We arrived about 8pm after a long cycle and the staff went out of their way to ensure that we had food. In fact they prepared a pizza for us when thenkitchen was actually closed. Breakfast was excellent too.
The booking.com description of a 'bungalow' turned out to.be a lot more basic that we had assumed. Confortable, but very basic.

we left after two nights stay, having paid for 4 nights. The site was scruffy and the facilities were dirty and often broken. The entertainment went on until late in the night so we were unable to get a good nights sleep. Happy to provide you photographic support. We would like a refund

We are sincerely sorry to hear that the cleanliness of the toilets and the general maintenance of the campsite did not live up to your expectations. It is important to note that our region has recently been affected by floods which have disrupted our usual cleaning routine. It is complicated to do maintenance when we have people on the ground. (hedge trimming or lawn tractor) We would also like to encourage you to report any unsatisfactory situation during your stay. This allows us to intervene quickly and improve your comfort on site. If you do not warn us it is complicated to act. We cannot be behind each person in the toilet block. We come in the morning at 6 a.m. and in the afternoon at 1 p.m. We hope that you will give us the opportunity to offer you a better experience during your next visit. Kind regards, The campsite team

Another caravan on adjacent pitch positioned one metre from our caravan, NOT ACCEPTABLE!!

The gentleman on reception was so helpful with advice and the entertainment/bands were great. Considering there were lots of children the site was quiet and the pitches were a great size.
I think the showers, toilets and wash areas could do with cleaning more and toilet roll constantly ran out.

It was very short but nice stay, with a great accommodation and friendly staff
Check-out was at 10h30 which I find a bit too early, and this information was not given at check-in, so when we realised at 11h that we should have left already we had to pack in a hurry and could not really enjoy our last moments there
Our Ecolodge was really great, everything you need is there!

La Loire à velo
Le prix d'un simple emplacement velo randonneur sans électricité est cher. Pas réellement de prestation accueil velo rando. Pas d'endroit prévu pour la recharge des portables, hormis squatter les sanitaires ! Pas de tables de pique nique à disposions. Bref rien n'est spécialement prévu pour les randonneurs de la Loire à velo (ou à pied) qui voyagent léger malgré le prix !

Not a good start to our stay. Misleading information regarding arrival times with Reception only open 10-12 and 3:30-7pm. 55 minute wait to check in due to 1 person on reception and queue of people arriving expecting to be able to check in between 9-6, as on website. Pitch was very rutted and sloping. The facilities were good, clean and well maintained. Small snack bar seemed ok. The area itself is very nice and walkable into the town. Only a 2 night stay which, under the circumstances, was enough. We would visit again but make relevant changes e.g arrival day and time and choose pitch

Everything. Ours did not look like the photo. It was mostly dirt and very rutted and we struggled to get our motorhome level which left no space for outside seating etc

Our greeting on arrival was friendly and welcoming. We were checked in smoothly and shown to our pitch. We met the owner at the C&C club exhibition he suggested we try his site. We are so glad we did. Nothing was too much trouble, we were offered wine tastings, knowledge of the area. The region around the site is lovely with much to see and do.
Pitch was large, clean and the grass was good quality, no mud. Important for early April.

Took booking site not suppose to open till april so all facilities were closed no bar or restaurant open which was advertised it would be.
Owners were pleasant not there fault but would not stay again.

Pitchers were wet due to weather no one's fault so we got stuck had to be towed off then stayed in road.

Très agréable de se faire livrer le petit déjeuner à l'heure que nous avons choisie qui plus est ultra copieux, toute la famille s'est régalée!

Équipement du logement
Logement à priori neuf ou presque et très bien décoré. Choix des couleurs judicieux des revêtements et finitions pour l’entretien facilité.
Équipement un peu sommaire (nombre de prises électriques et d’appliques de lumière…). Pas de cintres dans la penderie de la chambre et pas de TV. Pas de seau pour le ménage trouvé et vaisselle très limitée (pas de tasse …).
