As a family campsite, the swimming pool is naturally a lively area during the daytime. Your stay took place at the very end of our main summer season, when we gradually reduce our remaining stock to avoid unnecessary waste. As a result, a few specific beers or products may unfortunately become unavailable during the final days of the season. Of course, we fully understand that for guests who are still on holiday, it is very much still their holiday! Our bar therefore remains open and stocked, although the choice may be slightly more limited than during July and August. We would, however, like to put your **1/10 ratings for the pitch and comfort** into context. You stayed in a **newly developed area of Camping Seasonova Etennemare**. The pitches are fully operational and equipped, but the landscaping is naturally still young. The hedges have been planted and are growing, so they cannot yet provide the same level of privacy as mature hedges elsewhere on the campsite. This does not, however, mean that the pitches are “not ready”. We understand that you would have preferred more privacy, but we have deliberately chosen **natural planting rather than temporary artificial fencing**, allowing this new area to develop gradually and sustainably. Regarding the access road, we acknowledge that improvements are still possible and this area will continue to evolve. We therefore regret that these points resulted in ratings of **1/10 for both the pitch and comfort**, particularly as the pitch itself was spacious, serviced and fully usable throughout your stay. We are nevertheless pleased to see that you gave positive ratings to **our welcome, services and cleanliness**, and we thank you for recognising the work of our team. Regarding the lunchtime closure, our reception and bar are closed from **12pm to 2pm** so that our team can have a necessary break, particularly during the busy summer season. Nous avons été très gentils d'accepter de vous rembourser sachant que vous n'avez PAS pris d'assurance annulation et c'est comme cela que nous sommes remerciés. Nous sommes en pleine saison, nous n'avons pas du tout le temps de nous occuper des remboursements (surtout ceux qui n'auraient pas dû avoir lieu) avant fin août.
