This campsite had by far the best facilities for cyclists. It felt that they had really thought about what cyclists need, rather than providing a space for them as a bit of an afterthought which is how it felt at some other campsites
Having the use of the camp kitchen with its fridge, cooker, tables and chairs, and lockable electricity socket cabinet.
Unfortunately, only one gas ring out of four seemed to be working

You know when the pictures are better than reality? Here you have the absolute opposite. Such a nice place.
Flat, solid ground. Electricity works. Big pitches.

Great place to stay if you're cycling, there's a great kitchen, sinks for washing clothes and dishes, showers are great and there's even a tent for fixing your bike with tools provided. Highly recommend.

Interesting pitches between trees and open views over the estuary. There is some noise from the gas plant opposite, but it is very low, a bit like a large ship passing by, but constant day & night. We didn’t find it obtrusive. We only booked two nights, but liked it so much we extended our stay to six nights. Friendly helpful owners.
Would be easier if pitches were more level for touring caravans and very tight to manoeuvre between trees, but worth the effort.
We were virtually on our own in a corner of the site near the estuary, very tranquil site mostly Dutch & French guests, think we were the only Brits.
Not really… we needed a 5m extension to our normal EHU lead and the owner loaned us a 16a to Continental adapter. Be aware that the polarity is reversed where we connected. Fortunately I had a tester and a patch lead to correct this otherwise it would have killed my inverter.

1 nuit en cabane rando étapes très sympa, on apprécie la piscine à l arrivée.

Camping au calme, bord de Loire, très bien tenu et propre. Hébergement bien espacés, possibilité de belles balades à pied ou à vélo. Personnel disponible et réactif.
Manque d'ombre et de transats à la piscine.
joli mobilhome, à ma grande surprise assez spacieux pour deux personnes, j'ai appréciée la grande salle de bain ou il y a de quoi se retourner, les nombreux rangements dans les différentes pièces.(chambre, salle de bain et cuisine), grande terrasse couverte.
les grandes chaleurs ont fait que le chaud c'est emmagasiné à l'intérieur des mobilhomes et pas facile d'y tenir et dormir. Pour cela l'installation d'une climatisation ou la mise à disposition d'un ventilateur serait UN +.

Rien pour manger. Soit il faut prévoir, soit il faut faire des km pour trouver un restaurant ouvert. Pas facile un dimanche soir !

Étape idéale lorsque vous faites du vélo : cabane en bois 3 personnes bien située (velux pour admirer les étoiles). Sanitaires au top : moderne et propre. Principe du bracelet avec 3 douches de 7 minutes pour un jour dans l'air du temps pour économiser l'eau.

L'environnement est superbe : on est dans la pinède, il y a de l'ombre, de l'air et une jolie piscine.
Les emplacements sont spacieux, les sanitaires très propres.
