The scenery
To remove the highly dangerous Rottweiler roaming the site without its muzzle.

Relaxed atmosphere, peaceful site in beautiful surroundings
Don't rush your guests to leave the accommodation. One of your staff came to our lodge at 9.50 to remove bed linen, we felt hurried and left. 10am is checkout time,.please wait until.10am before sending staff to the accommodation.
Spacious and modern, well equipped and lovely decked terrace.

The site is clean and well kept, pitches are a good size with good access to water and electricity. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The sanitary facilities are always clean and hot water is plentiful. Bread can be ordered daily. The site has improved its activity areas for children and adults greatly since our last visit as well as the access to the pool complex
We understand the sites ecological values but we think not providing toilet paper in the toilets is not a good idea

The surroundings were really pretty and there is lots ro do. We have older children so the pool was a great addition to the campsite. Good facilities and a spacious pitch
No hand soap in the ladies bathroom for 3 days. We were also pitched right next to the washing up/toilets/playground so was a little noisy and didn't feel very private.

Electricity plug and water were across a valley under the trees and was quite dangerous going up and down there. A metal bar is sticking out too Pitch near toilets/washing/playground up was a little noisy and not very private

We stayed off season so very quiet and understandably not open as much as peak season. All staff were very pleasant and very accomodating
Proximity to all services, good sized pitch
The pitch was very wet from rain and the car got stuck easily, there were however plenty of pitches with hard standing so cannot complain about our choice

Le calme, les jeux extérieurs pour enfants et adultes, le bar, l'accès à la piscine. L'accueil toujours agréable
il manquait de la vaisselle mais suite à mon signalement tout est rentré dans l'ordre La propreté laissait à désirer. Pour un 4 étoiles on s'attend à un gite impeccable. A votre décharge nous sommes en fin de saison

Veel natte leem op de plaatsen, of kiezels die je allemaal mee naar binnen neemt

Heerlijke plek in een doodlopend steegje met een heerlijk hangmat aan de overzijde, in de schaduw. Accommodatie met 2 badkamers prima. Luiken voor de ramen heel fijn. Zwembad prima aan te lopen, alleen jammer dat de verkorte route erheen vanwege slecht weer dicht bleef. Terwijl het de hele week meer dan 35 graden was.
Ik snap dat het niet ecologisch is, maar met een week lang temperaturen van over de 35 graden wordt het ondanks de luiken aardig warm binnen. Een airco of ventilator is dan best welkom.
Prima! Ruim, en 2 badkamers is fijn.
Iets te warm binnen zonder airco of ventilator met de hoge temperaturen die we hadden. Verder wel duurder in vergelijking met andere campings met dezelfde soort accommodatie (2 badkamers).

L'emplacement du cottage parfait car le matin on avait le soleil sur la terrasse et l'après-midi on était à l'ombre. L'accès à la piscine et sa zone détente qui est vraiment top. Personnel du service technique accueillant, souriant et à l'écoute des clients.
Pour un 4 étoiles le ménage laisse à désiré. Tout ce qui est utile à la cuisine pourrait être contrôlé, car 5 fourchettes, 4 cuillères, 6 couteaux rien au même nombre. Dommage que les pommes trainent partout, il faudrait voir pour une activité enfant / adulte pour les ramasser et faire venir une personne qui montre comment est réalisé du jus de pomme

Toiletten Papier in den Toiletten wäre wünschenswert . Mini laden Auswahl wäre Vergrößerungswürdig
Wasser und Strom am Platz, drei schöne Spielplätze für Kinder , großer Stellplatz , Gute Strom Absicherung
Das ein oder andere bei den Spielplätzen gehört erneuert und sicherer gemacht , Toiletten Papier wäre wünschenswert

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour à la Roche d’Ully. (Grands parents et leur petit fils de quatre ans fin août.
Chalet PMR vraiment adapté pour un personne en fauteuil roulant. Place de parking tout à côté Accès facile au centre aquatique Nautiloue
