All the staff were exceptionally helpful. We had a problem with our vehicle and the reception team were excellent going above and beyond. A special thank you to Eliana who sorted a lift to the garage for us with a lovely man from the security team . We found all the staff excellent and the location and cleanliness of the site were fab.

Cleanness of the main facilities, nice swimming pool, 30 minutes of free sport equipment rentals on the beach😀🚣♂️, politeness of the staff members , a lot of great cycling routes in the area🚲🚴♀️, quiet and peaceful site
Toilets near the swimming pool needs improvement, when we arrive were not informed which way to go in order so not to get stuck with our caravan and when we asked a staff member we were misinformed and got stuck.

Sanitary facilities are much cleaner than they used to be but hot water is variable and quite basic.set up which could be updated.

Loved our stay here, being so close to the beach was fantastic and the pool was lovely. Facilities very clean, pitch was a decent size. Nice play area, shop and laundrette.

Pitches are very close together and caravan needed a bit of wiggling too get it in to place.

The location on the beach is really convenient, we also loved the pool. Great facilities and very friendly staff.
The campsite is quite noisy at night, way past midnight. We had people walking past our pitch being very loud in all hours of the night (1am, 2am, 4am).
Our pitch was very spacious and relatively sheltered. The toilet blocks were pristine, the cleaning team came 3 times a day and did an amazing job.
Our pitch was on the main road of the campsite and next to a toilet block so it was very noisy, exposed and dusty. However we saw some lovely shaded pitches in quieter parts of the campsite. We’ll know to ask for one of those if we come back.

Large site with mixed lodges/statics, lots of seasonal pitches. Good sized pitches, shade where needed. Dusty rather than grass, but all surrounded by trees & hedges for screening. Right by a beautiful sandy beach. Excellent restaurant amd bar. With nightly entertainment (of varying quality). Facilities are cleaned and maintained by pleasant staff throughout the day. The rest of the team are really pleasant and helpful. Especially when we had fridge problems in 33 degree heat. Just turned up with a temporary fridge until we’d got our sorted!
Dusty rather than grass pitches. At least could do with blowing off the twigs, leaves and grit.

The shower blocks were really clean, attended to all day with plenty of hot water. Fantastic swimming pool area with a lovely restaurant and bar alongside. There is direct access to a lovely long sandy beach with water sports activities.

I really liked the proximity of the beach.
no charcoal Bbq dustbin only available at front of site. booked 8.00 am inspection before departure and no one showed up, had to go to reception 20 mins later to resolve. The region seemed to be very windy a lot of the time.

The pitch position was exactly as asked for. The toilets are very clean but somewhat dated. The hot water supply at Atoll is variable. One of the washing up sinks( the right hand one near the slope entry) never has hot water. However these are just niggles, we love this site.
The lack of lighting in Atoll when washing up. We did report this and we’re told that the lighting is on a time switch and would not come on until 8pm. The majority of the washing up is done before that in the dark.

The site was clean and the shop was excellent. More information about where everything is in the site and maybe point out where the information on the area, like when and where markets are etc would have been nice. We stayed ourselves as being other as we aren’t really young but we are not OAPs either.

Toilets are not modern, no soap in bathrooms, and no dedicated sink to wash hands.

It was a nice and relaxing stay with an absolute perfect location right next to the Beach. Nice people around, a good restaurant and dance and Music for the children.

Site is on the beach. Hats off to the cleaning team of the ablutions, always polite and do a thankless job very well.
