Evaluations that are not older than three years and have undergone a verification process. More infoLocation great to hire their e-bikes and visit Suschinio and marshes to bird watch and Saint Jacques. Clean showers great to have morning bread. Ambience is just right.
WiFi on 28b was weak. Would be lovely to have a power socket in washing booths to use own hairdryer if possible.
Quiet and peaceful amongst the trees
WiFi weak

Loved the friendly receptionists and how quiet the site was. Fabulous off-road cycle paths and local birdwatching
Lovely open space for pitching
Showers were not the best. Water not very hot and turned off as soon as you stopped pressing the button.

Provide toilet paper
Good value for money

This is the fourth time we've stayed at this campsite. It ticks all our boxes - not too big, not too commercial but it has excellent facilities. The staff are very friendly and helpful, and the campsite is only a short walk from the beach. We'll definitely be back!
At times, there is a queue for the toilets/showers/washing-up sinks but you don't usually have to wait for long. I'm not sure how feasible it would be to improve this ie more loos, showers etc
Large pitches - the whole campsite feels quite spacious even when it's full

Mooie grote kampeerplaats heel vriendelijke ontvangst Niet besproken alles was vol maar toch kregen we voor 1 nacht een plekje zonder stroom en de volgende ochtend was er wel plek vrij
Alles was prima. We konden in het Engels communiceren

De rust de ruimte. Het zeer vriendelijke en behulpzame personeel. De ligging. Restaurant ook voor in de ochtend een koffietje.
Een afvalbakje bij de afwasbakken ontbrak.
Ruime plaats prachtig uitzicht

We had a lovely short stay at this campsite. The friendly reception allowed us to make our choice of sunny, partially or fully shaded pitches. Bicycles are recommended but can be hired on site as the beach is twenty minutes walk and it is also possible to cycle to Chateau de Suscinio which once protected future King, Henry Tudor. There is a big supermarket near Sarzeau which also has many restaurants. I am a keen cyclist and cycled on quiet roads and cycle tracks to Arzon.
The onsite bar, bread and croissant order service. Guitar and piano in the bar. Tourist information was good too.
Just a note to UK visitors: toilet paper is not supplied, there are no hand dryers/towels or soap - bring your own and there are no toilet seats ( this is actually more hygenic and not really a problem as it is usually warm enough).

Lovely campsite, pitch was nice and quiet backing onto a field. Sanitary facilities good. But the highlight for us was the playground ( bouncy castle) and the pet farm ! My daughter is crazy about animals so we visited the animals several times a day! We discovered salad leaves was the hamsters and guinea pigs absolutely favourite food!!
Pitch was nice, close to sanitary block but still quiet and had electricity

From the moment we arrived everyone was so welcoming and accommodating- the site was immaculate and the vibe was so chilled and relaxing. The team were so helpful and friendly- wish we could have stayed longer !
Everything! We’ll definitely be back ( the bread in the morning was amazing)

A lovely quiet atmosphere with nice vegetation and plenty of trees. Good shower and toilet block. Really great cafe for breakfast, lunch or evening food. Delightful beach a short walk down a footpath through trees.
Nice pitch, ideal for randonneurs on a camping cycle tour of Brittany (without a car)

We really loved the shady pitches and friendly atmosphere.
Large and shady pitch under the trees.

It was very hot but we were in total shade which was great. Lovely walk down to great family beach for a swim in pristine water. Great cycle routes into Sarzeau superb food shopping in butchers/bakers/ cheese shops plus markets every day with veg/seafood meant we BBQ every night but last when had good galettes in the site restaurant. Facilities kept very clean. We have now been here 6 times and thankfully it does not change, suits more mature campers as no noisy pool. lovely birdsong, bats, owls at night thanks to all the trees.
one issue was that a few pitches away we had a large French family group who had a lovely late dinner outside but went on whooping it up till 2am, welcome restrictions on noise after midnight
full shade all day, short walk to facilities, very peaceful apart from above

We liked the choice of pitches and we picked a shady spot! The pitch was reasonably level. The welcome from the reception and ordered breakfast pastries was excellent.

The location outside Sarzeau is excellent - great for visiting Carnac, Suscinio Castle, Vannes and the coast. The staff were very friendly and offered an alternative pitch in the shade as we had our dog with us. The facilities were very clean and met all our needs; the restaurant was very good and we enjoyed the farm
Slightly more variety in the restaurant menu and better wifi
Lovely shady pitch, fairly flat
The area is supposed to accommodate 5 pitches; fortunately it wasn't full but with the people in A14 taking up 1.5 spaces with their hammock and washing, it didn't leave much room
