Pauline was amazing at check in and helped us change mobiles for air conditioning, sorted a late check out and went above and beyond.

Expensive pitch for early season. Twice the price we have paid elsewhere. With no shop,bar or restaurant facilities during the week.
You have an app to keep customers informed of opening times and facilities, why not use it for that. Instead you just have standard times in the app for the season, then when you go to shop, bar, restaurant etc. You find a blackboard telling you it's closed until the weekend.
Camping pitch excellent everything you would want.

Site was very clean with excellent facilities including toilet and shower blocks. Kids loved the pool area which catered for all our kids from 13 - 4. Staff were all very friendly and helpful.
Maybe the bar area could do with a refresh but I’m picking.

Good stay with a 6 other families, the company made it! Accommodation issues took time and were not fixed.
Pool area hit and miss on towels on sunbed rules. Pool. Surround quite painful as lots of little stones under foot. Would not agree that this is a 5 star site.
Spacious, well equipped
The shower was faulty throughout the stay and it was reported at reception and then followed up via email. It would not hold a constant warm temperature it was either freezing or boiling. No maintenece was carried out to fix it despite multiple complaints. Daughter was in tears at shower times. WiFi codes were not pro actively given even though part of package. Had to get them Individually and they didn’t really work and were not reliable.

Teenagers made a lot of noise during the days and nights. Banging on the doors of the showers. Staff maybe remind people to be courteous of others around them.

U had a list of everything and had to count everything or else u paid for it! Different to what I ever stayed in before no rules like that.

Very enjoyable stay! Pools were excellent and kids had a great time in them! Possibly slightly pricey for mobile homes for week! Everything was an extra on base price! And the mobile air conditioning unit was only good enough for one room! But I would possibly stay there again due to the amenities an available!

Really enjoyed my stay, was brilliant to have the choice of pool complexes to use, loved that it was traffic free so children played safely outside, all staff that we encountered were super helpful.
Would be great to possibly have a mini disco for the children nightly or every second night like we would have had in other establishments, but only a small thing really.
Really luxurious, good sized fridge, excellent to have a dishwasher, all bedrooms were generous size in comparison to some other mobiles we’ve stayed in, would definitely stay again.

We love the pool complex with all the different slides, also the friendly and safe atmosphere. They've really smartened the whole campsite up in the last few years too to give a 5 star feel to the place. Great entertainment every night
Adding a lazy river would be perfect!

Bungalow de qualité et regon très sympa
Beaucoup de marche pour la moindre activité, ne serait-ce pour aller à la piscine il faut 10 à 15mn n de marche. A la piscine, il est regrettable de se voir imposer de marcher à pieds nous sur un sol brûlant, d'autant plus quand la consigne vous est rappelée pour des employés qui, eux, sont en claquettes
Hébergement quasi neuf de bonne qualité
Beaucoup de proximité. Pour un 5 étoiles, j'aurais espèré un minimum de distance (obligé de fermer constamment le rideau du salon, donnant sur la terrasse voisine à moins de 4 mètres). J'aurais espéré avoir au moins 1 ventilateur à disposition.

L'espace La Palmeraie, l'équipement du mobilhome, la gentillesse du personnel, l'accès au camping des Genêts et ses équipements aquatiques, proximité de l'océan.
La possibilité d'avoir 1 climatisation, plus d'animations en soirée avec des spectacles de meilleures qualités.
Belle surface pour 5 personnes avec un équipement complet.

Les enfants sont en sécurité grâce à un personnel aimable omniprésent autour des piscines.Les toboggans nombreux , la piscine à vagues et les jacuzzis ont été particulièrement appréciés par petits et grands. Les animateurs dynamiques ont mis l'ambiance pour tous les âges. La réception a été particulièrement compréhensive et efficace pour m'aider à gérer mon handicap physique. Un grand MERCI à tous!
Villa spacieuse très confortable décorée comme un véritable appartement avec jardin à l'arrière et parking à côté. Ajout d'un climatiseur mobile dans la salle , indispensable vu la canicule...mais sans le mode d'emploi pour vider l'eau. Besoin de faire appel au service technique très dévoué.
Une bouilloire aurait été appréciée pour les buveurs de thé! Les volets en bois ont des ferrures parfois hors d'usage.

Belles piscines, toboggan à bouée qui m'a fait peur à chaque fois.
On pourrait croire que les mobiles homes "budget" sont bas de gamme mais pas du tout. Très beau, propre et bien agencé.
