We have visited Les Genets 20 times now, through different couriers, this time sun marina. Love it ! Such a safe space for the kids, great pool and close to the beach and lovely towns My son hurt his toe at the pool and was given excellent first aid by Lifeguard Gasper.
Great sized shower. Covered deck area was private and a good size, and air con came in handy over the hot days

The pool was absolutely brilliant the bar lovely and the staff so nice
The restaurant was disappointing, I think the menu could be improved. And maybe have it in English as well as French. As a result of this I ordered raw chicken to our table to be cooked by myself which I found very strange and very unhygienic and not safe.
The accomation was perfect the location lovely. It was so clean and well equipped.

Staff members were incredibly helpful and friendly. Animation team were fantastic. Our 5 & 8 year old loved Mini Club
There were issues between children on the football pitch that should have been dealt with better. More lighting is needed in the Football pitch & playground area.
Mobile was nice, clean and spacious, we had a pitch, close to the playground.
I don't like having to clean mobile home before departure.

We have just returned from a wonderful 10 days at camping Les genets, the facilities and accommodation were of a high standard and perfect for us and our young family, we loved the pools and entertainment. It is a lovely area with great beach and plenty of activities locally. The staff are very friendly and helpful
A very minor criticism, We rented a bbq for our stay but no barbecue cooking tools were provided, if we had known I would have brought some with us, it would be useful to provide guests with a list of what is provided before they travel.

Fantastic inside Lego themed pool and brilliant water slides! Friendly staff and a relaxed atmosphere
Felt a little cramped. Not much space between cabins and pitches. Disabled toilet was not working the entire time we were there which was needed for our son.
Pitch was a good size and close to facilities
Pitch was right on a corner which was a busy spot. Sandy pitch which was very messy and got everywhere in our accomodation

Wonderful resort in a lovely area. Loads to do, close to the beach. Excellent pool complex with indoor & outdoor pools & slides. Really pleasant & helpful animators, & reception staff were really helpful.
I think a Barbecue should come as standard with all accommodation

The pool and the general St.Hillaire de Riez area were the big draw back to Les Genets. It was very accessible to activities in the area. Anne in reception was very helpful when we had an issue.
The restaurant was not open all the time, the takeaway served pizza but we had to go to the food truck for chips which made no sense at all. Everything catered for French holidaymakers but not the Irish who were the ones spending alot of money on site. Their requests at the bar were not met and completely disregarded despite French holiday makers not spending money at the bar. That was very disappointing and would turn us off returning to the site.
It was a typical cabin. The island is handy as it gives more space for preparation at meal time.
The cabin was not very clean on arrival. We had to go to reception twice over 1. Decking chairs were filthy with food stuck in them. 2. A frying pan had food stuck to it. These were rectified. The presses were not fully wiped out and no bbq equipment was supplied.

Tent accommodation was filthy dirty and substandard considering the cost. It had not been thoroughly cleaned before we arrived.

Bonjour nous avons aimé la piscine l'accueil du personnel la proximité avec piscines sanitaires ex...
Très brillant la nuit se qui a réveillé nos enfants bébé. Sanitaire pas tres propre manque de papier régulièrement. Jespere quil seront refait cette été avant notre arrivée, il sont beaucoup plus propre au camping accapulco. Dessus aussi de la fermeture de la piscine suite au excréments le samedi apres midi.

Emplacement prévu de base 103 pas accessible avec notre caravane. Merci a l'accueil d'avoir réglé le problème tout de suite.

En arrivant ds le mobilhome aucun rouleau de papier toilette donc n oubliez pas d en prendre en partant de chez vous..😉 Pas de bouilloire .. vaisselle assez restreinte . Nous nous n avons pas eu du tout de wifi durant le séjour... j ai cassé un verre je l ai dit ils m ont pris 3 euros ..je m attendais à ce qu ils me disent non laissez vous n avez pas eu la wifi durant votre séjour ... mais non ... je ne suis pas à 3 euros près c est sur ... c etait juste un geste quoi ..
C est tres bien l hébergement pour 10 !!! Et que ce soit 2 mobilhomes reliés avec une terrasse c esr tres sympa !!!

Je suis venue avec ma fille de 9 ans, elle a adoré le parc aquatique exterieur et interieur. Piscine chauffée à l'exterieur trés apprécié, parc de jeux sympa. Les services proposés sont nombreux : bar, restaurant, pizza et burger à emporter, salle de jeux...
A notre arrivée, on n'a pas su nous donner les horaires du restaurant, pas d'explication sur le camping. Un peu plus d'explication serait bien, mais trés bon acceuil malgré ça
Terrasse couverte avec tout le necessaire exterieur. Les 2 salles de bain, un vrai plus.
Il faudrait ajouter une bouilloire. Pour un logement VIP, il serait bien que les lits soient fait à l'arrivée

La piscine intérieure pour les enfants est super malgré un séjour avec une météo pluvieuse nous avons pu profiter convenablement. Nous avons manger au snack et c’était très bon! Proche de la plage, un très grand marché le samedi sur saint jean de mont. Le camping est très bien situé. C’était calme. Nous avons eu la chance d’être logé dans un mobilhome neuf. Nous y reviendrons certainement. Une adresse à retenir.
Manque des casiers à la piscine lorsqu’on se change sur place.

Super camping avec des animations les week-ends. Le jeux apéro avec tournée offerte ? C'est génial! Le parc aquatique est très sympa, avec des piscines extérieures et intérieures chauffées, ce qui est vraiment appréciable. En plus, le camping n’est pas loin de la plage.
Dommage que le toboggan du tipi n’était pas ouvert. Il serait également utile d’installer des lumières dans les toilettes la nuit, car sans lampe ou sans téléphone, ce n’est pas très pratique. Nous avons aussi voulu prendre une glace ou quelque chose à manger lorsque nous étions du côté de la piscine, mais il n’y avait personne pour prendre notre commande, même après avoir appelé plusieurs fois. Nous avons finalement dû sortir de l’espace aquatique pour aller chercher à manger.
L’emplacement n’était pas loin de tout, c’était vraiment agréable. Le frigo et le micro-ondes sont vraiment un vrai plus !
Il serait peut-être utile d’ajouter une pelle avec le balai.
