Evaluations that are not older than three years and have undergone a verification process. More infoWe would have rated it excellent, but for the drainage point being too far away and uphill! Also the toilet/ shower block although ok, needs an upgrade. Staff were superb.

It was peaceful, had a nice, but small, swimming pool and the setting was excellent
The pool is too small. The food offering was a bit poor (although the actual food was fine).
A bit enough and well shaded pitch.
I don't like paying for wifi!

Staff ( Nadia ) were super helpful and essentially made my stay what it was. Facilities were excellent and everyone on site seemed very friendly. Highly recommended.
Had a pitch with a car because I travel with my dogs no problem.

Easy walk into town which was nice. Good sized pitches on grass.
Change of attitude in one of the ladies who was extremely rude and told lies about what pitches were available. We were given a hard pitch that was like a building site. When my wife asked politely to be moved she was told there were no pitches available as they were fully booked. I went in and insisted and was given a grass pitch that was extremely difficult to access snd egress. I counted 10 empty pitches that night and 12 the following night. She made it clear we were only there for 2 nights why complain? If that's your customer service we won't be back.

Great grass pitches, well maintained and a nice atmosphere even though the site was busy. Friendly and helpful team looking after the site. Very good value.
Toilets need improving - clean but old and no toilet seats or paper.

Loved it here for two nights while we had a break from 3 weeks of travelling. Caught up with our washing and enjoyed the shade from the sun with the beautiful trees surrounding the campsite. Everything we needed. Easy walk into the town. Helpful multi lingual staff.

Friendly reception staff on a site that is well placed for a stop over to visit Saverne. It was a short cycle ride to reach the town. The covered pool on site was stiflingly hot so we couldn’t use it.
The shower block was dated but reasonably clean. The site was tricky to find even with SatNav. There was limited info for travellers as this seemed to be a site that catered for people who knew the area.
Pitch was on a slight slope but a reasonable size. No shade unfortunately.
No hedging for privacy. Proximity to noisy fellow campers

Location was good - town good and surrounding area nice even though I only had an overnight stop Staff friendly and facilities all ok - good to get into Saverne and Haute Barr and access to the wine route Great to have breakfast delivered to reception to pick up in morning
Don’t see all campsite but maybe a couple more toilets and showers might be a bonus in busy times - don’t affect me this time

Bigger shower/toilet block that needs separating between male and female
Nice pitch close to shower block, well shaded from the sun.
Close to pétanque club so a bit noisy but nothing can be done about that.
Herr LAMBERT, vielen Dank für Ihren Kommentar. Es stimmt, dass wir aufgrund der Familienhütten eine Toilette haben, in der Frauen und Männer zusammen sind. Wir haben aber auch eine Toilette, in der die Frauen auf der einen und die Männer auf der anderen Seite sind. Das ist Ihnen wahrscheinlich noch nicht aufgefallen. Wir hoffen, Sie bald wieder auf unserem Campingplatz begrüßen zu dürfen. Das gesamte Team bedankt sich herzlich.

Platz ist 2 km von der Innenstadt entfernt, Saverne ist sehr schön, Unternehmungen zahlreich möglich in der Innenstadt, entlang der Marne, auf die Burgruine Haut-Barr u.a.
Schön wäre eine wenn auch kleine Einkaufsmöglichkeit auf dem Platz
