Again we had the most relaxing stay at Le Paradis. As soon as you walk into reception to check on you receive a welcome line you are family. All staff on the site are so friendly and welcoming and the site is so well maintained and looked after. The walks along the river, through the fields and visiting the villages close by are a must. already booked to return again in 2027. Many thanks to everyone involved in running Le Paradis, Steve and Sue

Eco friendly site with good facilities. Very good for families with children towards the end of the season. Restaurant and bar and occasional entertainment we’ve visited four times.
Still find turning in and out towing a caravan tricky, the vegetation could do with trimming back.

Totally blown away on how good this campsite is. The facilities are outstanding and we loved every minute of our stay.
Cottage was well equipped, clean and perfect for our stay.

Everything was perfect. Very friendly staff and great facilities. Swimming pool areas were great, shop very well stocked, and restaurant served delicious meals. Great to have EV charging points on site. Lots to do in local area and great to be able take a canoe trip that finishes back at the site. The newer sanitaire block was fantastic - really clean and great showers.
Nothing major. Grey water waste point on pitch drained quite slowly but not a major issue.

We had a fabulous week at this site. Great size pitches, fabulous sanitation blocks with decent hot water pressure. Pool area was great. Bar & shop fabulous. Would highly recommend

Good sized pitch that gave us enough space for our van and awning. Requested to be near the river if possible as we had kayak/paddleboard
Nothing but we would probably book a bigger pitch next time to give ourselves even more space.

The campsite is in a prehistoric valley with lots of interesting attractions.
Some benches around the site to have a sit and watch the world go by . The low trees on main entrance route need to be cut back as they catch your motorhome.

Absolutely brilliant campsite, so much to do, it's especially good for families looking for fun things to do on the campsite and in the local area. All the on site services were very clean and welcoming, most notably the toilet block which was being cleaned 3 times a day. Lovely staff, great atmosphere, overall an amazing campsite and we would love to re-visit.
The only downside was the fact that the restaurant menu was a bit limited for vegetarians, but otherwise the food was nice.
Great sized pitch, we have a 5 metre bell tent and there was still adequate room for rented table and chairs, plus a small portable kitchen and guy ropes. Easy access to most facilities. Not too many pitches too close together.

We just can't fault this campsite, we had the most amazing holiday. Right next to the river, the pitches are nicely divided into little cul de sacs so you're only ever with 6 or 7 other pitches. The modern shower blocks are super clean, nice big shower rooms and an excellent family area, much bigger, heated and with a baby bath. Pool area was excellent, beautifully clean, heated pool was lovely and my little boy enjoyed the splash park too. Good amount of shade. Bar and restaurant great, evening entertainment and icecream! Shop for the basics. We will be back!!

Staff were almost all excellent and couldn't do enough to help. We particularly enjoyed the young man doing the children's disco which was really fun and the older man doing the bingo. The activities were traditional and wholesome. We enjoyed renting bikes to ride along the river from the site and the pool area was super and clean. We enjoyed the splash pad which was never busy and there were enough sunbeds for everyone. Food in the restaurant was great.
We rented a 'garden pack' and on arrival the fridge had not been cleaned. We had an unfortunate encounter with the senior waiter in the restaurant who yelled at me in front of our children because he believed we had tried to steal someone's table. This was quickly resolved by another waiter who found there were two bookings under the name 'Charlotte' for the same night (both for 5 people) and he had sat us at the wrong table. It wasn't a problem for us to move but it wasn't a nice experience as my little girl was upset as she thought we had done something wrong and we received no apology.
Spacious and private pitch on three sides with good shade. Close to an excellent modern toilet block. Table and chairs we rented were good quality. Felt very in touch with nature with a wildflower field at the back.
The communal tap drain was on the side of our pitch and people often emptied into it or used it late at night. The fridge was not clean upon arrival.

Beautiful setting, friendly owners and staff, excellent facilities
The laundry facilities need enlarging, 3 accessible washing machines for a large site with families staying for 3 weeks are just not enough.

The tap and drain were behind us on the plot behind us so not very convenient

We love this site everything was great. The cycle repair service was brilliant too.
Soap dispenser by the sink in the disabled toilet in the new sanitary block would be a good addition.

This is a return visit to camping le Paradis for ourselves . We arrived earlier this year and it was a different experience for us , the campsite was a lot livelier with youngsters enjoying the available amenities . The staff still kept the site looking immaculate , so merci to them all .
The trees and shrubs give ample shade and privacy between other campers . The site is very well kept and a credit to the owners and staff .

The landscaping and flowers around the sight were lovely. All of the staff were brilliant too: polite, motivated and helpful.
The pony ride event was a bit stressful- late start with no confirmation on where to queue led to a lot of stressed young children pushing and jossling to have their turn.
Proximity to the river and privacy provided by clever use of hedges. Very efficient aircon.
Was not as clean when we arrived as it was after we cleaned it before departure. Two dishwasher tablets is not enough for a family of four for a week.

New sun loungers round pools as they aren't that comfortable. Update them with the grey ones in seating area by playground
