Lots of things to do on site, nice pool
Noisy at night, people need to be more considerate as noise levels high at night.
Ok pitch near facilities, pool and bar etc
Electric hook up was 2 pitches along and not near our pitch

We love the pool complex with all the different slides, also the friendly and safe atmosphere. They've really smartened the whole campsite up in the last few years too to give a 5 star feel to the place. Great entertainment every night
Adding a lazy river would be perfect!

Nice Campsite, good pool , good caravan good location on site. Good food and kids had fun lots of things to do in the area .

Nice caravan good size . Great decking area good to have two bathrooms. Good size for family of six nice clean and in modern a good location on site.
Not much space outside for parking or a little area to play games by caravan but not a problem.

Facilities available such as tennis, pool slides, ping pong etc., site was well maintained especially the grounds and roads. Toilet blocks had been refurbished and looked great.
Toilet paper kept running out. Toilets not cleaned throughout the day, only checked first thing in the morning.
Water and drainage on the pitch.
Pitch location was on the main road onto/off the site, very busy, noisy and everyone stares at you as they walk past, no privacy at all. Definitely the worst pitch we have ever had on this site

The pitch was really bad. Dirt pitch, bad access overlooked by 4 vans. No indoor pool or facilities.

Lovely Holiday at camping Acapulco, friendly reception, modern clean accommodation with everything you need and more. The pitches are packed in but we didn’t feel cramped or overlooked. The facilities are good and the pool area is large with something for all ages and it’s spotlessly clean. We really enjoyed staying here and were blessed with sunshine everyday. The campsite is a short walk from the town centre which has lots of cafes and restaurants to enjoy. Crazy golf was fun right next to the main entrance…everyone is on bikes and it’s the perfect location for all the family to enjoy.
The only thing we didn’t like was the ‘Towel Removal’ process by the pool staff. They play a song and you’re expected to get back to your bed before the song finishes…so 2 mins approx. The staff don’t give swimmers enough time to get back to their beds before they remove people towel’s permanently. They started removing towels before the song finished. If you’re queuing on the water slides or in the big pool there’s no way you can get back to your bed in time! We saw families / single parents with their children who lost their sun beds because they were enjoying the pool facilities.
We were very happy with our accommodation, it was clean and modern with a large covered terrace, the beds were comfortable and the storage was enough for 5 of us. It was fully equipped with everything you need.
The really bright outside lighting….it was a large strip light which attracted the insects and wasn’t comfortable to sit outside with, we put torches in glasses to make lanterns and we had to put our towels up around the terrace to stop the bright light affecting our neighbours. An alternative lighting option would of been nice that wasn’t so bright.

The size of the pitch and cleanliness of toilet and shower block at times.
It was set back off main track so fairly quiet.
It was too small and due to acres for lodge on next pitch couldn’t fit on it well.

We really liked the pools & slides. Also liked having the bar overlooking the pool for an early evening drink. Service and food in the restaurant was great. Pizza take away was amazing.
Not enough shade around the pools. It was very hot when we were there and we could have used more parasols.
The pitch was ok. It was very good that we were put next to our friends as requested.

Camping Agréable avec un espace piscine au top pour les enfants petits et grands. Les Food Trucks et bar très bon et personnel sympathique. Plage a proximité
Piscine : Pas assez de transats qui sont utilisés par des enfants (absent car ils sont dans l'eau), beaucoup de ballon dans l'eau, beaucoup de saut, les maitres nageurs ne disent rien et font rien. Animations : très loin au fond du camping, pas de magicien, ni de soirée mousse et même planning pour 15 jours.... Club Ado inexistant, avec des horaires bien précises, activités ras.
Logement très spacieux, terrasse devant au soleil et pour les soirée, véranda à l'arrière très grande (surprise car pas de photo et pas d'info dans le descriptif lors de la réservation). Très grande salle de bain. Des rangements dans toute les pièces. Chambres spacieuses. Chambre Ado avec un accès directement dehors.
Situation en face des animations et du parc de jeux du camping voisin, très bruyant. Du coup pas besoin d'aller au fond du camping pour participer à nos animations, vous avez tout à domicile. Logement vétuste, véranda qui ne ferme pas à clé, la baie vitré du salon idem elle tient avec un bout de bois. Vous payer 2 places de parking dans la réservation, mais une seule est réservé, il faut se débrouiller a ce garer dans l'allée.

Superbe camping à la Palmeraie: bel emplacement, très calme, pas de voiture, en face du camping principal avec tous les services disponibles (accueil, gardiennage de nuit, épicerie, piscine, bar, restauration, piscine, activités de journée et soirée au top)
C’est la 2ème fois que je venais chez vous. Mais je suis déçue car j’avais réglé l’ensemble de mon séjour avant le délai imposé, puis je vous avais contacté pour vous avertir qu’au final, je serais seule et non pas 2 personnes, que j’annulais la location barbecue et le wifi pour 1 appareil en + car déjà intégré dans le prix du séjour. Je pensais donc être remboursée de la taxe de séjour de la 2éme personne absente, barbecue et wifi en +, soit 53,55 euros payé pour rien. Pourriez-vous s’il vous plaît me rembourser cela car j’aimerais revenir l’année prochaine chez vous une nouvelle fois?

Magnifique camping, dès l'entrée ! De belles allées arborées, camping propre et calme, l'environnement est agréable ! Les sanitaires sont parfaitement propres et bien agencés.La plage est a 2 min a vélo par poste cyclable et la piscine du camping est juste waouh ! Nous avons adoré les food trucks avec l'espace attablés pieds dans le sable, le resto donnant vue sur piscine et la fun zone avec toutes ses activités !!
Bien que les food trucks font parfaitement l'affaire et sont délicieux, le restaurant est un peu petit vu l'importance du camping. Il y a très peu de sanitaires et d'espace vaisselle/lessive pour les emplacements caravaning (bloc de 2 douches et 2 WC seulement, proche emplacement camping car droit) Dommage que les activités proposées ne soient pas gérées par des personnes qualifiées (cours de yoga pratiqué par une personne de l'animation, qui ne faisait pas de Yoga..)
Bel emplacement avec dalle bitume pour stationner et espace verdure. L'emplacement est petit mais bel et bien suffisant pour un séjour. Propre et pratique avec une borne d'eau. Table en bois a disposition qui était très appréciée.
La borne de recharge et vidange Camping car à l'entrée du camping n'est pas pratique. La vidange WC est en hauteur via un tuyau PVC et occasionne donc quelques coulées a terre a proximité... Papier souillé au sol constaté. Et le gros inconvénient c'est que la borne de ravitaillement eau prévue via tuyau d'arrosage sert tant au nettoyage des WC qu'à remplir l'eau propre... Il aurait été mis de prévoir un robinet de mise a disposition pour nettoyer les WC et un tuyau exclusivement réservé au remplissage eau du camping car .
