Great location next to lake. Good sized pitch.

We were delighted to welcome you and are very pleased that the size and cleanliness of our pitches allowed you to fully enjoy your stay. We do our utmost every day to keep the communal sanitary facilities clean, despite the fact that campers use them at different times of the day. That is why we clean them twice a day and ask all campers to leave this area clean after use. We look forward to welcoming you back to Seasonova for your next holiday!

Mooie ruime plekken ook bij de sta caravan, groene camping. Mooi meer met leuke restaurantjes. Hondvriendelijk.

This was our second visit. We came first about 6 years ago and always wanted to return. The location is beautiful on the lake and the team at the campsite do everything they can to take care of us.
The team helped us find the perfect pitch. We were close to everything we needed.

We only stayed for one night on the way back and got a lovely big grassy pitch with easy access to campsite facility.
Toilet paper had run out in the morning and not been replaced but not a biggy

The staff. Loved the forest cycle routes and the lake. Excellent.
Washing up area had food waste in the sinks. Not the fault of the staff, lazy campers.

Excellent accommodation, we stayed in a 'Safari lodge' and the staff were all very freindly and helpful

The young lady on reception was very good at English and was very helpful in making our stay amenable. The pitch was big, the electric and water was close to hand. Water sports available very close to the campsite.
Maybe a few more different makes of alcohol could be available in the bar

The plot we paid for and were given had someone else in it so we just parked in a plot near by as it was 2am when we arrived.

Lovely location, nice sized pitches with lots of choice of sun/shade. Friendly team members.
Toilet blocks need major improvement. No hand soap for 2 days in ladies toilets. Men’s shower block closed for a full day and the hand dryer in the men’s toilets did not work. Generally dirty and could do with more cleaning.

Thank you, Mr Parry, for your feedback following your stay at our campsite. We are delighted that you enjoyed our team and our campsite facilities and that you had a pleasant stay. We are sorry that you were not satisfied with our sanitary facilities. We do our best to keep this area clean, with our teams cleaning it twice a day. However, this is a shared space for campers, so it is everyone's responsibility to keep it clean after use. We are unable to clean after each camper, which is why we ask everyone to leave this area as clean as possible after use, in addition to our daily cleaning rounds and restocking of soap and toilet paper.

The whole site was almost empty and we couldn't understand why? Soon discovered.....bus load of kids for a week. Nothing against kids enjoying themselves., laughing, cheering having loads of fun....BUT, why was it necessary to have the very loud music with a thumping beat...morning, afternoon and evening? Spoilt our otherwise lovely week and explained why nobody else stayed there!! Not enough electricity. Several people searching for a place to plug-in. WiFi? What WiFi!? Tried all week and nothing worked !!

It's true that during your stay we had a group of children on the campsite which can cause a bit of noise during the day as they do lots of activities together to make the most of their holiday. We fully understand that this may have displeased you and we are very sorry. However, welcoming children's associations is essential for us, because at Seasonova we make it a point of honour to be able to give everyone the means to enjoy a holiday in our establishments with numerous associative partnerships. More electric hook ups. We had to pop ours over the hedge !
We parked our camper van on a large private grass pitch Stacy was an excellent host who looked after us wonderfully. It’s definitely worth trying the local cider and the new restaurant overlooking the lake (a few minutes away).

Large pitches, near to lake and forest.
Sort out the men's toilets. Men using the women's toilets late at night, completely unacceptable! Pitch was double booked, after setting up a large tent,we were asked to move, we refused!
Entertainment for children was good
Toilets (did I mention toilets)? Double booking. At reception EVERYONE is told, choose your pitch, then tell us the number. We did that, two days later it had apparently been booked to someone else, while we were there....

We apologise for any inconvenience caused and we have done our utmost to ensure that your stay continues as smoothly as possible. As far as our toilets are concerned, we have decided to open only one side of the toilets, and to make it mixed, as the occupation of our campsite does not require us to open all our toilets and therefore generate additional water consumption for a small number of people. We're sorry if this has upset you. We are delighted that the location of our campsite in the middle of the forest and the size and quality of our pitches have pleased you. See you soon at Seasonova!

Unfortunately, during your stay we had a problem with the hot water in our sanitary block 2, so we opened number 1 so that our guests could use the hot water in the other blocks. The facilities block...no toilet seats Bit dated Cold shower water one morning, but soon fixed. No where to wash dishes. Chemical toilet point back up near the gate

Thank you Mr Moore for your kind review, the team is delighted! In fact we had a technical problem with our sanitary facilities but we tried to fix it quickly for the well-being of our dear campers! Our sanitary facilities are not equipped with toilet seats in order to ensure better hygiene with a thorough wash twice a day by our cleaning team but I understand that this can change our habits ;) See you soon!
