We wanted to revisit Pornic so ideally placed site
Pitches are quite small. They are separated by small picket fences rather than hedges which makes them feel cramped and open.
Good facilities. Good position. Few minutes walk to beach and village

Initial reaction was campsite seemed cramped. I thought I was getting a service pitch but not sure there were any on the site. Campsite had suffered from some heavy rain showers and left it very wet and soft underfoot. Pool was excellent.
Hard to comment as much was.determined by the weather.
See above, I thought I had upgraded my ACSI package but electricity was goo.

The owner and team worked hard and kept everything running smoothly. He has an excellent manner and makes you feel welcome. Swimming pool was warm and adequate for the size of site. Extremely good value.
Bar only open 1800 to 1930, prior to the onslaught on starting on 5th July.
Close to amenities. Fenced off from neighbouring pitches.
Slightly smaller areas than many and quite closely packed.

Very nice little campsite run by nice people. The rented chalet was a good size and very fair price. Nice and clean and comfortable. Great location 5 minutes walk from beach.
Accommodation was great, clean, tidy, well stocked with cooking utensils and spacious with a very nice balcony.

Sehr freundliches und zuvorkommendes Personal, gepflegter Platz, supersaubere sanitäre Anlagen - die besten, die ich auf meiner Reise durch Frankreich erlebt habe. Das Schwimmbad habe ich nicht genutzt. Sehr schön, dass ich sowohl das Essen aus dem Restaurant als auch mein Getränk im Glas mit zum Stellplatz nehmen durfte. Ich habe um einen weiteren Tag verlängert. Der Strand ist weitläufig und in 10 Fußminuten zu erreichen.
Der Preis für den Platz entsprach der angegebenen ACSI-Card-Pauschale.

Nous avons passés une semaine dans ce camping, c’est la 2ème fois que nous y venons Tout est parfait, l’accueil avec le sourire, les sanitaires sont très bien tenus, très propres, le camping est très agréable, disposant d’un bar avec snack et d’une piscine, ainsi qu’un espace jeux pour les enfants. Un endroit calme non loin de la mer et proche de tous les services commerciaux. Vous souhaitez passer un séjour agréable sur Tharon, on vous recommande le CAMPING DU VIEUX CHATEAU, vous ne serez pas déçu. Annie & Thierry
