The food and location are excellent
The showers and toilet block were locked throughout our stay. We were in a room with no toilet or shower facilities so this was not good. We did mention it but were told that we just needed to shove the door as it sticks. No, they were definitely locked. A quick check and the staff would have realised they were locked and that would have taken them less than a minute to totally change our experience.
The bed was comfy
Didn’t know it was two single beds, we would have ordered two sets of bedding if we had. As it was we made do with one set rather than inconvenience anyone.

Have cycled past this site many times and never give it a thought about staying so close to the top of the climb. But this time I returned to mob the area, best decision made.
TBH I can't think of anything, it was perfect for me.
Stayed in a tent and my pitch N0 1 was flat.
Small tree which was riddled with ants.

The views are gorgeous. The owners are delightful, caring and friendly- and clearly passionate about their business- and made a point of welcoming us. Facilities very clean.

The views are gorgeous. The owners are delightful, caring and friendly- and clearly passionate about their business.
The pitch was truly big enough- and so this is only a tiny comment- a little less space than other sites. We felt our presence obstructed our neighbours view a little- but truthfully- not a huge deal.

New owners that are fantastic and can’t do enough for you, this is a great site with a lovely bar and restaurant with astounding views.

Very friendly family welcome to their small restaurant and campsite. Incredible views and secluded spot meant a true mountain feel - while the washrooms and showers were brand new and immaculate!

Als gast wordt je heel warm ontvangen door Céline en Gijs, twee topuitbaters die hun camping met hart en ziel runnen. Eens toegekomen, komt de vakantiesfeer je tegemoet. Het uitzicht is prachtig, de hutjes en het sanitair zijn proper en verzorgd, het enige waar je zelf nog aan moet denken zijn de wandelingen die je wilt maken om achteraf met een voldaan gevoel je voeten onder tafel te schuiven voor een heerlijke maaltijd in het restaurant van Domaine du Trappeur.

Beautiful place, excellent immaculate facilities, delicious food and a wonderful family running the campsite. We were camping in the snow and they gave us extra blankets in case we got cold. Fantastic.

Douillette et confortable. Électricité sur place sans rallonges. Recharge pour notre voiture.
Le frigo a partager est une excellente idée. Son emplacement serait mieux du côté des douches.

Une très agréable parenthèse savoyarde dans un décor de rêve.
Le côté spartiate de l'intérieur n'enlève rien au confort du couchage, surtout après une journée sur les sentiers. À l'extérieur, la terrasse permet de se délasser agréablement. De plus, après une nuit dans le calme total, quel plaisir au matin, d'ouvrir la porte sur une vue magnifique !
Même si la nuit est faite pour dormir, une petite ouverture sur le côté permettrait de profiter du spectacle du ciel la nuit.
