The site was tired. Shop lacked stock because presumably it was end of season (but then why charge full price for the stay?). Bar area rarely cleaned. Lakeside - rarely cleaned - litter and dog foul left. Restaurant food was very poor and very over priced and lack of choice. Overall - too expensive and will not return as a result. We could get a very nice gite for a lot less!
It was just a patch of grass with a shed and tables!

We're sorry to hear about your disappointment. We hope you will find a service more to your liking elsewhere.

Lots of things to do and in a great setting. Restaurant was good. Pool was really nice.
Toilet block sinks area was in need of renovation. Crazy golf neglected and needs sweeping and some repairs.
Plenty of room and near toilets/showers.
Bit too shaded.
Thank you for your feedback, we are delighted that you enjoyed your stay. As far as the sanitary facilities are concerned, you probably used a sanitary block that we decided to renovate to increase the sanitary capacity of the camping pitches. It had not yet been completed in the summer of 2024, but we decided to open it nonetheless for the comfort of our campers. It's true that there's still room for improvement... Sorry about that.

We had a lot of fun on and around the campsite. There is a lot to do
Everything you need is in the lodge
The lodge was not very clean when we arrived

Dimension and position
We had unpleasant visit of a rat during our stay in tent! Stay in the nature is of course a pleasure but in years of camping never happened to us and it’s unacceptable.
We're very sorry to hear your comments about our park. We have invested heavily in regular cleaning of the sanitary facilities and maintenance of the green areas. We are very committed to ensuring that our guests have a pleasant stay, and we regret that this was not the case for you. As for the visit of a rat, you write "unacceptable" ... do you mean that we should exterminate all the little inhabitants of the forest? We're sorry you had such a bad experience. Our policy is to keep the rubbish disposal areas away from the pitches and grassland, precisely to avoid such unpleasant encounters. Beyond that, to be very clear, our mindset is not to eliminate everything that is unpleasant. We're proud of our Park's biodiversity, and there can be no biodiversity - no deer, birds or hares - without mice, frogs, field mice, rats, spiders or foxes. Your opinion invites us to explore ways of keeping the undesirables away, rather than imagining eliminating this or that animal at the risk of affecting them all. We understand that this may not suit everyone, but we're absolutely committed to this philosophy. We wish you all the best for the future.

We loved this campsite. We had the pitch with the individual toilet block. The lake and inflatables were great fun. The pool was really nice with good slides. We will definitely return!
Toilet block was clean and the washing up area really useful. We also hired a fridge which was invaluable in the heat.

We liked the swimming lake and indoor pool and the table tennis
Having amplified music or events until 11pm is too late for a family campsite. On the Friday night we were kept awake until after 230am by loud singing from the centre of the site. (We had asked to move pitch on arrival - after fellow campers warned of the noise - but were told this was not possible.)
Good size pitch but terrible location - too noisy.
The late-night noise from the stage and pub

Great facilities, compact site, excellent site. Agathe on reception was very helpful when my granddaughter needed a doctor - thank you Agathe. Merci beaucoup 😊
The small pool is very tired and needs some attention.
The decking.
The water pressure in the bathroom was terrible and we couldn't shower until fixed. When it was fixed, there was a dripping sound which irritated all night. The mobile home was a bit tired and past it's best, but it was okay. The pitch was excellent though.

Great entertainment and a well stocked shop onsite
Golf carts need to slow down, I witnessed a few near misses with young children. More soap dispensers are needed in toilets or the ones that are already there refilling more often as more often than not, there wasn't any soap. Maybe offer some more activities in the day? The local market list could do with more refinement as not all of the markets are on each week. In the swimming pool, near the "mushroom", some of the rocks/tiles are broken and need to be replaced, I was worried about cuts from the sharp edges. The inside bar area is an underutilised space, could do with aircon & TV screens.
Lovely under the trees and we saw the red squirrel and plenty of little birds
The pitch could do with levelling off as our young child kept falling off the bench at meal times due to the slope of the pitch. Also it was quite difficult to tow the caravan down the tracks as they were very narrow,

This is our first visit to the site, and indeed the region. We were met by a friendly team member, who explained the layout of the site, and showed us to our pitch. We had booked one in the Forest, a fully serviced pitch. With the very hot weatger it was a relief to have the shade of the trees The pitch does slope so ensure you have levelling ramps, as well as sufficient length of drainage pipe. The pitch was a really good size, and lovely and quiet. The onside shop is one of the best I have seen, and not badly priced. The facilities are very good for a family holiday, highly recommend
Pitch was excellent, though does slope so does require levelling ramps. Very good size and well shaded
The drainage point was high up making the drainage from the van a bit of a challenge, as there was insufficient drop

Very busy site during peak season, pitches are nice and large and we were happy to he in the far corner error away from the main amenities but we felt the site wasn't prepared to cope with the numbers of people. 3 hour wait for pizza, no hand soap in the toilets on numerous occasions and over subscribed activities... the lake and woods are beautiful and you get a real sense of space there but the pool during the day and bar area in the evening were too busy and we felt the staff were trying their hardest but the staffing levels weren't able to handle the sheer volume of people.
Bigger pizza oven. More soap refills in the toilets during the day, more sunbeds by the pool, more staff serving and better catering options.
We were in the far corner and felt we had plenty of space and lots of privacy, birdsong in the morning was a beautiful way to wake up every morning!

