Good location, easy walk into Rocamadour. Nice swimming pools. Good shower facilities. Friendly staff . Good sized pitches.
I don't think it is very hygenic to have the motorhome area hose coiled up touching the chemical toilet disposal point. The recycling area is along way from the pitches.

Consider boundaries on the pitches that add an element of privacy as many do in France. Ensure that pitches are available for arrivals. To be told that the previous pitch users clearly hadn’t left and you didn’t know was worrying. Make sure glasses are clean at the bar and finally with 59 pitches why close off full shower, toilet block for whole nights - queuing for a shower was not ideal.

Kitchen area for pitch. Sensor at night for toilet lamps, not necesarry to light up toilet when not in used One night a party at indoor pool area until 03:00 at night :( The pizzeria in pool area was not welcoming and dirty. Quality at the pizzaria was very poor

We found our pitch was nice and shady which was perfect in the heat . All the staff were fantastic friendly and made our stay. The bar restaurant is excellent and couldn’t of been more helpful. We would definitely recommend the whole site.

Facilities looked ok Booked for 2 nights Stayed 3hrs FLYS MAJOR PROBLEM To get to reception bar & restaurant you had to negotiate building work & be careful of where you walked
To advise that building work was being carried out That some pitches were very uneven
Went to reception on arrival was told which pitch we had been allocated according to size of vehicle on going to park up the pitch had been taken people camped there said there pitch was not suitable & very uneven so moved so went back to reception said camp was very full & given choice of 3 left all very uneven & impossible to get level even with levelling blocks Spoke to 2 other people on site who had same problem one was also moving off early

The site is lovely with a great pool and the location is brilliant for exploring rocamadour. It wasn't clear when things were available. The information said the restaurant opened at 6pm so we went at 6.45pm to be told it didn't open until 7pm. The inflatables were only up 1 out of the 3 days we stayed and on the 3rd day the trampoline has been locked so it couldn't be used to the disappointment of our daughter. Finally we provided the size of our motorhome on booking but we're given a pitch which was way too small for us to fit.
Clean shower floors. Sign outlining when ice creams can be purchased and also when inflatables and trampoline can be used.
The shade of the trees gave mich needed respite from the sun

Brand new mobile home, super clean
The hot water in the shower lasts a very short time. If you are a family it’s better to use the showers of the campsite

Nous avons apprécié la situation du camping à proximité du bourg de Rocamadour. La piscine était vraiment un plus avec les fortes chaleurs.
Ce n'est pas vraiment un point négatif mais plutôt à améliorer = le gazon synthétique à cote de la piscine qui brule les pieds pas fortes chaleurs.
Des emplacements spacieux
Pas d'ombrage sur le terrain des campings cars.

Affreux , apres 3 année passées aux cigalles celle ci auras ete la pire !!! je n' y retournerais PAS , dommage , A l'arrivée : Ambiance froide , directeur absent ? ( pas comme les autres années ou l'acceuil etait convivials avec le directeur )
cela va etre difficile trop de choses ne vont PAS ! restauration nul ,animation plates ,, direction trop occupé par les travaux a venir ;
cela ne vaut pas le prix demandé a recetption des clefs pas d'accompagnements !mobil dont le menage a ete superficiel ( poussiere sur les bordures des lits , haute de frigi d'air ,douche insecte a l'interieur des bacs, vitres traces , table exterieur terrasse poussiere importantes sur les pieds , barbecue pas tres propre et pour la brosse elle est inutilisabletellement quelle est encrassé de graisse , lames de bois terrasses relevées la j'ai fait venir le sercice technique pour refixer ces lames qui ont sans doute ete deformé l'hivert' cela n'aurait pas du etre signe que cela n'est pas verifi
l'ensemble pour moi ce camping n'est pas digne d'un 4 etoiles 5 3 ETOILES TOUT JUSTE

Nous avons beacouo apprécié le calme du bungalow, le joli coin piscine très bien aménagé avec ouverture jusqu’à 20h ! Belle ambiance ! Restauration sur place ! Très bonne accueil de la part des personne s’occupant de la réception !
Très beau bungalow, spacieux et lumineux ! Une belle douche qui fonctionne bien ! Bon couchage ! Grande terrasse ! Bungalow bien équipé avec pas mal de rangement ! Nous étions au calme !

Camping familial, idéalement situé avec piscine agréable et beaucoup de transats sous ombrage. L'aire de jeux très appréciée par nos enfants. Equipe d'animation motivée et sympathique
La poussière sur la route à chaque passage de voiture (pas terrible au moment du repas dehors...) et le manque d'organisation au snack (qui doit courir toute la journée car toutes les propositions de la carte ne sont pas au même endroit) : ils ont le mérite d'être très courageux mais il faut leur améliorer leur outil de travail

L’accueil à l’arrivée, la piscine, les jeux pour enfants, le terrain plat et les coktails!
L’entretien des douches, des sanitaires et le reassort du papier hygienique, un peu plus d’arbres pour ombrager les emplacements et surtout : le food truck! Un scandale: 30 minutes annoncées, plus de 2h15 d’attente, servis en 2 temps, burgers et hotdogs baclés, puis 10 minutes plus tard, les frites mal cuites... 2 personnes en poste, l’une d’elles très résiliente et aimable mais n’arrivant pas à tout faire tout seul, avec un seul appareil a panini pour servir tout le monde Et l’autre personne, faisant des allers retours, criant sur son collègue, se plaignant fort et n’acceptant aucune critique
