We stayed tree nights in june and e every thing was great. What a wiew!! The poolarea was amazing. I think we hade our four weekend hollidays best meals at the restaurang.. Great service too. Very clean and fresh sanitarybuilding.

Very good food in the restaurant. Clean showers and toilets.

We liked the shade - how flat the pitches were, how lovely it was to get into a pool when you’ve been driving a long way…but mostly how kind the staff were when we had a problem.

Open the shop earlier in the season. The sure was full but the shop doesn’t open until July

We were crammed in to close. Too many dogs. They were fighting not in leads and dog mess everywhere. Will not be staying again. Very disappointed as previous stays were great.

Dogs should be on leads no mess and should be all together away from people who don’t have a dog.

The view from this site is fantastic. The swimming pool is clean large and a perfect temperature. Sitting on the sun deck taking in the view of the lake and having a dip when you want is so nice. We found the location perfect but we did have electric bikes so getting to shops and the lake was easy. We will definitely be back to stay again.

Our pitch 158 was bumpy and had tree roots so it was hard to get our camper level and put out the awning but that’s about all.

Arrived and reception closed until 2, which we already knew about. Pitch that was reserved was great, great view but hedges needed cutting. Need levellers to get flat and quite rustic ground, glad we had ground mat. Pitch was a good size and had electric and water close by. Had a great meal in restaurant on first night, but then it was closed rest of stay? No shop open either? Pool was beautiful and swam everyday, jacuzzi not working? Bakery and lidl nearby. Good walks behind campsite up into high forest, not for the faint hearted.

Restaurant could be open more, campsite was full and could have filled restaurant every night. Shop needs to be open has not everyone is mobile enough or have bikes to get out. Some fine pruning of hedges etc

We loved the view of the lake from our pitch, just stunning! Beautifully maintained pool area with seating on elevated patio with fabulous views of lake Annecy. We sampled the restaurant which has a small menu of local dishes and it didn’t disappoint.

The pitches were all grass and we had a lot of rain, making it difficult to drive of pitch. Maybe some gravel or better drainage could be arranged.

Pool area was immaculate and the view from it was stunning. Reception staff very friendly.

Pitches very small and muddy. Only the very front row had a view of the lake and as soon as someone pitches in front of you the view is gone.

Bakery ordering service was excellent and well priced. Clean toilets and showers. Amazing view from the front pitches which we were very lucky to be allocated. Exceptional views from the pool.

No toilet roll / tissues in the toilets provided at all and no where on site to purchase - come prepared! Grass pitches so very muddy especially after the rain. Gates are locked between 11pm-7am with no vehicle access in or out at all. We didn’t know this prior to booking and had to leave by 6am on our last day to make our tunnel crossing. Despite asking at reception the day before they wouldn’t open the gates early so we had to leave the campsite a night early to avoid missing our crossing and therefore paid for a night we didn’t use which was disappointing.

Nice clean and tidy site, the reception staff were brilliant bent over backwards to help, We would certainly recommend this site it has great views of the lake. New looking pool and patio area for drinks overlooking the lake. Only 1 downside is the hill to get back up to the site. It will keep you fit.

There is a tree where Motorhome’s empty and refill the branches are very thick and low, so with a tall van like ours 2.85m trying to line up our outlet it came very close.

We had a great pitch, as requested with elevated views over Lake Annecy. It’s a well run site by a friendly & helpful team and the facilities are clean & well maintained. The on-site bar/restaurant & pool area is a great place to eat, drink and relax with more fab views of the lake. We love staying here, it’s our 3rd visit and we are already planning to stay again next year.
