Nice atmosphere and pleasant experience.. great pool area, nice bar, seating area, amusement section and kids play area. Toilets were clean and a lot of effort was put in to maintaince.
The volley ball area was dangerous and needed to be harrowed and maintained. It was not useable as you could twist an ankle easily.
I was in pitch 226. Our neighbour, across from the sanitary area, had put his tent a long way into our pitch and was using the WiFi pole as the pitch boundary which .made our pitch very small and was giving out to us about our tent position being too close to his.. we had a person from reception confirm the boundaries but our neighbour was still giving out and this did affect the atmosphere for us. A marker should be in place between these two pitches to stop this from happening again.
I think a few football matches for teens could be arranging the evenings to keep them occupied. 10 mins per side and it would ensure proper use of the pitch

Lovely setting, pitched and atmosphere on site. Great band played. Lovely new outdoor pool is a welcome addition.
Indoor pool could be nicer. More toilets in the block. A restaurant would be nice not just a takeaway. Pitch price is v expensive.

The (new since our first visit) swimming pool area and the slides were really very good, and the bar area is very nice.

The resort was amazing, kept well with good services. We fished and caught carp ranging from tiny to 8.5lbs the staff alway happy to help and the shop stocked..

The location was excellent. It was easy to reach the beach, places for dinner, and attractions like the zoo and a castle within a short drive of the campsite. The facilities were great. Our soon loved the swimming pool as did we. The campsite was always calm and clean, and the staff were friendly and helpful. We found the chalet comfortable and a pleasant space to stay in. Overall, we loved our stay and would definitely return. It was perfect for taking our 2 year old son to France for the first time. Thank you!
More information in advance about what was included within the chalet - we didn’t realise that there would only be one toilet roll and soap for one sink before we arrived. If we’d known this we could have brought the necessary items from home. More signs around the campsite - there are various paths through the chalet sections, but we didn’t work out for a couple of days that these would be a quicker route to the swimming pool. There were safety signs for the water slides, but staff didn’t appear to stop under 10s using them. This made us question whether staff were paying attention.
Spacious and comfortable, with separate bathrooms and bedrooms. The deck was nice and we enjoyed staying here.
It would have been great to have a proper oven and grill rather than an enormous dishwasher. We are quite happy to wash up by hand, and on a holiday like this aren’t necessarily cooking for every meal. We asked for bedsheets for our son’s cot on arrival and were told we would be given them, but this never happened, so we improvised with other sheets. Staff said that most people bring their own sheets for the cot, but we didn’t know this in advance (in the UK we have never had to provide our own sheets).

Lovely site. Large pitches with electricity and running water for every pitch. Clean toilet block. Very friendly and helpful staff. Heated outdoor pool and amazing indoor pool with numerous water slides. Bouncy castles. Good park and general range of activities for children. Site shop very well stocked.
Lifeguard supervision in pool could be better, especially in the splash pools at the bottom of water slides where some people would linger or even try to swim. Reception is a fair hike from the campsite area and if asking for information in the site shop (such as where to buy stamps / post a postcard) knowledge was rather lacking.

Lovely quiet calm campsite with excellent pool and a perfect pitch. Near the beach and shopping facilities. Easy to get to from Cherbourg and staff very friendly and helpful..
Keep things as they are
I asked requested a quiet pitch and was allocated 103. Perfect and easy to set up and get organised.
In the mornings it was sometimes difficult to get a free toilet. I think there was only 5 covering the area we stayed. Apart from that all was great.

We stayed for 7 nights in Chateau de Lez-Eaux as a family of 4. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would recommend this place to others. The site felt safe and very family friendly. We all enjoyed the pool and slides. Our children enjoyed the Monday night circus. Kids club was available but we didn't use it - our kids enjoyed playing in the park with other children in the afternoon and feeding/visiting the animals.

We loved the setting & the general vibe. Lots to do for everyone and s great base for exploring the area. The friendliest staff! We extended our stay because we liked it so much! Our youngest loved the kids club.

This is my fourth time visiting with my family. We love it there. The pool is wonderful, my children love it. The campsite has a nice relaxed atmosphere and the location is great. Near local beaches, near Granville which is a charming town, and within a short drive from Mont St. Michel, St. Malo, and all the D-Day beaches/museums.
Clean, enough rooms and toilets, great location on the campsite. Near the pool, near enough to the bar/shop etc.
Some of the cabins are starting to get a bit dated and unfortunately with climate change progressing as it is, on some nights the heat was quite intense and air conditioning will be needed before too long.

Post booking the site has again in our opinion a very accommodating location and site who again sorted taxis and vets for our pets, form our first visit four years again it always been a site of choice. the facilities are clean and of good standard and the interaction of staff and guests always a pleasure. It was lovely to be able to use and pick herbs and goods from garden area. We had a standard pitch this year due to availability of preferred comfort pitches but it was nice although a little unlevel.
The site could do with more washing machines as sometimes hard to get a wash due to how busy the site was. the shop was a little disappointing and was not well stocked compared to previous years.

The pitches on departure could do with a quick mow of the grass as although most of the grass was brown due to heatwave you could tell it had not been touched in a long time. Our was not checked as we had to clear up dog mess and rubbish. Also hard to find electric hook up point as hidden in bush. Very far to washing up block and showers and chemical waste areas

Great site and very helpful staff we had a puncture on route and manged to get the van to the site the staff found a local garage who came and took the wheel away for repair. All a s all a great site in nice surroundings.
A drainage point on the pitch would be useful also appreciate there had been some very hot weather the week before we arrive but no grass on the pitch which made it very dirty and dusty .
