Excellent location and on a lake, only an hour or so from the port of St Malo. Lots to do on the doorstep, with a town close by and a bar both on-site and only 100 yards further around the lake. Enough toilets, showers and sinks, plus washing facilities.
Like most campsites we found in Brittany, there was no toilet paper or toilet seats.
Pitches were large with hedges between every other row, so it felt like the site was smaller than it was, which was great. Plenty of water taps around the site and the toilet block was centrally placed. Comprehensive and easy recycling on site and easy to dispose of grey waste water on the way off site.
The EHU was the French domestic style socket, therefore an adaptor was needed to convert to UK style 'blue' connectors on the extension lead. I carried one, so not an issue for me, but this was the first time I'd come across it on the continent and could have caught me out. I don't know if the site site had spare adaptors.

The ampage of the hookup could be improved as 10a is very easy to overload and trip the supply accidentally. ie forgetting and putting the kettle on when the microwave is on. Due to design of the boxes it is not possible to reset yourself so requires staff to do it. Not good out of staff hours.

The location by the lake and ability to walk the dog is very good here
Pitch was roomy but if it had been busy it would be awkward to access. Nothing much was open even though there were quite a few campers around. The facilities were awful, mixed, no privacy at all and toilets very poor, doubt we would return here

Big plots. Friendly staff. E exploited the surrounding area and went on some bike rides.
We had a big group arrive one night and they were very noisy which spoilt our evening and sleep.
Nice to have our bathroom close by. Big pitches so plenty of space to spread out.
It was very muddy on the pitches which was hard to control in our van and bathroom. Maybe some gravel would help.

We stayed here two nights while cycling in Brittany. We like swimming and paddle boarding so we wanted a lakeside site.
A sunnier pitch would have been nice. We were mostly in the shade.

Chalet was spotless and well equipped. The location is perfect as was gorgeous, next to lake and other local attractions. The people are friendly and relaxed. We had our family and friends stay and it was the perfect place to spend a week enjoying and exploring France. Thank you ☺️

This is not a campsite with all the bells and whistles. It has good facilities for campers who require a bit of peace and quiet and not to have to pay for activities for children. Great for me as I have no children. However, it is situated by the Lac au Duc which has lots of 'messing about by the water' facilities and acres of parkland to explore on foot or bike. In the municipal park there are tennis courts, badminton courts, and plenty of space for a game of football or rounders. So, all in all, the area gives you everything you would need for a relaxing or sporty holiday by the lake.
The toilet facilities could do with a bit of updating, perhaps some signage for freshwater stands, chemical disposal, that sort of thing,, but it was fine really. Maybe better demarcation between pitch boundaries would help too, but most people were very respectful of their space allocated anyway. Water as well as electric facilities for the superior Lakeside Pitches would be nice, but not the end of the world. Non recycling bins could stand better signage and in both French and English. Separation of male and female toilets would be good, with perhaps a larger family-sized cubicle too
Our accommodation was great, we love our caravan. However, a bit more apparent of electricity would be good, we are used to at leastb12 amps in the UK.
Not really anything I disliked about the site, all the staff were friendly and approachable and we even brought friends along for drinks and crepes at the little bar, which was a bonus when we spent days by the lake.

Near the beach, cafe, pitch sizes
We had groups of children from summer camps all around us. They were loud, exceptionally disruptive and fooled around in the toilets. I had 3 terrible nights sleep because of them. Had I known we would be next to them, we would not have stayed at the site. More than one person complained to the camp leaders about the noise late at night.

Difficulté de placement à l'arrivée, point d'amélioration l'accès au camping trop étroit pour passer à deux véhicules et les sanitaires sont un peu vétuste

Le camping est plutôt calme, ce qui est agréable. L'équipement de vidange pour camping car est moyen. Nous y avions séjourné quelques jours il y a 2 ans,nous avions trouvé le gérant beaucoup plus accueillant à cette époque qu aujourd'hui.
