A fabulous week spent here enjoying the Le Mans 24hr race. Great facilities and superb entertainment put on by Valerie and Benoit

Pleasant stay for a few nights with easy 25 min. drive to circuit location. Friday night entertainment with visitors car parade, band and disco. Big terras screen to follow race through the weekend. Pig roast on Sunday evening.
Maybe upgrading/updating some of the sanitair facilities. Everything is in operation but it's a little bit outdated.
Great add-on with the luxury package (seats, fridge, bbq, etc.) and basic needs for water and electricity.

Going to visit Valerie and Benoire to stay for the 24hr race week is the highlight of my year. Chateau Chanteloup is an amazing backdrop for the stay but the real starts are Valerie, Benoire and all their A team. Truly magnificent hosts who.cant do enough for you to ensure you have the best time. The le mans reception and car show are fantastic. The bar, resturant and shop are all first class.
You cant improve on perfection
Well serviced and taken care of site with excellent pitches. I have staid on the front lawns and in the woods all of witch are perfect.

We had a great time here staying,the staff on reception will do there best to help you no matter what you ask,will deffo be back again before the winter

Pitches are around individual fields with open space. Unlike every other campsite we have visited. Drinks on the terrace of the mansion, with live music in the evening. An interesting experience.
Definitely not 5 star pitches. For that you should have water and waste water facilities on you pitch. We paid 52 euros per night. I was told that it is much more expensive at LE MANS 24 Hour time.

Thank you so much for this feedback, that is how we can improve. You have at Chanteloup pitches with water drainage but you did not select these when you made the booking, online, you should have asked at the reception, it was possible to change your pitch. As for the price, you only stayed one night and there is a 10€ fee for the one night stays, many campsites do not accept them ;)

Check was very quick & informative. We were allocated a very nice pitch . We ate in the restaurant which was so nice . The staff worked so hard despite having to dodge the torrential rain !! Toilets & showers beautifully clean & kept . Picked up a few essentials from the shop which was handy . Fresh bread in the morning was a lovely treat .

Beautiful campsite. So friendly, clean, quaint and French. We have used this site twice as a two-night stopover and each time we wish we were staying for longer. The pool is so clean! We will be back!

We liked the friendliness and helpfulness of all the staff.
Shop could be improved with more basic groceries and goods. Shop could open longer hours
Perfect accommodation for the type of holiday we were looking for. The room was basic clean and fresh with ample storage space to accommodate all of our clothes etc. The beds were also basic but very comfortable to sleep in. The bathroom was clean and tidy with a very good shower and ample Hot water at all times. Overall we really enjoyed our accommodation it was a little home from home.
We have nothing to complain about with our accommodation. Could improve with a small fridge and kettle.u

Wij verbleven met onze kindjes voor de eerste keer bij jullie op het prachtig mooi en super proper kasteeldomein! En het zal zeker niet de laatste keer zijn ☺️ We werden hartelijk verwelkomd en werden begeleid naar onze cabanes. Wat een prachtig verblijf! Super netjes, alles voorhanden en lekker rustig gelegen, maar toch op wandelafstand van het zwembad, speeltuin etc ☀️❣️ Ook het restaurant is een echte aanrader! Heerlijk gegeten !!! Benoit en Valerie zorgen dat alles goed verloopt en het zijn echt super lieve en hartelijke mensen ❣️
Goh niet echt iets , maar als ik dan iets moet zeggen misschien een droogrekje voor handdoeken etc aan te hangen bij de cabanes. Eventueel extra kapstokhaakjes voor keukenhanddoeken ☺️ De rest was echt perfect!!!!

Second time we have been here and it already feels like coming home. We love the way we pitch around the large area of Cynthia with a beautiful view of the Chateau. Very calm, peaceful site. Even the pool area seems calm.. loved the Saturday BBQ.

Toilet block is a nightmare Miles away from the emplacements meaning long walks in the night
Serviced pitch was fine
The site is very expensive and as such you would expect much better services instead of all near the main bar and reception block
Thank you very much for the feedback and we are very sorry for this poor experience. The serviced pitches are a bit far away because with the water drainage system you can plug in and use your own toilets ;) It was explained in your confirmation email, you could have changed. It is better to ask to be near the main toilet block if you do not use this system

The setting, ambience, how kind and pleasant the staff were. How relaxed I felt knowing my daughter was having such a lovely time within their beautiful grounds.
Stunning pitch, gorgeous views and so peaceful. I cannot wait to return during the same week next year.
