hot water of the showers wasn't consistent.

Hello and thank you very much for your feedback! We are delighted that you enjoyed our campsite. The water temperature in the swimming pool is kept between 28 and 30°C. As the pool is covered and the atmosphere inside can rise to 35°C, this can make the water feel cooler when you get in, although the temperature is within the standard range. We have also taken note of your comment about hot water in the showers, and will be checking this point. We look forward to welcoming you back for a future stay!

Nous avons apprecié la proximité à la forêt sur le terrain et les grands arbres qui amènent plein de vie. Nous étions dans un chalet prestige, très fonctionnel.
Seul bémol, les journées étaient très chaudes (30°c) et nous avons eu du mal à garder une température agréable à l'intérieur du chalet. (Pas de volets exterieurs).
Équipements fonctionnes, lits confortables.
Les fenêtres pas pratiques pour aérer, et le manque de solution contre la chaleur.

Friendly welcome in Reception
We were only staying for one night but the toilet facilities were inadequate, One toilet block is permanently out of action and in the other on the main site men and women had to share as the female side was out of action. None of this was explained on arrival which it should have been. Also the permanently out of action block is an utter disgrace, especially the chemical disposal toilet which is full of excrement it has been left open and could be accessed by a young child.

It is true that one of our sanitary blocks is currently out of order due to works, for which we sincerely apologise. We take your comment very seriously and have already taken steps to secure and clean this area. We always make it clear to our customers when one side (male/female) is closed, as some people find this inconvenient. This is why we always keep toilet block 1 open, as well as one side of toilet block 2. We hope to have the opportunity to welcome you again under better conditions.

Set in the national park. With good local hiking. We saw some of the local historic villages and also drove to Strasbourg for the day. There is a restaurant on site which also sells bread in the morning. The swimming pool is a great place to relax after a day's walking.
One of the toilet blocks was derelict, the other was unisex, which my wife was unhappy about.
Luckily we had a nice size level pitch. The pitches have shrubs and hedges to give a little privacy.
The electric outlet for our pitch was across another pitch so had to trail the lead across another person's pitch.

Lovely area and great views from pitch. Enjoyed the swimming pool. Friendly staff and efficient reception.
The changing rooms were a bit chilly. The campervan service point wasn't very clean. Someone had emptied their toilet down the drinking water drain. Fresh water was a long way from our pitch. The washing up area was a bit cramped.

Het restaurant was niet goed voorbereid op grotere gezelschappen (8 personen). Receptie spreekt goed Engels, restaurant niet. Wifi is erg aan de prijs.

Wat het restaurant betreft, zullen we uw opmerkingen doorgeven aan het restaurantteam, met name wat betreft de ontvangst van groepen en communicatieproblemen. Wat betreft de sanitaire voorzieningen, het kan zijn dat sommige tijdelijk gesloten zijn in het laagseizoen, vanwege het aantal bezoekers. We begrijpen echter dat dit voor enig ongemak heeft gezorgd en zullen hier in de toekomst rekening mee houden. Tot slot nemen we goede nota van uw feedback over de Wi-Fi. Nogmaals bedankt voor uw bezoek, en we kijken ernaar uit u weer te mogen verwelkomen!

L emplacement à la misère du bois était parfait pour nous. L accueil très chaleureux , avoir la possibilité d arriver sans réserver et choisir un emplacement dans ceux encore disponible, pouvoir prolonger d un jour, le service de massage proposé par Laurence au top !
Les sanitaires à optimiser (léger, pas cata et possible que ce soit du aussi à un manque de savoir vivre des autres campeurs qui ne passent pas la raclette après leur passage 😉)

Superbe ! Un accueil super sympa, des installations tops ! Une piscine intérieure trop chouette aussi !
Nous avons été placés (a notre demande) un petit peu à l'écart de l'espace camping car. Autant l'endroit en soi nous a très bien convenu, autant c'était un petit emplacement.... A peine de quoi ajouter 1 table pliante devant le camping car.... Heureusement il n'y avait personne donc nous avons pas eu de soucis.
La vue, le calme, l'accueil, la proximité du restaurant :)
Taille de l'emplacement ! En été, quand tout est complet cela est un peu étroit :)

Il faut bien penser à amener ses draps et serviettes car non fournis, mais c'est bien précisé par message heureusement !

Awesome location and great facilities. Laundry, showers, wazhing up station and chemical loo emptying stsyions. A cafe on site with daily bread delivery from the local boulanger and a pool, tennis court eyc. All wrapped by a fabulous forest.
None i can think of
Great flat pitch for tent, very quiet with msinly touring camper vans. A short walk to village for bread, croissants etc and a chemist if required.

In low season, the reception is indeed closed from 12pm to 4pm, however, we provide a RQ code that our customers can scan during closing hours to gain access to the campsite. For customers who have made a reservation in advance, an e-mail is sent before arrival to enable you to set up on your pitch between 12 and 4 pm. We hope you had a pleasant stay at our campsite. We look forward to seeing you again next season.
