The cottages are close together and quite out dated. Not very comfortable during a heat wave. There is a big rottweiler at the camping and the quality of the food in the restaurant is bad. The swimming pool has no shade, this isn't something the camping can change but doesn't make the camping suitable for kids in summer.
Update the cottages and create more spacious spots. Create shade, improve restaurant and service.
Many things to do around the camping, beautiful walking and cycling routes. Nice river.
The beds are uncomfortable and the bathroom is of low quality. None of the bedrooms had room for the cot of our one year old. (delivered by the camping)

Don't rush your guests to leave the accommodation. One of your staff came to our lodge at 9.50 to remove bed linen, we felt hurried and left. 10am is checkout time,.please wait until.10am before sending staff to the accommodation.

The site is clean and well kept, pitches are a good size with good access to water and electricity. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The sanitary facilities are always clean and hot water is plentiful. Bread can be ordered daily. The site has improved its activity areas for children and adults greatly since our last visit as well as the access to the pool complex
We understand the sites ecological values but we think not providing toilet paper in the toilets is not a good idea

The surroundings were really pretty and there is lots ro do. We have older children so the pool was a great addition to the campsite. Good facilities and a spacious pitch
No hand soap in the ladies bathroom for 3 days. We were also pitched right next to the washing up/toilets/playground so was a little noisy and didn't feel very private.

Electricity plug and water were across a valley under the trees and was quite dangerous going up and down there. A metal bar is sticking out too Pitch near toilets/washing/playground up was a little noisy and not very private

We stayed off season so very quiet and understandably not open as much as peak season. All staff were very pleasant and very accomodating

The pitch was very wet from rain and the car got stuck easily, there were however plenty of pitches with hard standing so cannot complain about our choice

La supérette du camping pourrait être plus achalandée, mais Ornan propose plusieurs offrent de magasins, bio ou supermarchés
Le plus, la salle de bain et l’évier sur l’emplacement, c’est ultra pratique !

À partir de quand un(e) responsable a-t-il trouvé pertinent de nous « surclasser » sans nous avertir en convertissant notre réservation Forfait nature « à l’écart/à l’ombre/sans électricité » en emplacement pour camping-car face aux jeux et aux sanitaires ? À notre arrivée, impossible de nous attribuer le type d’emplacement que nous avions réservé. Nous avons monté notre campement et tenu 3 jours avant de décider de partir. C’est là qu’un changement nous a été proposé ! Hélas notre grande fatigue avait affecté notre humeur, alors tant pis pour l’argent versé et les activités prévues.
J’aurais aimé tester l’un des emplacements traditionnels décrits sur le site web et pour lequel j’avais réglé 7 nuitées.
L’emplacement n’était pas l’un de ceux prévus. Il y avait de l’eau, de l’électricité et très peu d’ombre. Il était situé face aux sanitaires, aux jeux et non loin du restaurant. À 6h30 du matin les bébés s’éveillent, pleurent et les parents viennent naturellement les changer. À 23h30 certains enfants jouent encore, tandis que leurs parents boivent et chantent à la terrasse du restaurant. Tout cela est logique, mais 7h de sommeil (car en journée, sous tente et sans ombre, pas de sieste possible) ne nous a pas permis de nous « reconnecter à la nature » comme le site web le suggérait :-(

Nous avons passé un super séjour dans ce camping avec un emplacement ombrager.
Gros bémol sur le restaurant. Le système etait vraiment pas génial, pas de serveur donc il faut aller au bar et debarasser soit meme. La nourriture etait pas bonne. De plus personnel pas sympathique.

Restaurant un peu cher, dommage qu il ne soit pas ouvert plutôt l après-midi vers 16h00 pour le goûter, les toilettes sales et manque d animation le soir

Le camping est vraiment sympa. Il y a tout ce qu’il faut notamment avec des enfants. L’accès à Nautiloue est un vraiment plus.
Ce qui pourrait être amélioré est la propreté des toilettes même si j’ai vu qu’ils étaient nettoyés régulièrement. Parfois à la douche plus d’eau chaude.
Nous étions sur un emplacement libre avec électricité: grand emplacement avec de l’ombre et du soleil. Rien à redire.
Les sanitaires même si c’est loin d’être la catastrophe.

Quelques jours en tente, on a profité de la piscine, du barbecue collectif, super jeux pour enfants, du calme et de la propreté constante des sanitaires. On reviendra !

Un accueil tout en douceur, un emplacement vaste et propre, l'originalité des cabanes, l'accès a la piscine, tarifs au bar corrects, le dépôt de pain au top, des sanitaires impeccables le tout dans le plus grand calme. Une soiree brasero bien sympathique.

De sfeer was goed, lekkere broodjes van de broodjes service, vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel. De toiletten waren erg schoon, en de algehele indruk was top! Ook kon je echt de normen en waarden van de camping overal weer in terug vinden, wat een groot compliment is. Ook dat er zo goed voor de natuur word gezorgd vind ik een groot plus punt!
Toch wel toilet papier en wc brillen, maar dat komt vooral omdat ik dat zo gewend ben.
Prima prijs, niets op aan te merken.
