The campsite was just as described on the website. The site was clean and welcoming. The staff were helpful.
Warn customers that when you order bedsheets - they are disposable. If you say that will supply bedsheets that night- you do not supply them the next morning without warning!
Lovely size for two people. The shade from the tr is a kept it cool.
The bird poo on the car!!! But we are want the trees and shade.

A truly beautiful campsite in a peaceful setting, surrounded by trees. The facilities are excellent, and there’s plenty to keep everyone entertained, especially the children. What really sets this place apart is the wonderful staff. It offers all the infrastructure of the larger commercial sites, but with a warm and personal touch. We travelled from England and it was our first time in France.
The shop could sell more. I think there's potential in July/August for it to provide more items and in turn, make more money. It would benefit both the customer and the business.
The Aircon worked well. This is crucial and it's important this high standard is maintained for future guests.

Nice peaceful campsite. Staff very helpful. Toilets/showers etc kept really clean. Nice hot shower. Bit disappointed at first when we were told the pool was closed and had to use the kiddies pool but it opened just before the end of our stay. 20 min walk to a gorgeous beach.

The swimming pool was closed before we arrived, and the restaurant closed whilst we were there. It was a shame they closed so early when the weather was good and the site quite full

Lovely pools; great facilities
Men’s showers and toilets often closed first thing in the morning just when people want to use them- also they could be cleaner. No toilet seats on any toilet???

Great stay at the campsite. The staff were lovely and the site has everything you need. We were out of season, so not everything was available (main pool, shop etc.) but actually loved how quiet it was. Restaurant food was good and they still put good entertainment on for the saturday evening. Good location for exploring the coastal region and popping into Perpignan.
Was surprised at how far the beach was and we couldn't actually find the path to get there - perhaps better signage is needed.
Loved the accommodation (palladium). It was remote and spacious with a perfect veranda. Modern and clean with good equipment.
The beds were very hard for us.

Pool was a brilliant facility and there was a lot of recreational space. Site wasn’t full to the brim with pitches and mobile homes.

da wir in der Nachsaison waren, und der Platz relativ leer war, war es sehr ruhig, sehr gemütlich, es war eigentlich fast alles da. Wir werden wiederkommen.
Was uns gar nicht gefallen hat, und was uns wirklich ärgert, wir haben reserviert, mussten sofort den kompletten Preis bezahlen und man hat uns nicht auf Acsi hingewiesen Als wir uns angemeldet haben, am Platz haben wir die Karte vorgelegt und es hieß, es ist schon alles bezahlt. Das hat uns sehr geärgert. Das Schwimmbad und das Restaurant hat auch relativ früh zugemacht. Zumal im Frühjahr mit beheizten Freibad geworben wird.
Das Gesamtbild des Campingplatzes hat uns sehr gut gefallen
Bei Regen liegen die Plätze ziemlich tief und laufen dementsprechend voll mit Wasser.

Es tut uns leid wegen der Enttäuschung mit der ACSI-Karte. Um den ACSI-Tarif nutzen zu können, muss dieser bereits bei der Buchung angegeben werden, vor der Bezahlung. Wir nehmen Ihre Anmerkung jedoch ernst und werden unsere Informationen künftig noch klarer gestalten. Bezüglich der Öffnungszeiten von Restaurant und Schwimmbad möchten wir darauf hinweisen, dass diese je nach Saison variieren können, insbesondere in der Nebensaison. Wir verstehen aber Ihren Ärger und werden daran arbeiten, unsere Gäste besser zu informieren. Was die Stellplätze betrifft: Bei starkem Regen kann es vorkommen, dass bestimmte Bereiche feuchter sind. Unser Team steht jedoch jederzeit zur Verfügung, um gemeinsam eine passende Lösung zu finden. Spontan angemeldet und sehr höflich aufgenommen worden. Auch ohne Französisch und Englisch kommt man zu einer netten Verständigung. Die Parzelle war groß, der Abstand zum Nachbar topp. Wir kommen gern wieder.
Die Sanitäranlagen waren sauber. Das Wasser zum Duschen hätte wärmer sein können, aber ….
