Good stay with a 6 other families, the company made it! Accommodation issues took time and were not fixed.
Pool area hit and miss on towels on sunbed rules. Pool. Surround quite painful as lots of little stones under foot. Would not agree that this is a 5 star site.
Spacious, well equipped
The shower was faulty throughout the stay and it was reported at reception and then followed up via email. It would not hold a constant warm temperature it was either freezing or boiling. No maintenece was carried out to fix it despite multiple complaints. Daughter was in tears at shower times. WiFi codes were not pro actively given even though part of package. Had to get them Individually and they didn’t really work and were not reliable.

Facilities modern and clean. Staff very friendly and helpful
Teenagers made a lot of noise during the days and nights. Banging on the doors of the showers. Staff maybe remind people to be courteous of others around them.

Very enjoyable stay! Pools were excellent and kids had a great time in them! Possibly slightly pricey for mobile homes for week! Everything was an extra on base price! And the mobile air conditioning unit was only good enough for one room! But I would possibly stay there again due to the amenities an available!

Really enjoyed my stay, was brilliant to have the choice of pool complexes to use, loved that it was traffic free so children played safely outside, all staff that we encountered were super helpful.
Would be great to possibly have a mini disco for the children nightly or every second night like we would have had in other establishments, but only a small thing really.
Really luxurious, good sized fridge, excellent to have a dishwasher, all bedrooms were generous size in comparison to some other mobiles we’ve stayed in, would definitely stay again.

We love the pool complex with all the different slides, also the friendly and safe atmosphere. They've really smartened the whole campsite up in the last few years too to give a 5 star feel to the place. Great entertainment every night
Adding a lazy river would be perfect!

Nice Campsite, good pool , good caravan good location on site. Good food and kids had fun lots of things to do in the area .

Nice caravan good size . Great decking area good to have two bathrooms. Good size for family of six nice clean and in modern a good location on site.
Not much space outside for parking or a little area to play games by caravan but not a problem.

Facilities available such as tennis, pool slides, ping pong etc., site was well maintained especially the grounds and roads. Toilet blocks had been refurbished and looked great.
Toilet paper kept running out. Toilets not cleaned throughout the day, only checked first thing in the morning.
Water and drainage on the pitch.
Pitch location was on the main road onto/off the site, very busy, noisy and everyone stares at you as they walk past, no privacy at all. Definitely the worst pitch we have ever had on this site

The pitch was really bad. Dirt pitch, bad access overlooked by 4 vans. No indoor pool or facilities.

Lovely Holiday at camping Acapulco, friendly reception, modern clean accommodation with everything you need and more. The pitches are packed in but we didn’t feel cramped or overlooked. The facilities are good and the pool area is large with something for all ages and it’s spotlessly clean. We really enjoyed staying here and were blessed with sunshine everyday. The campsite is a short walk from the town centre which has lots of cafes and restaurants to enjoy. Crazy golf was fun right next to the main entrance…everyone is on bikes and it’s the perfect location for all the family to enjoy.
The only thing we didn’t like was the ‘Towel Removal’ process by the pool staff. They play a song and you’re expected to get back to your bed before the song finishes…so 2 mins approx. The staff don’t give swimmers enough time to get back to their beds before they remove people towel’s permanently. They started removing towels before the song finished. If you’re queuing on the water slides or in the big pool there’s no way you can get back to your bed in time! We saw families / single parents with their children who lost their sun beds because they were enjoying the pool facilities.
We were very happy with our accommodation, it was clean and modern with a large covered terrace, the beds were comfortable and the storage was enough for 5 of us. It was fully equipped with everything you need.
The really bright outside lighting….it was a large strip light which attracted the insects and wasn’t comfortable to sit outside with, we put torches in glasses to make lanterns and we had to put our towels up around the terrace to stop the bright light affecting our neighbours. An alternative lighting option would of been nice that wasn’t so bright.

Sanitaire 1 : toilettes avec chasse d'eau très médiocre. Si on est les premiers ca va mais si on passe derrière, elle ne fonctionne pas (temps que l'eau remplisse la cuve). Toilettes donc sales (les gens s'attendent pas et laisse comme ca sans tirer la chasse) et souvent bouchées. Voitures qui circulent jusqu'à 1h dans le camping et les personnes sont très bruyantes
Emplacement très grand et ombragé Cabanon super pratique (micro onde et frigo) pas besoin de prévoir un nécessaire de cuisson.

MH bien avec 2 baies vitrées tres pratique cuisine fermée ca c'est genial literie confortable aspirateur apprécié
MH : terrasse plus que vetuste a refaire latte qui se soulevent visses rouillées qui depassent marches tres usées et armature peinture qui s'ecaille je suis assez surprise pour un camping 5* sechoir a linge en plastique a oublier ce n'est pas solide et avec la chaleur ca ramolli et donc ne tient plus debout peut etre prevoir des petites cuilleres en plus ,une grande cuillère pour le service parce qu"une louche ce n'est pas genial peut etre une bouilloire ainsi qu'une casserole taille moyenne dans ce MH en tout cas .verifier que le menage soit bien fait ca c'est important
