Camping Pause Loire (Belle Rivière)

Great site. Staff were wonderful. Clean facilities. Easy access on to the Loire cycling route. Perfect!

Very green, clean, bread service, mostly friendly staff

On the day we‘re leaving, please don‘t be surprised and then rude if we haven‘t left an hour before checkout.

Excellent camping when travelling by bike along the Loire river or the Nantes surroundings. Specific bike traveller pitches, cooking tent, picknick tables and a 'garage mort' service for when you'd like to start your journey from the campsite.

Très accueillant et gentil. Il y avais un food truck aussi. Les installations sanitaires étaient propre tout le temps. Je recommande !

Good size pitches, very clean toilet blocks & showers. Very friendly & helpful reception staff. Good laundry facilities. Best of all it was on the Velo cycle route, so to cycle in Nante was 30mins. Also food wagons came to the site each night, Thursday Cuban, Friday Lebanese & Saturday Crepe van.

Some hand dispensers ran out of soap

We stayed just one night but were impressed by this lovely site. Pitches were well marked and level with hedges between so nice and private. Pie man arrived with lovely savoury and sweet pies in the evening. Lovely walks along the Loire direct from the campsite, we would definitely stay here again.

Some of the showers could improve with some maintenance, for example hooks for hanging op clothes etc.

The campsite is good located, calm and close to the river Loire. The footpath or bike trail starts directly at the campsite. Everything was clean and well kept.

Very nice campsite. Everything you need for camping - toilets, showers, washing area, fridge/freezer, small shop, food vans, park and good pitch sizes.

This was a good place for visiting Nantes, easy to get public transport into the city centre.

Very friendly and reliable team, well organized reservation and check-in process, fair handling even in case of short-termed changes, whole camping area attractively and lovely designed and properly maintained, central area and velo-exit top!

Not much to improve but some points could make it perfect: Additional WC and additional lavatory with soap dispenser for hand washing after WC, cblack cover of cemical WC is brocken and you can not keep it prperly open during the usage of the WC

Lovely riverside location. Excellent gravel riding in the area.

Loo paper ran out a couple of times - needs more frequent checking.
