"Weather not helpful"
Stunning views of the chateaux

Restaurant was a bit hit and miss

"Holiday "
It was fine until lots of school children teenagers were placed in lodges then the site became chaotic and noisy.

Loud music and shouting from the above with teaching staff taking little or no notice.

"Good overnight stop"
Nice quiet site out of season, warm welcome on reception

One shower was not working. Imagine it would be too busy for us in high season

Pitch allocated to us was already taken so had to advise reception that we had just taken another one which was fine given it wasn’t peak season

"A Great Stay"
A great site for getting into Saumur easily. Very well laid out pitches, brilliant swimming pool with a lovely view of the Chateau across the river. Enjoyed the bar, didn’t eat there so can’t comment but I would think it’s good.

"Saumur fab town"
Fab town great wine tasting

Muddy pitches & dirty shower blocks

Good amenities

Lots of muddy paths could do to have more stones as the mud walked into the shower blocks. Showers were not very hot

"Motorhome Stay"
The area is stunning especially the Chateau and even more so when it was lit up at night. I also liked the swimming pool. A lovely facility although rather busy.

I disliked having to wait until 2pm for entry in spite of registering in the morning at 11.30am. Toilets and showers could have been cleaner.
