Our seventh time here and it will not be our last. The site is fantastic, gardens well cared for. Pitches cut as often as possible. Pool area is the best we have seen. The happy hour at the bar gets everyone together where new friendships are created. Food is excellent, especially when booked on a show night where you get the best seats. The area is great to visit, and the river at the bottom of the site is idea for a chill with a glass of wine.

Another lovely stay at Camping Le Paradis. All the staff are wonderful people, so friendly and also available to assist in anyway they can. The site is stunning and has something for everyone.

A very comfortable stay with friendly staff on hand to answer any queries may have had. Excellent location to number of attractions in the Dordogne area.
Perhaps more football tournaments. That was the only slight complaint, not from me but my son.

Wonderful facilities and awesome staff. We had another fabulous stay, despite some wet weather. Every single team member we encountered was incredible - well done yo you all (especially Reception and Restaurant)
Possibility of ordering bread/pastries to ensure we could have them, or perhaps order more as stock - unless we went up very early there were often none left - and certainly no baguettes by later in the day. Plant flower beds at lower end of site as early as top end - the top end looked lovely, but the lower end was a bit ‘sad’ at the time we visited. Keep hedges trimmed by entrance so that there is clearer vision of oncoming traffic on main road Consider a ‘shady side’ & a ‘sunny side’ at pool - with all the umbrellas up all day, anyone who wanted to sit in the sun had to go elsewhere.

We thought the sight was beautiful and immaculately managed with all the different plants and flowers. The location by the river is nice. All the staff we met were very friendly. The shop is well stocked with everything you could need. The bar and restaurant are excellent, especially food!
With the pitches were quite worn in fact many were patches of mud. When we arrived there is not a designated place to park and whilst booking in we were blocking many cars. Would suggest a designated arrival parking place, perhaps an entry further up the road and drive back along past the recycling then park by the side of the splash pool?
The position and size was great.
A huge muddy patch on most of the pitch. Trying to find the electricity point was difficult, I only found it because a neighbour who had been coming for years knew where it was.

Location (for mountain bike rides) and layout of the site gives privacy and is a fantastic illustration of dedicated garden planning and maintenance. Facilities and cleanliness of site and communal areas cannot be questioned Calm, peaceful and friendly atmosphere Professional, friendly and helpful members of the site team at front of house and the amazing support team always professional and ready to smile, laugh and have a joke.
Nothing we could think of in two weeks.
Pitch was clean on arrival and additional table and chairs on pitch as requested. Pitch size is definitely XXL Water, waste and power connection all convenient and fully operational.

Beautiful family owned and run 5* site. Lovely staff, all very happy and helpful. Excellent pitches. Great location with walking, cycling and canoeing available. Super pool area with a great lifeguard (Camille). Well equipped shop, nice bar and restaurant.
Maybe try to create one “adults only” pool area.
For 2 people it was fine. Nice outside decking. Good bathroom.
A little more storage in the kitchen/living area for our things (food etc) would be good. Beds 2 & 3 small (but we only used for storage)

Excellent layout of the whole site, with great use of trees and plants to provide segregation and privacy. Great pool area with multiple pools to suit all the families needs from toddlers to adults. Restaurant food was very good and well priced, with a good selection of drinks to choose from. The ice creams and sorbets, in particular, were a favourite. All of the above was complimented by the superb, friendly and very helpful staff.
Consider adding a TV to all the cabins. We had a TV bracket but no TV, so unfortunately I had to drink beer in the bar while enjoying the Euro 2024 football on a large TV - so not much of a hardship!
We’ll laid out, with nice decking area and adequate clothing storage for a couple.
Minimal space in bedroom which was only just big enough to have a double bed. No tea towel provided to dry dishes

However, we do offer other accommodation in the Premium range which are more spacious and are equipped with one: don't hesitate to ask us for advice when booking. The grounds were extremely well kept, the pool complex immaculate. Absolutely loved our stay apart from the location of our pitch. We requested the additional ‘garden pack’ not realising the location wasn’t great. Very dark and shaded with the trees, not much point to having the sunbeds.
It would be good to offer the ‘garden pack’ as an extra to a larger variety of pitches, not just the two in the newer less established area of the site.

Staff and guests were great, (with exception of the pool manager who was in the wrong job for her personality) place was very clean and tidy
Having a kink in the middle of the lap pool was exceptionally frustrating, smell of cigarette smoke often wafted through our tent, would be nice if there was a smoke free area
This was awesome, as comfortable as a good hotel room but much more fun

Paradise is a great site in an amazing part of the world.
All good but difficult entrance and exit both to J area pitch. Young people running through pitch and screaming is not acceptable

Great care has been put into the planting of trees and shrubs on this site, it is beautiful. Everywhere is spotlessly clean and very well maintained. The bar and restaurant are excellent and the staff really friendly. We will definitely return.
Some of the pitches were a little tight to get out of.
Unfortunately we couldn't go on our XXL pitch as it was very soft due to heavy rain.

This has to be our favourite site in Europe. Always relaxed and super welcoming. It is a site of distinction and we are always sad to leave.
I very small point, but a hand washing facility at the Motorhome service point would be fantastic. Easy to achieve and appreciated by all experienced campers.
Lovely balance of sun and shade. The campsite was looking super and the facilities as always were clean and well maintained.
The pitch was badly worn by previous campers. The use is plastic ground sheets should be reviewed to help preserve the grass. I appreciate with the changeable weather this is challenging.
