The ambiance and facilities of the site plus the quality of the accommodation. Also the staff, all of whom were helpful and courteous
Would not want anything changing. It is great as it is. Hence our 8th visit,
Well equipped. Spacious.

We always love the feel of La Garangeoire, and enjoy coming back to stay. Pitches are a great size and facilities are clean, with lots to offer. Always a variety of activities on the schedule to suit everyone. Such a lovely atmosphere.
Pitches are a good size and fairly level. Have never been unhappy with the location we have had on site either.
We had pigeons fighting in the tree above our caravan this year and running up and down the roof! But of course this is no reflection on the campsite! 😆

Quality of entertainment, and things to do. Plus location!
I reported to reception receiving a significant electric shock from a hairdryer in the shower block. It was disappointing that not only was I not asked if i was ok but that the hairdryer was not removed after reporting this incident.
Good to have the extras
It was too shady and no sun got through to the pitch
Dear Mrs Brookes, Thank you for your continued loyalty to La Garangeoire, and for your kind appreciation of our services and activities. Please accept our sincere apologies for the inappropriate response you received when you reported the serious incident involving the hairdryer. This is all the more regrettable as your identity was not requested at the time, meaning that we were unable to follow up properly on your report. Although the necessary technical measures were subsequently taken, our standard of service clearly fell short of what you should have expected from us. I am also sending you a private message separately to follow up on this matter, and I very much hope that we will have the pleasure of welcoming you back to La Garangeoire in the near future. Kind regards, Anne de Kerautem Bourgon Directeur général

Great pools and lots of activities for families. Nice evening entertainment and music. Football club was also great.
Overall very good, but more gluten free food options at shop and takeaway would be better.
Very spacious and lovely decking. Comfortable and everything provided. Bedrooms and bathroom were well equipped.
Lovely but quite close to other accommodations and overlooked play area so a bit noisy.

We really love this campsite and have stayed here for the past three summers, and plan to come again next year. The staff are so friendly and always willing to help you to book local activities or offer advice (thank you Charly!) We love how much attention and detail goes into making our La Garangeoire stay run smoothly and the thoughtful extra touches and how beautifully maintained the whole site is kept. The safe and family orientated atmosphere on the site and the number of activities provided by the entertainment team, especially the football camp (thank you Sylvain Oscar and Alistair)
The Internet signal is our only comment, as we stay in the safari tents and find it is often very low signal. We utilise the WIFI in the communal areas but a better general signal across the campsite would be so helpful. We are a vegan family so we rarely utilise the takeaway and restaurant but we are very grateful for the sorbets available at the ice cream. We would benefit from a wider range of dairy free options at the Mini Market (such as soya yogurts, and a pastry option using vegan margarine as we always regret we cannot eat these)
We have stayed in Crocodiles on our past three visits and we really love this accommodation. It comes fully stocked with everything we need and an ample sized fridge. The bathroom has a lovely shower and is spacious. We really enjoy the patio area to spend our evenings relaxing, and we also like the second double bedroom built above the children’s play area as it is a cosy sleeping space that all the children use as a reading corner. Filled with many thoughtful touches that make our stay here perfect.
Slightly more robust waste bins (we find the flip lids too small and always need to remove the entire lid to place larger rubbish inside)

Accommodation was clean and well appointed All the team are extremely helpful and friendly The activities each day provided something for all the family. We’ve stayed twice and still haven’t managed to fit everything in. We would highly recommend this camping site to all our friends and family.
Seperate dog poo bins Make the large waterslide a bit quicker. More working parasols around pool bar Alternating ice cream flavours
Well presented. Liked larger dishwasher but quality of clean was poor had to run cycle twice and still had to wash some things by hand. Don’t think need coffee table. Just gets in way. Secure balcony for dogs and young children

It was the second time we have stayed at La Garangeoire. A great site, it has excellent facilities from the on site shop, takeaway and restaurant. The two bar areas also offer excellent facilities depending on your mood. The pool area is clean and very well maintained. he staff are super helpful . A special mention to Andy from the maintenance team who helped me out a lot. A very kind man.
People seemed to be hogging sun beds again,. leaving their towels and going away for lunch etc. You need to bring back the whistle!
We stayed on Tarins - Lovely pitch. very peaceful and shaded in the afternoon providing rest bite from the heat of the sun.

Just about everything
A little more seating and umbrellas around the bar near reception (perhaps I dare say even adults only!)
Lovely big pitches for caravans

So many different things to do around the estate. Enjoyed the walks and the concert.
Lovely large pitch with plenty of shade. Not too far from reception and close to water tap!

Beautiful setting and very well maintained. Lovely helpful staff. Great range of activities. Lovely vibe.
Sunbeds are uncomfortable and there is a lack of them in the afternoon when the pool gets busy. The bouncy castle is deflated at 8pm which feels early when entertainment starts at 9pm.
Great shower and plentiful hot water. Shady pitch and a great size.
Appreciate it’s in a forest setting but the design means there were a lot of spiders inside which I didn’t like as I have arachnophobia. The lighting could have been better inside the unit.

First stay here, so much to do and keep children entertained but some how still feels relaxing and like an escape. Beautiful grounds, all staff friendly and really look after the customers. We stayed with our 2 boys ages 6 and 2 and they both had the best time, enjoying the pool, park, football, boats and so much more. Can’t speak highly enough of this site and will be back.
Very small thing but having a mini disco more than once a week would have been a hit with our boys
Stayed on a pitch with private sanitary facilities. Pitch was large and toilet and shower clean and spacious.
Loved it all

Our tenth visit to the campsite. Every year we stay longer and longer and love every moment. It is so lovely seeing friends and familiar faces and the campsite is exceptional in every respect. Thank you, Anne, Eric and your amazing team for everything.
Minor thing - please can we get plugs in all the kitchen sinks?
Spacious, clean and well looked after

The site may be large but it has done well to cultivate and maintain the feel of a smaller site. We were made to feel welcome by all staff. The pitches were huge and the en-suite shower, sink & toilet a welcome addition. We loved the pools, the entertainment, the canoes and crepe making. A real highlight was the tour by the owner Anne. It really brought the site to life, learning about its history and how hard she and her family have worked to keep it moving forwards as a family run site.
I personally thought the contactless wristbands were a bit unnecessary. Limited vegetarian / vegan options on menus on onsite eateries, however shop was well stocked.
Huge pitch and facilities clean - made camping luxurious

The staff are friendly and welcoming. Great variety in the shop. Takeaway food was delicious. Pool is clean and has plenty of sunbeds. A good range of activities for all ages. We loved the run club, aqua aerobics, crossfit and Lane swimming to keep up with exercise. Pitches were spacious and well maintained, excellent equipment. The showers we clean and tidy.
Music by the pool would be relaxing. The deposit for Tennis was required in cash or card, not through the bands. It would be useful to be able to use the bands for this too.
Amazing- clean and tidy. Equipment was practical and we all made good use of the facilities. Recliner chairs were a favourite for the afternoon siesta's.
Nope ☺️
