Evaluations that are not older than three years and have undergone a verification process. More infoLocation of the site was very good for walking into town. I asked about bridge height via email. response was very quick and both heights were provided. The bar was handy to have. The snack restaurant (not open on our visit) could be very beneficial. On our stay, there was a Pizza food truck turn up that we found out by mistake. That was very good. Internet was good once we found out about it.
It would have been nice to have the Internet code when checking in. We saw a sign about Internet whilst having a drink in the bar and asking for a code at reception. It was only asking about possible snacks that we were made aware of the Pizza food truck.
Pitches on the whole well maintained and of reasonable size.
The large lighting on tall posts were not on. That wasn't so good when using the Showers/Toilettes. Glad we had a torch.

Good location for cycling into Chalon sur Saône. Visited on market day very nice atmosphere lots of food stalls. Weather very hot 32degrees so shaded pitch was a blessing. Enjoyed seeing the large river cruise boats. Toilet block clean and adequate.

The sanitary block is vast, roomy and very clean. There was plenty of shade. The restaurant was good. No reservation was necessary for us and there was no check-in time.
The toilet paper ran out in the ladies room by mid-afternoon and was not restocked, forcing women to go into the men's toilet to get some. Also, the disco up the road played their music so loud that even with earplugs I could hear the bass blaring, and it played all night. When we left at 6 am, we came across the revellers leaving.
A shot bike ride away from the city

Quiet site with very easy access to the town and cycling along the river
Quiet, plenty of shaded spots available, no noise from other campers at all during our visit. Clean and hot showers, toilets well maintained. Fresh bread and pastries available. Pizza van (excellent) on site Sunday evening on our arrival.
