Cleanliness - the lodge looked brand new, water slides, entertainment, so much stuff to keep the children entertained, fresh croissants in the morning, amenities - the lodge had everything you could ask for including hair straighteners!
Some of the entertainment fell flat and was not child appropriate, can't fault it otherwise!
Amazing, the amenities were incredible and I have never been to such a clean lodge before. Really excellent. We had such an enjoyable stay and would definitely recommend.

The staff are very frendly, emaplcements are a nice size. Pool is very hectic
Pool are is quite hectic and lifegaurds are more concerned with playing with the young females than making sure there is no horseplay on slides

The aquatic area is very good, the sporting areas very good, the cycle paths around the site are very good.
Site literature suggested ‘strictly no noise on site after 11pm’, whereas nightly entertainment went on until 11:30pm - 00:00am (which we had no problem with), our problem was that on a nightly basis the unofficial parties continued until much later, we had 3 nights of 2:30am, 3:30am and 5:40am before the noise (loud talking and shouting) stopped. We did not see the point in complaining. This was our main dislike about the site and the only thing that would stop us visiting again.
It was flat and not sandy.
For us being on the main route to the entertainment complex was not ideal.

Great kids play area, good pool area with warm pools, great kitchen setup and utensils.
Overwhelmingly activities were wholly in French, there was not even a slight attempt to include non-French speakers by using English as a catchall language. It is reasonable that the majority of words should be in French, but having a simple English description of the activity would help. This was especially hard for my 6 & 7 year old children who really wanted to join in, but felt excluded.
three tables and dining areas, really good kitchen setup with lots of utensils, plates, cutlery etc, made food preparation very very easy.
TV was only in French, we have stayed in other cabins which had a selection of European channels, mostly French, but also some Dutch, German, English and Spanish channels.

Very clean, well maintained site. Staff were very helpful. Great location, beautiful forest nearby is great for running and cycling (you should promote this more!)
Useful if onsite shop stocked a few essential items. Without a car it can be a little difficult. More information on the closest shops etc would have been helpful

Logement propre et fonctionnel est le seul point positif, à côté du reste qui est médiocre
Camping affichant 5 étoiles alors que les bungalows sont collés les uns aux autres, avec leurs voitures devant, donnâtes l'impression de résider dans un parking. Piscines vétustes, restauration médiocre. Plutôt loin de la mer (20 mn à pied) malgré ce qui est annoncé. Bref un établissement à fuir, ce que nous avons fait au bout de 4 jours, écourtant notre séjour

Super camping avec très bon espace aquatique, espace enfant, animations.
Un bloc sanitaire en plus , quelques douches en plus, et des ruelles plus large pour passer en caravane

Le camping mérite les 5* entre les infrastructures, restaurant, guinguette,la piscine et les animations.
La mobil-home est bien aménagé dans l'ensemble. On a apprécié la télévision dans la chambre. L'emplacement était très calme.
Le mobil-home est mal entretenu: la douche où il y a trop de silicone mal étalé, des portes savons en métal et bois qui rouillent et les moisissures commencent a apparaître. Les gouttières sont bouchées ( et ça ne date pas d'hier) du coup elles ont travaillé et dès qu'il pleut la terrasse est inondée. La proximité des autres mobil-homes est aussi un point négatif : tu déjeunes sur la terrasse pendant que ton voisin est sur ses toilettes ! C'est gênant. 3 bols dans un logement de 6 ça peut être juste mais pour nous ça a été.

Ideal pour nos enfants (4 et 6 ans), espace jeux incroyable, piscines au top. Laverie sur place, dépôt de pain, vente à emporter..très pratique !

Je n'ai pas l'habitude de mettre des avis négatifs mais Déçus de notre séjour. Ce camping coche peut être toutes les cases pour un 5 étoiles mais ne les vaut pas! Sanitaires sales et vieillissant. Les 3/4 des sanitaires fermés la nuit! Nous avons fait un camping 3* l'année dernière qui avait des sanitaires plus modernes, toujours propres. Piscine couverte de taille minime pour un 5*. Manque de sécurité au niveau des toboggans ( pas de surveillance et les voyants rouge/vert ne fonctionnent pas). On reste coincé dans le toboggan à bouée. Musique forte TOUS les soirs.
