We liked this small, family-run campsite. It is a beautiful and peaceful place, surrounded by plenty of trees and greenery. Our children enjoyed the pool. The staff were friendly and we especially appreciated the possibility of ordering fresh bread and pastries from a local bakery. There is also the option to buy ice cream for the children, as well as lovely local handmade crafts. The campsite has everything you need for enjoyable stay. The location is excellent for exploring the Alpilles Natural Park, visiting ancient towns and discovering the beautiful lavender fields and producers.
The cleanliness of the mobile home and pool must be improved.
The mobile home was beautiful and spacious, with everything you need for a comfortable stay.
The mobile home requires a deep and thorough cleaning, as well as more regular maintenance and upkeep. With better care and attention, the interiors could be kept in much better condition and preserved for many years to come. The air-conditioning units also require thorough cleaning and servicing. It would make a noticeable difference to the overall cleanliness, comfort and quality of the accommodation. I am sharing this feedback with my honest and best intentions, as I believe that a little more attention to these details could make an already lovely campsite much better.

La situación, ideal para visitar Arles, Aviñon, Nimes, La camarga. La piscina es estupenda, muy agradable y tranquila aún con el camping lleno. Los baños correctos, limpios y adecuados.
La limpieza de los baños debería empezar antes y no ser tan lenta.Cuando todo el mundo va a primera hora siempre hay uno de los dos cerrados. Es un poco frustrante
Todo el camping tiene una excelente sombra. Tamaño perfecto de las parcelas y setos de separación para mayor intimidad.

Die großen Stellplätze mit ausreichend Schatten. Der Poolbereich herrlich.
Sanitäranlagen sind ziemlich veraltet , die Trennung von Damen und Herren hat komplett gefehlt, bei einigen Duschen fehlten die Haken zum Aufhängen der Handtücher. Die Reinigung war okay, aber es dauerte zu lange, bis es wieder freigegeben wurde.
Wir hatten einen großen Platz mit ausreichend Schatten. Strom Anschluß gleich daneben, vorne Wasserstelle.
Am Anfang war die Bar bzw. das kleine Lokal noch nicht geöffnet.

Food was not available in the week - pity, it was good and the food at the nearby restaurant is poor.

We prefer hard standings, we had dry weather, if it had been wet, I suspect it would have become very muddy

The campsite in general is nice, nothing there.
Possibly a time were there would have to be silence like at 22:30 or 23:00.. We had a bunch of very loud kids - playing music screaming and so on. Unfortunate timing for us, besides that its neat and nice.
Its a great pitch no issue there, power and water on the pitch so neat.

Lovely, friendly human sized campsite. Good sized pool, beautiful bar/restaurant area. Clean toilets/showers with hot water! My husband mislaid his phone & it was found & returned to us by the owner, great service. Would return

We’ve not been here since 2011 and it didn’t disappoint. A calm, peaceful campsite in a great location to access Arles and Avignon.
The showers were not the best and if anything needed improving it would be to update the bathrooms

Lovely place to stay if you are near Avignon. The staff is super friendly. The restaurant was amazing!
We had two tents and the pitch provided shade so it was perfect

St Gabriel is a lovely compact site, a very friendly welcome and within easy reach of Tarascon (car or bike) or St Etienne des Gres 2km walk).
Ensure the showers are at least warm.
Good sized pitch with electric. Plenty of shade in hot weather. Compact friendly site. Great restaurant 5 mins walk away.

Nice campsite with friendly staff. Nice pool area. Good food and plenty of facilities. The road behind the site is very noisy from 4am onwards which was a total pain and some teenage kids kept dragging sand into the toilets on their feet and left the place a mess.

The pool, dining area and toilets were good and the meals were good for a campsite restaurant
The pitches were quite small and the music in the toilets was irritating. It would be better to have better music or do without it.

Mijn vriend en ik hebben een heerlijk verblijf gehad op camping Saint Gabriel. We hebben genoten van het zwembad, erg nodig want het was warm. Ook de "moules et frites" avond was heel gezellig en we hebben genoten van de mosselen.

Heel rustige omgeving. Mooie ruime plek met schaduw. Je kan een ijskast bij huren wat leuk is als het heel warm is. Heel lekker gegeten op het terras van het restaurant. Fijn zwembad met voldoende ligstoelen. Proper sanitair met toiletpapier.
We hadden onze plek geboekt waar we een paar jaar geleden al eens stonden. Mooie ruime plek met schaduw en vlakbij sanitair en zwembad
