Hola Christian, ¡Muchas gracias por su excelente valoración y por compartir su experiencia! Nos alegra saber que disfrutó de nuestro camping familiar, de su ubicación frente a la Reserva Africana de Sigean y que su estancia fue tan positiva. En cuanto al césped, es cierto que sería muy agradable... pero el clima mediterráneo tiene sus propias reglas. En pleno verano, con temperaturas muy elevadas y restricciones de agua, preferimos preservar este recurso tan valioso en lugar de mantener un césped siempre verde. Esperamos tener el placer de darle la bienvenida de nuevo para otra estancia bajo el sol del sur de Francia. Un cordial saludo, Alex, Jérôme y el pequeño equipo del camping.

Perfect pitch overlooking the park and saw a few wild animals ? We only stayed one night but a very nice and friendly site ? Lovely pool

A small campsite that lives up to its 3 stars. We only stayed one night while passing through and enjoyed it. The pitches are gravel, and the pool is very nice. The staff is very friendly.
The showers have no way to adjust the temperature. The water can therefore range from cold to extremely hot while showering.
The pitch was very large, so we had plenty of space.
There should be more CE plugs instead of regular sockets; these are not necessarily standard for a campsite.

Prima ontvangst. Fijn zwembad. Een avond hap, niet uitgebreid maar goed. Mogelijkheid voor petit dejeuner vonden wij heerlijk. Zo konden we na het ontbijt meteen op pad.

Nice quiet spot
Great pitch for the campervan overlooking the African animal park, toilets and showers were spotless. Able to get a meal and drink at the reception/cafe. We would definitely call again.

Great time had by all with visiting the zoo next door and Narbonne, BBQ's and playing in the pool.

We liked the location , staff was very friendly , in general everything pretty well organised .
The water in the shower was either very hot or very cold, impossible to establish normal temperature . Mattresses and pillows plastic and uncomfortable . We understand, it’s for hygiene reasons. Would be great to maybe have an additional option to have “normal” pillows and softer mattresses …

Plenty of room to access the pitches albeit mostly on slightly slipping ground. Homemade pizza van the comes to the sight is good quality and reasonably priced, wash areas are clean and are in a good state. Overall would recommend.

Durant votre séjour de 4 jours chez nous, vous ne nous avez pas fait part de la douche que vous trouviez tiède. Il est regrettable de l'apprendre et de le lire via un avis après votre séjour, alors que sur place, nous aurions pu remédier à votre problématique très simplement et très rapidement en augmentant la température de l'eau. Avec un simple échange, vous auriez pu repartir de chez nous pleinement satisfait ! Quel dommage. Bien à vous. During your 4-day stay with us, you did not tell us about the shower which you found lukewarm. It is regrettable to learn this and read it via a notice after your stay, when on site, we could have remedied your problem very simply and very quickly by increasing the water temperature. There are not many places where you can sit on a terrace and look at zebras and ostriches. Staff were very friendly and helpful too.
The only thing that disturbed us about the visit was the cleaning requirements which had us quite stressed!.

We would suggest that the interior wood could be varnished to make it less vulnerable to stains, and the inside table could be sturdier. But these are small things

Notre séjour au camping s'est très bien passé. La piscine est agréable et les sanitaires ainsi que les douches ont toujours été propres.
En revanche, le nettoyage des sanitaires vers 8 h n'est pas forcément le meilleur horaire, car il coïncide avec le moment où de nombreux campeurs souhaitent les utiliser.

Nous sommes ravis de lire que votre séjour s'est très bien passé, que vous avez apprécié la piscine, la propreté des sanitaires ainsi que votre emplacement ombragé. Ce sont des points auxquels nous accordons beaucoup d'importance. Concernant le nettoyage des sanitaires à 8 h, nous comprenons que cet horaire puisse ne pas convenir à tout le monde. Nous devons toutefois intervenir quotidiennement afin de garantir des installations propres tout au long de la journée. Quel que soit l'horaire choisi, il coïncidera inévitablement avec le passage de certains campeurs. En revanche, nous sommes plus surpris par la note générale de 6/10 au regard de vos propres commentaires. Vous soulignez que le séjour s'est très bien déroulé, que les sanitaires étaient toujours propres, que la piscine est agréable et que votre emplacement était "très bien". Ce décalage rend malheureusement difficile la compréhension de votre évaluation et ne reflète pas réellement les éléments positifs que vous décrivez. Les emplacements de camping offrent une expérience authentique, au plus près de la nature, avec les contraintes que cela implique. Nous nous efforçons chaque année d'améliorer leur qualité et les services proposés afin que les campeurs puissent en profiter dans les meilleures conditions.
