Lovely chalet with a nice private garden and two swingchairs. Very Nice restaurant at the camp site, wonderfull view.

Our family of five had a wonderful stay in the yurt. The staff were extremely welcoming and the facilities were well looked after. It was extremely hot, so a walk through the trees to swim in the lake was welcome.
There was an issue with our shower but it was fixed the same day.
Traditional and beautifully decorated. Beds comfortable and opening and closing the roof became a favourite for the kids!

Flies are a real pest. A ball pit for pre-schoolers would be good rather than the present arrangement.

Heel vriendelijke mensen spreken verschillende talen waaronder Nederlands want het voor ons heel aangenaam maakte. Zeer mooie omgeving veel groen, leuke wandelpaden die starten op de camping. Zeer propere sanitaire blok en veel camping pitches. Het eten was ook echt top!
Voor ons was het niet heel duidelijk waar we ons moesten inchecken en waar alle faciliteiten waren. Waar drinkbaar water of waar chemisch toilet leegmaken. Is wel aangeduid maar hier hebben we overgekeken. Misschien handig te vermelden bij aankomst.

This was the second time that we stayed at Domaine du Trappeur campsite. Everything about this place is great. The owners, Celine & Gijs and all their staff are so friendly and helpful and always make us feel very welcome. There is a lovely friendly atmosphere across the entire site. All the facilities are of a very high standard and managed brilliantly. St Sorlin d'Arves is a great place with easy access to the surrounding mountain area.It has lovely restaurants, shops & a swimming lake, all easily accessible from the camping site. Myself and my children love this place

The food and location are excellent
The showers and toilet block were locked throughout our stay. We were in a room with no toilet or shower facilities so this was not good. We did mention it but were told that we just needed to shove the door as it sticks. No, they were definitely locked. A quick check and the staff would have realised they were locked and that would have taken them less than a minute to totally change our experience.
The bed was comfy
Didn’t know it was two single beds, we would have ordered two sets of bedding if we had. As it was we made do with one set rather than inconvenience anyone.

Have cycled past this site many times and never give it a thought about staying so close to the top of the climb. But this time I returned to mob the area, best decision made.
TBH I can't think of anything, it was perfect for me.
Stayed in a tent and my pitch N0 1 was flat.

La vie depuis le chalet est magnifique. Camping a taille humaine et très calme. Plein de jeux pour les enfants.

Une petite lampe de chevet et une étagère de rangement dans la chambre parentale serait un plus.

Wat een fijne gemoedelijke camping. Wij hebben een fijn verblijf gehad. Alles was er wat we nodig hadden. Een prachtige plek in de bergen. Doordat de camping hoog ligt, heb je een prachtig uitzicht en vind je vanaf de camping al meteen mooie wandelroutes. Veel te doen in de omgeving. Het dorp is op loopafstand. En terug moet je omhoog wandelen maar ideaal is dat je dan het gratis treintje kunt pakken. Die rijdt ieder half uur en zet je bij de camping af. Daarnaast heeft camping een resaurant waar je heerlijk kunt eten. Camping eigenaren zijn erg gastvrij/zeer vriendelijk personeel.

Prachtig uitzicht, geen pretentieuze camping, maar toch heel veel leuke en gezellige hoekjes, ook voor kinderen en uitstekende uitvalsbasis voor activiteiten in de omgeving. Camping is gemoedelijk en rustig, maar toch ook bruisend. Leuke campingeigenaren, geeft me het gevoel dat dit soort wat kleinere campings veel meer karakter heeft dan grote ketens. Hier zit ziel en zaligheid in.
Jeu de boules baan voelt wat aan de krappe kant en nodigt (ons in ieder geval) niet echt uit om te gebruiken. Op onze plek bij de tipi: geef duidelijker aan welk stukje grond bij welke accomodatie hoort en geef het gevoel dat de ruimte voor het hekwerk vrij is om te zitten, ook als je de tipi hebt of dat kleine hutje naast ons.
Knus huisje, mooi uitzicht. Fijn met picknicktafel.
Je zit met 4 huisjes best dicht op elkaar en de 2 huisjes voor je zitten precies goed qua uitzicht op de bergen. De gasten voor ons hadden hun was te drogen over het hekwerk waardoor het uitzicht vanaf je eigen plek niet altijd vrij was. Bedden bovenin kraken behoorlijk, zitten vrij grote kieren tussen de planken dus er wilde nogal eens wespen, krekels, vliegen binnen komen. Wij hadden heel goed weer, maar met flinke regen voelt de tipi wat aan de krappe kant voor 4 personen.

4 km onder de top van de Croix de Fer ligt dit camping pareltje met een unieke eigen sfeer. Panorama, fijn restaurant en leuke voorzieningen voor kids. We hebben een heerlijke tijd gehad in huisje Myrtille.
