Great location, not far from the motorway. A warm welcome. Good as a stop over site. Had a lovely pizza from the restaurant.

Nice quiet spot
Great pitch for the campervan overlooking the African animal park, toilets and showers were spotless. Able to get a meal and drink at the reception/cafe. We would definitely call again.

Great time had by all with visiting the zoo next door and Narbonne, BBQ's and playing in the pool.

We liked the location , staff was very friendly , in general everything pretty well organised .
The water in the shower was either very hot or very cold, impossible to establish normal temperature . Mattresses and pillows plastic and uncomfortable . We understand, it’s for hygiene reasons. Would be great to maybe have an additional option to have “normal” pillows and softer mattresses …

Plenty of room to access the pitches albeit mostly on slightly slipping ground. Homemade pizza van the comes to the sight is good quality and reasonably priced, wash areas are clean and are in a good state. Overall would recommend.

Durant votre séjour de 4 jours chez nous, vous ne nous avez pas fait part de la douche que vous trouviez tiède. Il est regrettable de l'apprendre et de le lire via un avis après votre séjour, alors que sur place, nous aurions pu remédier à votre problématique très simplement et très rapidement en augmentant la température de l'eau. Avec un simple échange, vous auriez pu repartir de chez nous pleinement satisfait ! Quel dommage. Bien à vous. During your 4-day stay with us, you did not tell us about the shower which you found lukewarm. It is regrettable to learn this and read it via a notice after your stay, when on site, we could have remedied your problem very simply and very quickly by increasing the water temperature. There are not many places where you can sit on a terrace and look at zebras and ostriches. Staff were very friendly and helpful too.
The only thing that disturbed us about the visit was the cleaning requirements which had us quite stressed!.

We would suggest that the interior wood could be varnished to make it less vulnerable to stains, and the inside table could be sturdier. But these are small things

Le camping est plutôt petit, mais très accueillant, et surtout très tranquille et familial.
Nous n’avons pas eu l’occasion de profiter de la piscine, car à la période à laquelle nous avons voyagé, et comment normale, elle était encore fermée. Sinon, peut-être qu’un supermarché un peu plus grand au sein du camping serait appréciable, mais il est vrai que tout est à proximité : les commerces, les supermarchés et les services. L’emplacement est donc très bien situé.

Honnêtement, l’expérience a été globalement très positive et nous avons passé un agréable séjour. Cependant, si je devais mentionner quelques points à améliorer concernant l’hébergement, je dirais que le nettoyage du sol devrait être un peu plus approfondi, car nous l’avons trouvé assez sale, et c’est probablement l’aspect qui nous a le plus dérangés durant le séjour. Par ailleurs, il aurait été appréciable d’avoir quelques équipements de chauffage supplémentaires, car avec celui qui se trouve uniquement dans le salon/salle à manger, nous avons eu un peu froid. Cela dit, on a bien aimé! 😊

Nos ha encantado pasar unos días en vuestro camping, súper acogedor y confortable.
El bungalow estaba completamente nuevo o al menos así parecía, hemos estado muy cómodos y nos ha permitido visitar toda la zona.

Wir haben diesen Platz zum Übernachte ausgewählt auf Grund seiner Lage und Verfügbarkeit. Die Online Anfrage und anschliessenden Bestätigung verlief ohne Probleme. Dadurch das zu unserem Zeitpunkt die Rezeption nicht permanent besetzt ist, war das ankommen und die Platz zuweisung gut geregelt. Alles wurde online vorher mitgeteilt (Platznummern, Pin Code usw). Vor Ort war an der Pin-Wand die Informationen auch angebracht. Beim obligatorischen Platzrundgang wurde die Nähe zum "African Reservat" sehr deutlich. von den Oberhalb aufgestellt Loge-Häusern kam man sehr gut die Tiere beobachten.
Um dies zu bewerten hätten, wir länger bleiben müssen. Aufgefallen ist aber das es kein Warmwasser an den Handwaschbecken gab und das Wasser zum Abspülen hätte heisser sein können. Leider durch die Nähe zur Autobahn Nachts sehr laut.
Die Lage zum African Park, viele Wildtiere waren zusehen (Zebras, Gnus, Strausse,etc.). WC-Anlagen (Gemischt) sauber. Ungewohnte offene Decke, die sich über das ganze Sanitärgebäude zieht. (Nur Raumtrennung).