Location, the lake & pool are a great asset to the site . Yoga class was amazing! Thank you for providing this relaxing opportunity just 5 mins away from the site .
More sun loungers . As an older active couple who meet family here with teenagers, the prices for the holiday did not reflect the amount we actually used the activities & events that were organised. I feel that we didn’t perhaps get value for money. However I feel for families with younger children it is a great value holiday.
The suite was just fantastic, very clean & the shower was really good - also this area was great for storage. Loved the washing up area where the fridge was .
Fridge was a little bit tired & probably needed replacing, also the decking in this area needs some work.

This is our second stay at this site in 6 years and we thought the site has definatly maintained its charm. The facilities for children are great our little boy and us made good use of the tennis courts, table tennis, football pitch, and pool area. The entertainment provided was really good and quite tasteful something for everyone The Saturday evening band were particularly good. The staff were very friendly and helpful, especially the reception staff that helped out when i stupidly turned up a day early for our holiday. We will definitely return in the future.
The life guards could do with a bit more training, especially about the use of mobile phones at the poolside, as this is a distraction where their main focus should be on the safety of the pool area. There were some that did their job well but a couple that let the site down.
The mobile home we stayed in was lovely, very spacious, modern, clean with plenty of storage space. It was well equipped and the air conditioning was a life saver. The decking area was a great size where we could lounge on the sun beds and eat our meals on the outside table. We also appreciated the great sized parasol that allowed the option of shade.
There was nothing to dislike but a little oven would be an added bonus.

Everything was amazing. The pool was the best. The pitch we had was excellent, very shaded so stayed quite cool. lots of activities to do around the pool. Entertainment was very good. Shop was well stocked. The lake and aqua park was very good.
The locks in the shower rooms could do with checking as one of my children got locked in it. Apparently, this had happened on other occasions too.
Very good. Nice clean facilities.

Enormous spacous pitch, minimal car traffic as each avenue had only 6 pitches. Sanitory block was modern, well maintaned, cleaned regularly and never too busy. The pools were clean and offered a welcome break from the heat of the sun. We used the lake for swimming and paddleboarding most days. Enjoyed the tree rope course, best we've been on. All amenities on site were free of charge (rental deposit for equipment). Thank you for the free cold water available at the bar, nice touch and much appreciated in the hot sun. Offsite, highly recomend Zooparc de Beauval.
Move mini disco to a shady place.
Enormous pitch. All equipment in good working order. Large fridge freezer (wasn't expecting freezer - bonus). BBQ was constructed of breeze blocks and at a height comfotable for standing.
We had a problem with the electricity in our area of the campsite on 2 occasions, for which the fuse box was on the edge of our pitch. Maintenance team were quick to respond but it meant extra vehicles near our pitch, often left running kicking out diesel fumes, with most of the team smoking whilst working to fix the problem, not great when trying to eat. There was also little communication from them whilst turning off and on the electricity to test ending with us losing our low vaultage equipment, this probably could have been avoided if we had been informed to un plug prior to the work.

Everything about the park is great, clean, big pitches and the lake is just fabulous
Reducing the noise....2am is not acceptable for the bar area still being in use...no idea if drinks were being served but large groups congrated until the early hours and we're very noisy
Fab size
Some rather dangerous holes that my child fell in and hurt ankle

Lots to do for families (most at extra cost), toilet and showers block was immaculate and clean (hot showers!)
Reduce the level of noisy coming from the evening entertainment. A better sound proofed stage would help. Also tell guests on arrival about proximity to main area and how loud it will be every night. You can't talk outside or hear radio over the entertainment. Rubbish and recycling nowhere near the pitches. Saw people driving cars to the bin area. Site information on arrival said there was food waste but this wasn't true.
Very big pitch
Not very well maintained. Lumpy, rough ground at tap point and overgrown hedges (where there were some)and long grass.

3 families camping together for a week.
We thought the quality of the restaurant food could have been better.
Nice and spacious, we loved being under the trees.

Very nice campsite, very nice pool and lake, good entertainment Main sanitation block and showers very good
Better service facilities for camper vans unable to flush chemical toilet waste very poor. Not something we’ve seen during travels through Europe in some much less expensive campsites/aires , parking. Over priced Second sanitation block to be renovated More washing machines, a bench or picnic table near laundry
Pitch was very nice
Could have been flatter

Great animations programme, the staff worked really hard. Lake was great for paddleboarding. Lots to do in the area but most of it is at least half an hour away (we knew this when we booked). Local village has an outstanding restaurant. Shower block is the smartest onen I have ever seen! No waits for the showers and they were very modern and clean.
Lake beach a bit small. Restaurant nice but seervice very slow, would use the amazing resto in the village instead.
Very large pitch with a decent amount of shade (3 days were 30+).
Grass a bit long.
