We had a great stay here, three nights only, and would return for longer. We didn't have the best weather but the indoor pool was great and - unusually, we think - was warm enough for us to spend a nice long time in it. The water slide was great fun. Great facilities all round, and a warm welcome. We didn't get to use the kids' club or experience the beautiful lake because of the weather but it all looked great.
A suggestion - the shop sells individual washing tablets for the machines, but not individual dishwasher tablets. We would have found this useful. Another small suggestion - upgrade the arcade games to accept card payments because having cash is now unusual!
Lovely, clean, well cared for, well laid out. Could have done with a couple of extra pillows.
Could do with a slightly bigger bin!

We have stayed here for 2 years running now, great location and facilities for all ages. Note worthy are the excellent fitness classes by Olivier and the entertainment in the evening. Nice pool but can be busy with kids during peak times. Reception staff very friendly and helpful. A relaxed atmosphere.
Hedges should be cut more often and vegetation looks untidy and also spoils the lovely views of the lake.
Clean and functional, nice balcony, good BBQ and clean
Rooms very small but note that they are just for sleeping

Good view of lake. Facilities ok but getting dated.
More toilets and showers needed and cassette toilet emptying facilities were rather basic. Motorhome water disposal is looking rather sad. Hedges and trees a bit neglected.
Pitch we moved to was a good size with hardstanding. Water/drain but looking dated.
Hedge a bit unkempt. Water post at least 30 years old.

We use the site for overnight stays to break our journey and previously used the Stop & Go pitches which we requested and were advised that we had booked. We were told on arrival that these are no longer available which was very disappointing. This should have been communicated to me before arrival. The site is very expensive for short stays especially with the extortionate booking fee! Also, the entrance barrier came down and hit our caravan on arrival before we had pulled all the way through.
The pitches need to be levelled better across the terracing. They are not suitable for large caravans. It took a long time to position and level the caravan in such an awkward space - the pitch on our way down was very small due to the terracing and sloping. The pitch on our return was bigger but very steep and grassy with a tree in the middle. After a tiring journey we did not enjoy the time it took to pitch the caravan on a difficult pitch which is why we preferred the Stop & Go pitches. Size of caravan should be requested at time of booking and taken into consideration.
Services on pitch (water & electric) Shade

Location excellent! Staff helpful, restaurant &bar area good!
The pool was a bit small for the number of people on the campsite, more sun beds needed, slide could also do with a bit of maintenance. Please also fix the broken washing machine - one working machine for the size of the campsite meant a few wasted trips to the laundry area.
Having our own bathroom and kitchen area was great!
The shower screen wasn’t very effective - no matter how hard we tried the water ended up on the floor. A small drainage hole would help get rid of the water more easily.

Amazing location, lovely site. We stayed a few nights on our way back from the Alps. Family of 4 with a dog. The location was perfect and the campsite was stunning. Overlooking a huge lake that has direct access. The campsite itself was well-maintained and had everything we needed. Our pitch was ok, big enough, but on a slant. There were many better ones - I guess we just lucked out a bit! The facilities were good and enough for the big site - hot water was a bit hit and miss, but as it was nearly 40 degrees, not much of a problem. Overall, a nice campsite, and we would go back
well designed campsite, good facilities, seasoned campers, stunning location.
Slanting pich! we paid extra for a luxury pitch - it was in a good spot and plenty big enough but being on a slant made it a bit annoying.

Friendly helpful staff. Clean toilets. Nice pool and slide. Good proximity to lake.
The pitch was awful, half of it was on a steep slope, there was a fruit tree in the middle and the fruit that had fallen from it attracted lots of wasps. Half of the pitch was unusable. A noise curfew in the evening would make the site more pleasant, during our holiday it was very loud past 11pm.
We did not like the pitch, please read above.

Warm, friendly welcome at reception on arrival and quick/easy check-in. Reception also rang to book the vets appt for our dogs to do the travel certificate.
Could do with a designated path to walk to the rubbish/recycling area. Currently you have to walk up the road which can often be very busy with cars, mootorhomes, campervans, making it a little unsafe.
Good spacious pitch. Private bathroom surprisingly large and was very clean. Good shower and water very hot.
Chalets receive a welcome kit that includes a toilet roll, this would be good for pitches that have a private bathroom.

nice campsite, with good facilities and close to lake with activities. Very friendly and helpful staff especially at reception and the shop. Aqua park nearby was very good and felt like an extension of the site. We used almost every day!
Entertainment/Kids club a bit hit and miss. A number of advertised activities didn't happen or were cancelled. Some understandable as it rained whilst there but left with little to do during bad weather. Shower blocks not 5 star, very few showers and almost always in use, in need of renovation and deep clean.
Nice large size pitch, flat, with water and electricity.
next to toilets, with not a full privacy hedge so very noisy especially at night (hand driers and slamming cubicle doors).

Bar-staff honesty suspect - overcharged for an extra drink twice in a row classic bar scam

I really enjoyed my stay at Camping de la Liez. The campsite had a peaceful summer atmosphere and offered great service. I especially appreciated the nearby swimming lake – it was spacious, relaxing, and easy to walk to. The surrounding area is beautiful, and the town of Langres is incredibly charming. I would definitely recommend this place for a calm and pleasant holiday.
Nice and clean, with a great view over the lake.

We had a nice stay from the friendly welcome at the reception to quick check out. We had rented a mobile home Ciela confort, which was pretty new. The aircon was a plus, because of 30+ degrees. Sitting on the terrace with view to the lake was extraordinary. Pool area very attractive and nice with a restaurant with enough options.
Aircon, terrace, nice beds and the view to the lake.

Campsite was well organised and views was lovely. Will come back again for longer stay.
Possible washing laundry basin rather then have to use washing machine for small bites. The charge of 20 euros booking fees was quite steep compare to other sites.
Nice view and perfect space

Fantastic site in beautiful surroundings. Excellent restaurant. Nice pool.
WiFi was disappointing considering we had to pay.
Wonderful view.
Pitches were a bit tight.

Beautiful trees and birds all around, very pretty landscape. Welcoming and helpful reception..hard working with the storm clean up too! The lake and Langres have plenty to do and see. So
The swimming pool showers and inside area tiles need some renovation..only 3 and 1 not working and mildewed tiles
Great bathroom and washing up area..clean and modern. Good neighbours on pitches around us
Unfortunately noisy toddler families screaming from 6.30am each day in the safari tent houses...and later in the day...the tent houses have no sound reduction!

We have been visiting this site for years. If is wonderfully situated relatively near to Langres which is a lovely walled town. The staff on site are friendly and efficient. Just love the place.
Great pitch with shade
Thank you Peter ! We will be glad to welcome you again. Indeed, Langres is a lovely place to have good time :) See you soon
