Camping Le Transat

We've been staying in this camping every summer for 12 years and it's always very pleasant experience. Moreover, the owners are nice people and they improve the place every year.

Our tent was excellent! The pool and playground were perfect for our kids.

The animationprogramme contained several nights with loud music until late in the evening. That was sometimes difficult with little kids who needed sleep. And was right near our tent. For us that could be less, or maybe would be better if we were located a bit further away from the disco floor;)

Well maintained site, friendly and helpful. Location is 3 km from a fantastic beach and little village of Saint George's. There's a host of cycle routes and if you enjoy horse riding on the beach there's an equestrian centre 2 km from Camping Le Transat. Thoroughly enjoyed this site with it's pool/ restaurant and other activities. Showers/ toilets are plentiful and clean. There's also a laundry if required. Great holiday atmosphere, Many thanks 🙏

Possibly have two on reception between 3pm & 4pm for new arrivals.as the little receptionist was working so hard.

Very helpful and friendly staff. Well kept site. Mobile home very clean and everything you need. Good position for beaches and supermarkets. Excellent cycle tracks. Will visit again.

Unfortunately, Snack bar only open in July and August !!. This would have been very useful to be open if only at weekends. Even if only drinks were available!

Wir hatten eine wunderbares Zeit auf der Insel, auch wegen der tollen Unterstützung, Essen und Programm am Platz!

WLAN und der Mobilfunkempfang waren zumindest an unserem Platz quasi nicht vorhanden. Dadurch haben wir nebenbei unfreiwillig digital „gedetoxt“.

Séjour au calme dans un environnement agréable et très bien entretenu. Sophie, Etienne et leurs collaborateurs, toujours souriants, sont très accueillants et à l'écoute des vacanciers.

Calme,la propreté et l'accueil des hôtes et salariés. Bienveillance. Livraison du pain au mobilhome

Camping très verdoyant, à taille humaine, végétation luxuriante et emplacements préservant au mieux l'intimité. Accueil chaleureux.

Débit des douches

Très beau camping ombragé et calme Les propriétaires ( Étienne et Sophie) sont très sympas, ainsi que le personnel. Sanitaires très propres. Tres bien situé A seulement 3km d'une grande surface Pistes cyclables à proximité Camping qui propose des idées de sorties. Livraison du pain le matin en commandant la veille. J'y reviendrai Bonne saison à vous.

On a aimé la situation du camping il est en retrait ce qui le rend calme. Le personnel du camping est bien veillant.

Les enfants étaient un peu déçus de ne pas avoir le terrain de foot à disposition mais sinon tout était parfait ! Rien à redire

Venu entre amis à l'occasion de l'UTOléron, nous avons passé un agréable week-end au camping Le Transat. Les propriétaires sont chaleureux et accueillants, le camping est situé au calme avec toutes les installations nécessaires.
