"Robbed!"
Nothing.

We were robbed at 3am whilst we were sleeping in our tent. The security patrol only takes place in July and August. The green security fence has gaps in which allow access from the road. The security gate was broken and the staff were still telling all check-ins to use the pass card to access the site after 10pm. The campers were oblivious to the broken security gate. The gendarmes said we were not the first victims and we would not be the last so anyone camping should check the security arrangements before paying and staying. Home 2 weeks and still waiting for our refund!!!

A pitch is a pitch, it was fine.

Again, lack of security. We pitched in no 64 near the lit toilet and washing areas and yet we were still robbed. We were one of a few tents but we were the only targets. We were not impressed and we will not return.

Easy access. Maybe recommendation directions for when leaving site.

Recycling was not identified on bins as worn away labels

Like that site was not full and could choose where to pitch.

Outside water tap was very near the toilet disposal. For hygiene there should be water facility to fill drinking containers in a better location.

"Lovely"
Lovely little site in centre of Tours

Toilets and showers a little chilly, showers not very strong and ceiling was very cobwebby (needed a clean). Excellent free Wi-Fi

"Clean and simple"
The layout and access was good. It was the end of season so there was a choice of emplacements

The waste bins were outside of the site, so no easy access once the gates were shut
