Clean and tidy campsite and the food trucks were a great idea and reasonably priced.
Supply toilet roll and something to dry your hands after washing them. Out of the 4 campsites we stayed at you were the only ones who did not provide these.

Food truck and bread order nice. Check-in efficient. Quiet at night. Playground / sports area nice. Clean with lots of staff. Good recycling.
When you check in, it would be helpful if you would advise that you want vehicles to park on the gravel and not the dirt. We were fine, but many neighbours were told to move - not in a friendly manner after they were all set up. You could also inform people at the check-in that there is no toilet paper in the bathrooms - not a problem - just good to know before you walk there.

Thank you for your feedback. We are pleased to hear that everything went well for you during your stay. Regarding parking, everyone is informed upon arrival that vehicles must be parked on the gravel and not on the areas of bare soil. Unfortunately, despite being given this information, some guests do not follow the instructions, and we then have to ask them to move their vehicles. We understand that this can be unpleasant, but this rule is necessary and, when the parking areas are clearly defined, it also seems quite obvious that vehicles should not be parked on the bare ground. As for the toilet paper, this information is also clearly stated on the information sheet provided to every guest upon arrival. It is therefore important to take a few moments to read the information provided. Unfortunately, we cannot explain the entire set of house rules and all the practical information verbally to every person who arrives. This is precisely why we provide an information sheet containing the instructions and useful information for the stay. Nevertheless, we take note of your comments and thank you for bringing these points to our attention.

New shower room and toilet block which was spotless. Reception very friendly and helpful. I have never see so many people at the bar on an evening. Very friendly atmosphere. The food van's were great and enjoyed the food. Good size outside gym area in the campsite area. Children's play area.
Good size pitch which was flat and greenery to 3 sides making it private. Lots of shade for people who need to keep things cool. At the campsite field there must be sun all day.
Very tight getting the moterhome into the area to drain off the gray water.

Chilled place to stay but noisy in the morning

Our pitch was near the reception and when the bins were collected very early on the morning (6am) there was a lot of noise of people and machinery for a prolonged time

A great place to stopover when travelling further south. The pizza van was excellent and the facilities were clean.

The location for Orleans is ideal either by bike or tram or bus. Small site 45ish pitches with a few tents as extras. A very compact but tidy site that the staff work very hard on maintaining be it the pitches or the garden/border areas. Some are shady but depending on the time of day. It is between two river , which were very low in July and we had a few mosquitos present so take usual precautions. The amenity block was spotlessly clean and monitored, plenty of hooks and shelves in the cubicles.
Over hanging tree branches need trimming to prevent noise on the van roofs.
16A euro plug, brilliant. Nice and big for an eight metre van with awning and still room to park cycles.

We only stayed there one night but it's a really calm and tranquil place. It's in a nice location and the staff are very friendly. The facilities were nice and clean
Pitch was very flat and on a nice secluded area which was very nice as the temperatures were beginning to head upwards to 40° so the overhanging trees help kept the motorhome nice and cool

This is a great site used a few times, for an overnight stop as just of motorway, It is very clean and well kept the staff at excellent.

Lovely little site which was clean and very friendly. Great to have the bar and pizzas. Only a 10min walk to the tram into Orléans ….so a day with out the car to break up our journey south was super.

two of us in our separate motorhomes, bur travelling together. We didn't make the booking on time as one of our party had a mechanical breakdown. we phoned to tell them and they were fine about it, even let us transfer one of the nights to a future night due to waiting for repairs longer than anticipated!. site was lovely and quiet, food trucks were delicious and only gripe was no toilet tissue in toilets. you need to take your own. just wish i knew before going the first time.!

The pitch was spacious and private too. Staff gave a warm welcome. Facilities are clean and as long as you remember the loo roll there's no problem but this is not unique in France. The food vans were good. Orleans is fairly easy to access, trams are 15-20 mins walk away. We really just wanted a stopover before continuing along the Loire valley but would definitely come back here.
