The pool and slides very very good and the opening hours were good
Bar area and restaurant were not open and there was no shop
Accomodation was very cool, super wood finsh and layout.
Accomodation had no insulation so it was cold at night and they noise penetrated very easily

Indeed, the bar/restaurant is only open on weekends in low season and unfortunately you were not able to take advantage of it since you came during the week.
