Chadotel International Erromardie

This campsite has a cosy friendly family feel. The bathrooms-laundry are very clean. The staff were super friendly and helpful. Access to the beach was great. I imagine it´s very busy in high season. The restaurant staff were also very friendly and the food I had was good.

Location, restaurant, layout

Water in showers took long time to get warm, internet rubbish despite paying 5 euros extra. Paying too much extra for dog.

Reception very friendly and efficient. Spoke excellent English. Site well planned., clean and tidy Pool area looked very inviting, as did the restaurant. We didn’t use either as didn’t have time, but both looked good.

This bungalow was clean, new and had all that we needed. The staff was very helpful and pleasant. Being able To just walk to the beach was a plus.

If I had to improve on anything, I wish someone spoke in Basque being that it’s the PaysBasque or had some entertainment in Basque. My son would’ve enjoyed even more.

Staff were great facilities 5 star. Good location for beach. Was lovely to wake up to the sound of the waves.

Soap! Probably a lot to ask but to be able to swim in the pool if we come in October.

Great location and clean facilities. Great that dogs are allowed, and the restaurant was good. It's a nice walk to St Jean de Luz too.

Toilets seats? Toilets with a wash hand basin close-by for sanitary purposes!

We love this camping site, the stay this year was very good as always, only 1 comment to make would be the lack of cleaning the toilet area towards the end of our stay.

Cleaning of the sanitary blocks, would be the only improvement we can see.

Good location right by the beach and close to the motorway so we could easily continue our journey the next day

Well- kept, neat and tidy site. Cleanliness of shower and wc facilities, excellent Restaurant with lovely staff. Lovely pool. Great location near beach.

Showers need to be warmer.

Lively site … clean facilities and lovely pool and bar. Perfect position for cycling the area. Some lovely bars along the beach too.

Soap in the toilet areas!!

The sanitaires privés were definitely worth booking, nice bathroom and "kitchen area". Tidy site, nice bar restaurant, and the guinguettes just around the corner on the beach.

Pitch was very lumpy, and a bit muddy.

The restaurant is excellent good choice of food and lovely staff. Pool a lovely bonus. Pitch was good and shower areas kept immaculate.

Checking in needs improvement. Lovely member of staff but needed more than one. Huge queue at 2.30 and mayhem at the barrier not the member of staff's fault please improve the system. Also I wouldn't book on line again 15 euro booking charge and 30 euro charge to choose a pitch is way too much.

On arrival, the receptionist was lovely ,very friendly, welcoming, and spoke excellent English. Our pitch was spacious and open, and we stayed for four nights. The campsite restaurant was great, and the beautiful beach was just a 5-minute walk away, with a few bars and restaurants nearby. We loved sitting with a sangria, watching the surfers and the stunning sunset. Perfect stay — we’ll definitely be back!

Reception staff (Marina) was outstanding in helping me book my stay. Effortless on arrival. Great pitch nice restaurant. Short walk to beach and beach bars. Facilities spotless
