The campsite was lovely and had everything we needed for our stay. Super helpful ladies in reception who put up with my attempts to speak French. Large pitches with plenty of trees for shade. Plenty of facilities that were kept very clean. Lovely location at the side of the river with the town of St Cyprien nearby with shops and places to eat. We would recommend the short stroll over the metal bridge to a bar at the kayak hire place.
A couple more lights at night might be handy.
Large and shaded. Mature hedges formed the boundaries with the neighbours.

Excellent campsite, location near river, quiet and welcoming campsite, cleanliness of facilities were very good, pool area welcoming, lots of places nearby to visit either by short drive or just walking (or in our case kayaking) along river, amenities close by allow easy shopping
Very good sized pitch, offered a lot of space for campervan and small tents, and able to set up cooking and seating area as well

Fabulous location, especially if you are relying on public transport and/or bike. The train, supermarket and open air market are all in walking distance, there is kayaking across the river and many many destinations within biking distance. Lovely hosts, and very homely tranquil place. All facilities were clean and well maintained.
I really loved this, character filled but with all necessities. Comfortable bed, fully equipped kitchen right on the river bank
Thank you for your comment, I hope you had a pleasant stay in France. Régine

Lovely family run quiet campsite with superb bungalows, lovely swimming pool, plus walking distance to village and supermarket.
Well laid out, with everything you need regarding equipment for self catering. Comfortable beds and blanket provided but pillows are large squares which are not compatible with UK pillowcase covers, so as you need to bring your own bed linen, UK visitors bear this in mind and suggest you bring your own pillows as well.
Thank you for your comment, see you next year, we will see you again with pleasure. Régine

Quiet, shady site with lovely pool and right next to the river. An easy 20 minute walk into St Cyprien. Kayaking 5 minute walk from site. Friendly staff who worked hard keeping the facilities clean. Recycling and composting encouraged.
Shady pitch with hedges between pitches. A good size - we managed a folding camper with awning and 2 pup tents and had space for a rotary washing line and table and chairs.
The 7am start of the 2CV rally who were pitched next to us for the last 3 nights of our stay.
