Ces arbres font partie du charme du camping et contribuent pleinement à notre esprit Slow Life. Nous prenons bonne note de votre suggestion concernant le nombre de machines à laver 🧺. C’est un équipement particulièrement utile pour les séjours de plusieurs jours et votre remarque est bien enregistrée. Concernant l’accès et le stationnement avec un camping-car 🚐, nous comprenons que certaines manœuvres puissent être un peu délicates. Nous allons rester attentifs à ce point afin de faciliter au maximum l’installation de nos camping-caristes. It’s always nice to know that our campsite can be a convenient stopover for travellers! We’re also sorry if the distance to the toilet and shower facilities was a bit of an inconvenience. As our pitches are set within a natural environment 🌳, some are indeed further away from the facilities than others. As for the maintenance of the trees and plants, your comment is particularly important. We’ll keep a close eye on low-hanging branches to avoid any risk to caravans and motorhomes. Nature is wonderful… as long as it doesn’t decide to give your vehicle a little hug! 😉🌿 Your feedback helps us to continue improving the campsite whilst preserving its ‘Slow Life’ spirit, as close to nature as possible. Unser Campingplatz liegt tatsächlich auf einem leicht hügeligen Gelände, und es stimmt, dass die Anfahrt mit dem Fahrrad eine kleine Anstrengung erfordert: Die Steigung zum Campingplatz ist unter Radfahrern wohlbekannt! 🚴‍♂️💪 Aber sobald man oben angekommen ist, wird man mit einer grünen und erholsamen Umgebung belohnt. Wir hoffen dennoch, dass Sie Ihren Aufenthalt in guter Erinnerung behalten werden, und würden uns freuen, Sie bei einer Ihrer nächsten Reisen wieder bei uns begrüßen zu dürfen. Regarding the rubbish bins, their locations are marked on the campsite map provided on arrival, and the reverse side of the map also contains a range of practical information. We do, however, understand that this may not have been clear enough and will consider how best to highlight them ♻️. Regarding the café-bar, we’re sorry for the disappointment. The opening days and times are displayed on our information board, which also brings together all the latest news and events at the campsite. Your suggestion about sending out a reminder email is a good one, and we’ll pass it on to our team so we can further improve the information we provide to our holidaymakers 📬.
