We have visited Les Genets 20 times now, through different couriers, this time sun marina. Love it ! Such a safe space for the kids, great pool and close to the beach and lovely towns My son hurt his toe at the pool and was given excellent first aid by Lifeguard Gasper.
Great sized shower. Covered deck area was private and a good size, and air con came in handy over the hot days

The pool was absolutely brilliant the bar lovely and the staff so nice
The restaurant was disappointing, I think the menu could be improved. And maybe have it in English as well as French. As a result of this I ordered raw chicken to our table to be cooked by myself which I found very strange and very unhygienic and not safe.
The accomation was perfect the location lovely. It was so clean and well equipped.

Staff members were incredibly helpful and friendly. Animation team were fantastic. Our 5 & 8 year old loved Mini Club
There were issues between children on the football pitch that should have been dealt with better. More lighting is needed in the Football pitch & playground area.
Mobile was nice, clean and spacious, we had a pitch, close to the playground.
I don't like having to clean mobile home before departure.

We have just returned from a wonderful 10 days at camping Les genets, the facilities and accommodation were of a high standard and perfect for us and our young family, we loved the pools and entertainment. It is a lovely area with great beach and plenty of activities locally. The staff are very friendly and helpful
A very minor criticism, We rented a bbq for our stay but no barbecue cooking tools were provided, if we had known I would have brought some with us, it would be useful to provide guests with a list of what is provided before they travel.

Fantastic inside Lego themed pool and brilliant water slides! Friendly staff and a relaxed atmosphere
Felt a little cramped. Not much space between cabins and pitches. Disabled toilet was not working the entire time we were there which was needed for our son.
Pitch was a good size and close to facilities
Pitch was right on a corner which was a busy spot. Sandy pitch which was very messy and got everywhere in our accomodation

Wonderful resort in a lovely area. Loads to do, close to the beach. Excellent pool complex with indoor & outdoor pools & slides. Really pleasant & helpful animators, & reception staff were really helpful.
I think a Barbecue should come as standard with all accommodation

The pool and the general St.Hillaire de Riez area were the big draw back to Les Genets. It was very accessible to activities in the area. Anne in reception was very helpful when we had an issue.
The restaurant was not open all the time, the takeaway served pizza but we had to go to the food truck for chips which made no sense at all. Everything catered for French holidaymakers but not the Irish who were the ones spending alot of money on site. Their requests at the bar were not met and completely disregarded despite French holiday makers not spending money at the bar. That was very disappointing and would turn us off returning to the site.
It was a typical cabin. The island is handy as it gives more space for preparation at meal time.
The cabin was not very clean on arrival. We had to go to reception twice over 1. Decking chairs were filthy with food stuck in them. 2. A frying pan had food stuck to it. These were rectified. The presses were not fully wiped out and no bbq equipment was supplied.

Tent accommodation was filthy dirty and substandard considering the cost. It had not been thoroughly cleaned before we arrived.

we have been coming to Les Genets for more than 20 years it is our favourite family get away. Staff always helpful and facilities on the site are excellently run. Les Genets is within walking distance to a beach and lovely bike ride through the forest leads to St Jean de Monts village.
Not an improvement as such but the outside slides and tee pee are looking like they could do with a fresh coat of paint as they are looking a little tired, and the toilet in the bar area would benefit from a facelift as well.
Fabulous - plenty of space, and the addition of the VIP shed is a bonus.

Camping agréable et bien entretenu. Les emplacements sont grands et ombragés. Les sanitaires sont propres et les douches fonctionnent bien. La piscine intérieure est fantastique, les enfants ont bien profité et nous ausssi !

L'espace aquatique intérieur est juste génial et parfait pour les enfants L'espace aquatique extérieur est très bien également
Prévenir en amont que c'est la fin de la saison qu'il n'y a plus d'activité dans le camping Que la carte du bar et du restaurant sont réduites Que l'épicerie n'est ouverte que le matin Et qu'il risque d'y avoir des travaux de démontage de mobil home juste en face de votre emplacement VIP A 130€ les deux nuits.... Autre petite chose quesqui justifie les 30€ de frais de dossier pour deux nuits ???
Les prestations du pack VIP ne sont pas à la hauteur d'un 5 étoiles Pour avoir fait beaucoup de camping 5 étoiles Pour le même tarif hors saison sanitaire et douche sont dans ce local

Nous avons passé deux semaines formidables ! Le camping est idéalement situé : à quelques pas de la plage, des petits restos, des commerces et du charmant marché du coin. Tout est propre, bien entretenu et agréablement éclairé le soir – idéal pour une balade sous les étoiles. L’espace aquatique est un vrai bonheur : piscine couverte, piscine extérieure chauffée… et même bien chaude ! Le tout avec un écran géant au bord du bassin extérieur qui diffuse du sport (mon mari était au paradis)cette année cerise sur le gâteau :les lots du loto étaient superbes !Merci au camping pour ces 2 semaines.

Super camping , bel espace aquatique très ludique (lego toboggan …), beaux emplacements, très bien tenu et entretenu. Super équipe d’animation avec un magnifique spectacle, encore bravo à tout le personnel . Équipe de maintenance rapidement disponible pour un démarrage de voiture encore merci vous avez sauvé notre journée

Nous avons passé une dizaine de jours fabuleux au sein du camping des genêts. Le logement est agréable et bien équipé. L’espace aquatique est exceptionnel, il est si grand!! La piscine intérieure chauffée est un vrai plus pour les jours de pluie. Le camping est proche de toute commodités (supermarché, marché, boulangerie) et proche de la plage (nous y allions à pieds avec deux jeunes enfants). C’était notre deuxième fois dans ce camping et sûrement pas la dernière !!

Mes petits enfants ont adoré leur premier séjour en camping. Bel emplacement, assez grand et calme. Espace aquatique de grande qualité pour tout âge. Service divers dans le camping appréciables.
Cafetière à capsules exclusives que nous n’avons pas aimé. Nous avons acheté une cafetière sur place. Impossible de démarrer le barbecue à gaz.
Bien agencé. Propre. Suffisant pour des vacances (si le soleil est au rendez-vous)
