Camping LES GENETS

Helped us when we needed to evacuate our original due to wildfire. Called/booked the same day as our flight. They were very accomidating!

We had a great time. Love the campsite. Everyone is so friendly and helpful. Caravan is great, there is everything you need for comfortable stay

The pool needs serious update. The indoor swimming floor is crumbling and there are stones everywhere so you cannot walk on it bare feet. The outdoor swimming pool floor, near the bar is sooo hot that I have burnt my feet on it and develop blisters. Again, you cannot wear shoes. Please do something with it its a health hazard. Also the hygiene around pool and changing facilities needs to be looked at. Stinks of wee dirt everywhere

We loved the pools and slides. The heated pools and Jacuzzi was fab.

We have visited Les Genets 20 times now, through different couriers, this time sun marina. Love it ! Such a safe space for the kids, great pool and close to the beach and lovely towns My son hurt his toe at the pool and was given excellent first aid by Lifeguard Gasper.

The restaurant was disappointing, I think the menu could be improved. And maybe have it in English as well as French. As a result of this I ordered raw chicken to our table to be cooked by myself which I found very strange and very unhygienic and not safe.

Staff members were incredibly helpful and friendly. Animation team were fantastic. Our 5 & 8 year old loved Mini Club

There were issues between children on the football pitch that should have been dealt with better. More lighting is needed in the Football pitch & playground area.

We have just returned from a wonderful 10 days at camping Les genets, the facilities and accommodation were of a high standard and perfect for us and our young family, we loved the pools and entertainment. It is a lovely area with great beach and plenty of activities locally. The staff are very friendly and helpful

A very minor criticism, We rented a bbq for our stay but no barbecue cooking tools were provided, if we had known I would have brought some with us, it would be useful to provide guests with a list of what is provided before they travel.

Fantastic inside Lego themed pool and brilliant water slides! Friendly staff and a relaxed atmosphere

Felt a little cramped. Not much space between cabins and pitches. Disabled toilet was not working the entire time we were there which was needed for our son.

Loved the water park, great for all ages kids. The Lego additions are fantastic!

Wonderful resort in a lovely area. Loads to do, close to the beach. Excellent pool complex with indoor & outdoor pools & slides. Really pleasant & helpful animators, & reception staff were really helpful.

I think a Barbecue should come as standard with all accommodation

The pool and the general St.Hillaire de Riez area were the big draw back to Les Genets. It was very accessible to activities in the area. Anne in reception was very helpful when we had an issue.

The restaurant was not open all the time, the takeaway served pizza but we had to go to the food truck for chips which made no sense at all. Everything catered for French holidaymakers but not the Irish who were the ones spending alot of money on site. Their requests at the bar were not met and completely disregarded despite French holiday makers not spending money at the bar. That was very disappointing and would turn us off returning to the site.

Pool complex is good and clean

le gros atout du camping est l'espace aquatique. Il est grand, propre et entretenu et original avec le thème LEGO. Ces différents espaces sont adaptés autant aux enfants qu'aux adultes Le camping est idéalement situé avec de nombreuses activités accessibles à pied La gentillesse et disponibilité du personnel

le stationnement des voitures dans le camping : certains emplacements sont trop petits donc les voitures stationnées débordent sur l'allée. Il faut payer 5€/jour pour pouvoir garer une 2eme voiture mais soit votre emplacement est trop petit pour pouvoir garer 2 véhicules, soit on vous propose un parking dans le camping qui n'est pas toujours disponible. Résultat : on doit garer sa voiture sur le parking de l'accueil un petit bémol aussi pour les activités du soir qui se déroulent au restaurant. Le fait que ce soit à l'intérieur, limite le nombre de personne.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Un séjour très agréable Nous avons séjourné dans une cabadienne pour deux personnes, très mignonne et bien aménagée, avec sa petite terrasse, son réfrigérateur et tout le nécessaire pour deux. Nous avons adoré son emplacement entouré de verdure, à l’écart des mobil-homes, offrant calme et intimité. Le petit patio central est magnifique, avec son espace plancha/grillade et sa cuisine extérieure avec table. On se croirait dans le Sud ! Tout est très propre et les sanitaires, de véritables sanitaires de luxe, sont impeccables. Un camping chaleureux que nous recommandons

camping agréable, propre, le personnel est sympathique et professionnel. Bel espace aquatique chacun.e peut y trouver sn bonheur ! température de l'eau top Les lego belle idée les enfants ont adoré. Bel emplacement ombragé proche des différentes commodités. Agréable surprise un écureuil nous a rendu visite plusieurs fois il s'amusait comme un fou dans les différents pins trop sympa ! Merci à vous toutes et tous, belle fin de saison

Je n’ai pas compris pourquoi les sanitaires étaient fermés à partir d’une certaine heure ? Quand on est en emplacements te tente cela peut être gênait , à contrario la barrière laissait passer les voitures bien après 23h
