All the staff were informative and exceptionally polite. The spa pools and swimming pool area were relaxing. Everywhere was clean and well looked after. The restaurants were inviting and served delicious food.
We loved the first pitch near the entrance.

The relaxed vibe, the pool area, the cleanliness of the toilets and showers, the staff.
Entertainment at Clos d’Olivia was poor this year, with most of the acts being biased towards children. Very little just for adults.

Efficient, clean and well managed site
Evening WiFi is very poor
Clean and everything working
It would be so good to have a dishwasher

The facilities, the closeness to the beach, freedom to be naked.
There was too much shade around the cabins. The trees had grown too tall, and so there was no sun on the decking. Very disappointing. The male receptionist (I think he may have Ben German ), was not at all helpful.
Clean and a good size
The workmen met at anything from 6.30 to 8.30, often talking right outside, and the walk-in talkies were very loud. We were woken EVERY day, even though I asked for them to move, they didn’t.

Our second stay at Serignan Plage Natur was even better than the first. Organisation, friendliness entertainment catering were all great. The cleanliness of the showers, toilets etc was the best that we have seen anywhere.
The weather!
The pnly problem we had was flying ants. The gardening staff dealt with them quickly and effectively. We would prefer a pitch with more sun next time.

We liked the freedom to relax in natural surroundings. Clean, comfortable in beautiful nature with lots of interesting things to do..... not just laying on a naturist beach. Although the beach and sea were incredible too. The whole experience was a joy from start to finish. As soon as we know the prices we hope to return next year.
Geared cycles for our older legs! More food preparation space in the chalets.
Clean and functional
Not a lot of food preparation (work tops) space. Bed linen and towels within the price would be nice.

We liked the Balnio, the little shop and the Oliviere Restaurant.
The Plage Nature sanitary block is showing its age. The staff do an excellent job of keeping it clean but it needs a full overhaul.
Pitch sizes and cleanliness are good but we could not park on our pitch the way we wanted to because the trees had long overhanging branches.
The water taps are used by people coming off the beach to wash their feet. The washing-up water in the sanitary block was not hot enough. Generally getting onto and off all pitches is difficult because of long overhanging branches on all entry and exit roads.

We had a very good week, although the weather was less warm than we had hoped. We enjoyed the balneo very much, especially the long pool. Also made use of the Piscine Nature, which was wonderful, and mostly people were quiet there, which we appreciated as the textile side can be rather noisy at times.
The Balneo pools were less warm than we would have liked. 26 degrees was fine for swimming, but the jacuzzi pools needed to be more like 30-32 degrees rather than 28.
We stayed in a Cottage Balneo on the Yelloh Camping side, with access at all times to the gate to the naturist side. The accommodation was a very good standard with a comfortable bed, aircon, warm shower and well equipped kitchen. On reflection, perhaps we should have opted for a similar cottage on the naturist side as it is more quiet.
We would have liked a more sunny spot for our accommodation. While it is good to have some shade from trees, there seemed to be tall trees all around us so little direct sun.

The atmosphere was fantastic. The staff very friendly and helpful. Everyone was respectful.tje site was clean and tidy. The cottage we stayed in was tired and restrictions thre disabled facilities are good.
Doors are very narrow for anyone 185cm + or on crutches. The toilet was too low and too narrow for me and the are no hand rails in the toilet or shower. The bed was also low and not particularly comfortable and just big enough for two tall adults with mobility issues. The steps to the property are are uneven and need adjusting. The balcony balustrade was not secure
The position was fairly close to the amenities.
The cost of the restaurant 76€ for a meal each and 1 drink each

The campsite is a haven of happiness. From the staff at the reception to all involved in the upkeep of the campsite everyone engages with a happy smile. We have been going for many years and are never disappointed with the high standards and facilities.
At the main toilet block there is a ramp at one end and it would be helpful if there was a similar ramp or steps at the other end.
Being able to use the same pitch each year is very positive and helps to create a very social atmosphere.
The slow flow from the taps! The amount of shade was reduced this year as a result of cutting back the trees.

Very relaxing with nice atmosphere and nice facilities
Very spacious and comfortable with everything you need.
The sun chairs outside the bungalow are not comfortable. Maybe adding a cushion would improve them a lot.

Lovely and clean place to stay for 2 weeks and a place to relax.

This is our thirteenth visit( (21st) including next door. When we arrive, it’s like getting home and putting your slippers on. Always made welcome by staff (Pascal in the shop and Elco are helpful and friendly) and facilities are excellent. Security is reassuring.
We think it should mandatory for all over the age of 18 to be naturists (a few men and women wearing sarongs walking about). The minimum charge for using debit card in the restaurant.
As good as ever.
