Nice quiet spot
Great pitch for the campervan overlooking the African animal park, toilets and showers were spotless. Able to get a meal and drink at the reception/cafe. We would definitely call again.

Great time had by all with visiting the zoo next door and Narbonne, BBQ's and playing in the pool.

We liked the location , staff was very friendly , in general everything pretty well organised .
The water in the shower was either very hot or very cold, impossible to establish normal temperature . Mattresses and pillows plastic and uncomfortable . We understand, it’s for hygiene reasons. Would be great to maybe have an additional option to have “normal” pillows and softer mattresses …

Plenty of room to access the pitches albeit mostly on slightly slipping ground. Homemade pizza van the comes to the sight is good quality and reasonably priced, wash areas are clean and are in a good state. Overall would recommend.

Durant votre séjour de 4 jours chez nous, vous ne nous avez pas fait part de la douche que vous trouviez tiède. Il est regrettable de l'apprendre et de le lire via un avis après votre séjour, alors que sur place, nous aurions pu remédier à votre problématique très simplement et très rapidement en augmentant la température de l'eau. Avec un simple échange, vous auriez pu repartir de chez nous pleinement satisfait ! Quel dommage. Bien à vous. During your 4-day stay with us, you did not tell us about the shower which you found lukewarm. It is regrettable to learn this and read it via a notice after your stay, when on site, we could have remedied your problem very simply and very quickly by increasing the water temperature. There are not many places where you can sit on a terrace and look at zebras and ostriches. Staff were very friendly and helpful too.
The only thing that disturbed us about the visit was the cleaning requirements which had us quite stressed!.
Spacious, good facilities.
We would suggest that the interior wood could be varnished to make it less vulnerable to stains, and the inside table could be sturdier. But these are small things

Hora de salida el último día. Cambio de nórdico de estancia en estancia, no se asegura que el nórdico se haya cambiado de una reserva de una familia a otra. No estaban bien dobladas ni con ninguna marca o forma que de sean nórdicos limpios.

Me encantó, era mi primera vez en camping y la experiencia fue muy gratificante, mi hijo le gustó mucho también
El suelo de mi parcela estaba inclinado y eso me dificultó un poco para dormir, así que sería recomendable estar pendiente de esos detalles para hacer la experiencia mucho mejor, también lo del suelo de gravilla deja mucho que desear aunque lo advierten sería mejor si procurarán tener parcelas sin gravilla para las personas que como yo usamos tienda de campaña

La sympathie de l'accueil. Sanitaires et piscine à bonne température et très propre. Repas fait maison. Petit déjeuner café, viennoiserie servie avec le sourire. Emplacement en hauteur avec vu sur les animaux.
Des robinet avec évier près des emplacements. (avec eau recyclée).
Ombragé et bien situé. Pas trop de poussière. Les piliers avec plusieurs prises de différentes gabarit française et autres et une bonne idée.
Le lieu est parfait. Petit bémol pour les moustiques mais vous y êtes pour rien.
