We loved this site and would have liked to have stayed longer. The location is great, just behind the dunes of a lovely beach with clear sea. Be careful of the undertow when the tide is going out! The sanitary block was very clean and tidy, with plenty of showers & loos. Staff were really friendly & helpful. The only reason we wouldn't give the site 10/10 is not their fault at all. There is another camp site next door & there was a lot of noise from a group of kids who were screaming and shouting until almost midnight each night. Our site was quiet after 10 & people respected this.
A number of our neighbours on the site were also struggling with the noise from the neighbouring site & especially trying to get their kids to sleep. They - & we - spoke to staff at Camping des Dunes and they said that it was indeed a problem & that they had approached the manager at the other site - on of the Flowers group of sites - but they seemed unable to curb the noise/behaviour. It was a shame, but having said this, we'd probably go back and just hope the same kids weren't staying at the same time!!
Good-sized pitch with shade and with hedges on 3 sides. Obviously a bit dusty as it has been so dry. Handy for the electric hook-up and water.

No oven - can understand why they don’t have one but I didn’t realise it in advance and I think in future I probably would look for somewhere with one Price - it was August so never going to be cheap but was around €1100 for the week, which considering it’s a mobile home on a campsite it’s not dirt cheap

Your campsite is nice and quilet but the campsite next door is not, that however is not under your influence.
We had a nice spot at the back of your campsite, next to the other campsite. Other pitches were much less spacious and more crowded.

The campsite has a real relaxed atmosphere and the constant light winds give it a pleasurable freshness. All places are nice and quiet.

Beautifully presented, lovely flowers, best showers, friendly staff. We have been visiting for about 16 years and will keep coming while we still can!
Grass in good condition at beginning of the season, nice and level. Services a short walk and immediate access to cycle path, lovely beach and dunes.

It was the attention to detail that we liked, everything was just-so and well thought out. This meant that everything worked all of the time and we could just enjoy our holiday! Fantastic location also helps!!

First pitch was a little cramped but we were offered another larger pitch in a quieter location that was perfect for us.

We had a fabulous stay here. Very clean around the site, gardens well maintained, playground well maintained. Close to the beach, only a short walk over the dunes, ideal family site. All facilities were clean and maintained to a high standard. Plenty of showers etc Staff were always polite, friendly and helpful
It would be great if the reception had a little more groceries in the shop.

I liked the camping a lot, not too big not too small. And nearby the sea so every morning I went out for a swim. Perfect cold water!
Sometimes there was no bread anymore, even though it was just 9 a.m. Maybe organise this with reservations.
We had a perfect spot with a nice view at the dunes.
