Tranquil and beautiful
Chalet was in need of an update

We had to supply sheets and cleaning materials. Chalet a bit tired and needed updating.

We had a really large pitch with water and electricity very close. Friendly welcome. Very good facilities. We were here at the beginning of May, so there were very few people staying. An easy walk to upper Saint Nectaire

Having a general, lounging facility open at night (so campers might escape heavy rain!)
OK, but quite bare at the end of August, and hard to find a good flat patch.

Der Platz liegt sehr schön auf enem Hügel mitten in der Natur. Die romanische Kirche Notre-Dame-du-Mont-Cornadore, der Ort Saint-Nectaire und der Dolmenpark sind nur einen kurzen Spaziergang entfernt.

We stayed in one of the 4-person houses with our 2 young kids (aged 0 and 2). It was shoulder season so the campground was rather empty and quiet, and the swimming pool had not yet opened. The house is organized super efficiently and is more spacious than would be anticipated. Good matresses, good kitchen utensils. Tranquil view, and we could enjoy bird song throughout the day. The playground was very well received, and reception was super kind and helpful. There's a lot of (short) walks and activities nearby, some by walking distance, some within a 10-minute car drive. Recommended!

L'accueil sans plus de la responsable... Mais la jeune fille pour notre départ etait tres agréable.
La propreté, mobilhome récent
Attention, lorsqu'il fait tres chaud. Mobilhome que partiellement ombragé, 35 degrés à l'intérieur en journée pendant notre séjour. Pas de ventilateur à prêter. Aucun kit d'accueil (sac poubelle, papier toilette ...)

Le repérage de l'emplacement n'est pas simple
Un confort minimaliste mais suffisant.
Une protection par l'extérieur de la chaleur sera la bienvenue, une circulation d'air interne aussi avec rafraichissement par puits canadien (canalisation d'air enterrée) serait souhaitable, c'est une alternative simple à la climatisation parce qu'en ces temps de grande chaleur, quand on rentre le soir, l'air est irrespirable et étouffant, il faut alors aérer quelques heures pour voire la température redescendre. Par ailleurs, tous les verrous de fenêtre ne sont pas opérationnels.

Les emplacement des mobilehomes sont très aérées, très grands. La propreté du camping et des mobilehomes est au top ! La gentillesse de la propriétaire au top !
