Excellent camping, amazing pools, the restaurant is really good and fare prices. D9rect acces to the beach whicj wasn't too packed either. The movile home we had was quite roomy compared to other places we've been, with nets against mosquitoes. Dog friendly We wouod repeat
A bit noisy in the evenings. The pool with slides needa a bit more control. When teenagers and young adults came there is very little room for smaller kids, and as parents it became a bit unsafe sometimes and we ended up leaving the pool.
A couple of things didn't work and they came each time very quickly to fix them. There was quite some room for storage of clothes and kitchen thinga

Pity, there were not a few more things furnished in units… You are asked to leave them clean, but no cloths or cleaning products… You cannot stay there if you fly, as no linen either bedroom or kitchen supplied.. could have rental as a option…

The Reception staff were outstanding. So friendly and efficient, The swimming pools were varied and large. Lovely Hammam and SPA. The Beach was good and the Campsite had a natural feel about it with lots of trees, plants and shade.
How about keeping the restaurant and Tapas bar open until the closure of the campsite? It's disappointing to arrive for a week and be told everything is closing 😕
The Bungalow was spotlessly clean and well equipped. Good shower and hot water. The verandah was large and there was a big table and chairs Nice drying rack.
The Toilet was tiny ....really small. The beds were very uncomfortable Barbecues we're advertised as available to rent. What we got was a small electric hot plate with no stand and it did not work. We took it back to the shop and asked for our money back. The lady in the shop shook it about and eventually got it to work and refused to refund our money. Very poor service. They were not in the slightest bit interested in us or our complaint about the fact that the device was defective. For this reason we will not return or recommend Camping Palais La Mer.

Our pitch was very close to the beach. There was a bin on our pitch which was emptied daily. The toilet/shower blocks were excellent. The beach - beautiful. Pool area looked nice but didn't use it as so near to the beach.
Onsite shop is expensive and not very big for the size of the site. Walk to beach is difficult for disabled people as soft sand - wheelchairs would find this impossible - would benefit from a wooden boardwalk so more accessible. Pitch was advertised as having water - there were two rusty taps with brown water.
Electric hookup was reliable.

Big pitch with a lot of privacy

This campsite is not very big but very well taken care of. The people that work there are very nice and approachable. The mobil-homes have their own terrace and also a sunscreen, important when it is hot. And personally I like the murals very much.
Ik liked the new fridge with a seperate freezer. Also the new furnace with automatic ignition of the gas. The ‘living-room’ was a bit smallish; when all the chairs were inside it was a bit difficult to open some doors. So I put two of the chairs outside and had more space inside.
I missed a little bit the sofa inside, but on the other hand there was a nice lounge-set outside.

Toilet & shower facilities are excellent. Nice pool. Easy access to beach.
Planting eg bamboo, could be cut back. Site looks and feels a bit overgrown.
Pitch was half way between pool and beach and close to sanitary block.
Although we booked in advance we were allocated one of the 4/5 worst pitches in that privacy was poor because it was directly on the main road through the site. We were affected quite seriously by mosquitoes.

Het zwembad was top en voor de kinderen was er van alles te doen. Het hele terrein is prachtig onderhouden. Veel verschillende dieren om even een heerlijke wandeling langs te maken. Het park ligt ook dicht aan zee wat het helemaal afmaakt. Het restaurant serveert heerlijke lokale gerechten en het personeel is erg vriendelijk! Ronduit top, dankjewel!

Leider mussten wir den Urlaub, wegen Krankheit absagen und wir können im September hinfahren. Da wir schon jahrelang dorthin fahren, wissen wir, wie besonders der Campingplatz ist.Ein kleines Paradies.
Es ist alles perfekt.
Die Lage ,der gepflegte Platz in den man eintaucht in Blumen, Bäume, Hecken und die Spaziergänge in den zum Platz gehörenden großen Tierpark..

Sehr kleine Plätze. Wie mussten unseren Aufenthalt nach einer Nacht wegen Moskitos abbrechen. Das Problem ist der Rezeption bekannt, unser bereits gezahlten Betrag wurde nicht zurückerstattet. Das ist sehr traurig.

Accueil sympathique et personnel très réactif, ce qui fait toujours plaisir en arrivant. Le camping est propre, bien entretenu et offre tout le confort nécessaire : piscine, jacuzzi, hammam, plage à proximité ainsi que des commerces accessibles à pied. Cela fait maintenant 4 années que nous y séjournons au mois de mai, et c’est toujours un moment reposant. Les mobil‑homes sont confortables, fonctionnels et bien équipés. Un endroit que nous recommandons sans hésiter pour un séjour calme et agréable.
Peut‑être serait‑il utile de prévoir des moustiquaires sur les terrasses, afin que l’on puisse dîner dehors le soir sans être assaillis par les moustiques. Je sais bien que des campagnes de démoustication sont régulièrement menées, mais cela apporterait un vrai confort supplémentaire.
Mobil‑home très confortable. J’ai même eu la chance de bénéficier d’un surclassement, avec un modèle climatisé, sans aucun supplément, merci à Fabrice, le directeur du camping. Même si la climatisation n’est pas indispensable à cette période, cela m’a permis d’être vraiment à côté de mes parents, ce qui était idéal. Je veux bien le même l’année prochaine😜
