Beste Yolande, Hartelijk dank voor uw mooie beoordeling! 😊 Wat fijn om te lezen dat u genoten heeft van onze vriendelijke ontvangst, de broodjesservice en uw ruime, groene staanplaats. De mogelijkheid om vanaf de camping heerlijk naar het gezellige centrum van Saverne te fietsen, en de prachtige fietspaden langs het kanaal, maken onze omgeving inderdaad ideaal voor een ontspannen verblijf. 🚲🌿 Ook uw compliment over de bomen op uw plek doet ons plezier. Een beetje schaduw en groen maken het kamperen toch net wat aangenamer! Bedankt ook voor uw belangrijke opmerking over de toiletbrillen. We begrijpen heel goed dat dit, zeker met een hernia, geen detail is maar een kwestie van comfort en toegankelijkheid. We nemen uw suggestie serieus en gaan bekijken hoe we dit kunnen verbeteren. Bij ons staat slow life centraal: genieten van de natuur, de tijd nemen en ervoor zorgen dat iedereen zich welkom voelt. En natuurlijk willen we dat ook op het toilet kunnen zeggen! 😉🏕️ Als u graag nog andere mooie plekken in Frankrijk wilt ontdekken, bent u van harte welkom op een andere camping van de Seasonova-groep. Elke camping heeft zijn eigen charme, maar overal staat gastvrijheid centraal. We hopen u nog eens te mogen verwelkomen in Saverne! Sandra en haar hele team

Beste Johan, Hartelijk dank voor uw uitgebreide beoordeling! 😊 Fijn om te lezen dat u genoten heeft van het fietsen en de mooie omgeving van Saverne. Ook zijn we blij dat u onze schone sanitaire voorzieningen en de verse broodjes iedere ochtend heeft gewaardeerd. 🥐🚲 Het spijt ons dat uw staanplaats niet geschikt bleek voor uw camper. We begrijpen heel goed dat de krappe bocht, de coniferen en vooral de omheinde zandbak voor heel wat manoeuvreerwerk hebben gezorgd. Dat is niet de ontspannen start van een verblijf die we voor ogen hebben! Uw opmerking over de zandplaat is terecht en we gaan bekijken hoe we deze plek praktischer kunnen inrichten. Ook uw melding over de verlichting bij de afwasruimte nemen we mee. Het licht hoort natuurlijk aan te blijven wanneer u nog volop aan het afwassen bent – anders wordt het wel héél letterlijk slow life! 😉🌿 Onze filosofie is eenvoudig: een gezellige camping, dicht bij onze gasten, waar iedereen op zijn eigen tempo kan genieten van de natuur. We vinden het dan ook jammer dat uw staanplaats niet helemaal aan die verwachting voldeed. Als u in de toekomst nog eens een andere mooie streek wilt ontdekken, bent u natuurlijk ook van harte welkom op een andere camping van de Seasonova-groep. Elke camping heeft zijn eigen charme! This is why you didn’t benefit from the ACSI discount during your stay. For ACSI cardholders, all you need to do is send us a quick email 📧 and we’ll take care of the booking directly at the ACSI rate. Was die Öffnungszeiten der Rezeption angeht, können wir Ihre Anmerkung durchaus nachvollziehen. Unsere Rezeption schließt um 19 Uhr, aber im Sommer ist eine spätere Anreise durchaus möglich. Wenn Sie direkt über unsere Website buchen, erhalten Sie alle notwendigen Informationen für eine Anreise nach 19 Uhr, damit Sie sich auch bei geschlossener Rezeption in aller Ruhe einrichten können. Wenn Sie jedoch ohne vorherige Buchung direkt vor Ort ankommen, schließt unsere Rezeption tatsächlich um 19 Uhr. Es tut uns leid, wenn Ihnen dies Unannehmlichkeiten bereitet hat. Was die Hecken 🌳 betrifft, nehmen wir Ihre Anmerkung ebenfalls zur Kenntnis. Wir möchten ein Gleichgewicht zwischen Privatsphäre und Weite wahren und gleichzeitig den natürlichen und offenen Charakter unseres Campingplatzes bewahren. Aber ein paar zusätzliche Hecken könnten tatsächlich einigen Stellplätzen etwas mehr Privatsphäre verleihen 😊. C’est un équipement particulièrement utile pour les séjours de plusieurs jours et votre remarque est bien enregistrée. As our pitches are set within a natural environment 🌳, some are indeed further away from the facilities than others. Unser Campingplatz liegt tatsächlich auf einem leicht hügeligen Gelände, und es stimmt, dass die Anfahrt mit dem Fahrrad eine kleine Anstrengung erfordert: Die Steigung zum Campingplatz ist unter Radfahrern wohlbekannt! 🚴‍♂️💪 Aber sobald man oben angekommen ist, wird man mit einer grünen und erholsamen Umgebung belohnt. Wir hoffen dennoch, dass Sie Ihren Aufenthalt in guter Erinnerung behalten werden, und würden uns freuen, Sie bei einer Ihrer nächsten Reisen wieder bei uns begrüßen zu dürfen.
