Chadotel Le Trivoly

We like the concept. All included in the camping: rest, fun, food, all you can expect for your vacations. Good price and great stuff

This was our second stay at this campsite this summer. We loved the space, the shrubs and hedges and the relaxed atmosphere.

Unfortunately the area we stayed this time, at the back corner of the campsite, had a lot of holiday homes packed in and very cramped parking. There were none of the lovely flowering hedges round there either.

The facilities are excellent, always clean & tidy with plenty of hot water. There is a lovely pool too. Very friendly & helpful reception staff.

Discipline at the pool does not exist. Swim shorts are worn although they are not allowed. We saw ladies wearing dresses in the pool and lots of people were throwing balls around although this is not allowed either. There were also people running around the pool & jumping in. It was dangerous.

The toilets & showers👍but the pitch at that time of the season very, very, poor But what really upset my wife and I was the cutting down of the tree 🌴 on our pitch whilst we were on it and trying to pack up. There was no consideration for our safety. They covered the pitch with saw dust. We are very angry. We think the management were wrong to let that happen.

Maintain the pitches better. Clean the toilets and showers better. We felt that because we were their out of high season we did not matter.

Reception lady was so helpful and welcoming. Thank you.

Cut the grass back on the pitches.

The pool area was great, kids enjoyed themselves. Accomodation was fine, albiet a bit unclean.

The restaurant was closed for 9 our of our 12 days, as was the bar. We could not eat on-site, the shop was closed for most of it (and has no stock anyway), and the bar was closed at the pool area. So no drinks/ice creams for the kids. I understand the restaurant is managed by a third party company, not le trivoly, but surely they should have some agreement to how often they should be open to serve customers. We had to take all our business elsewhere, frustrating when the kids want an icecream beside the pool!

animations journée et soir dès le mois d avril. Ce qui est peu frequent. accueil au top. j y reviendrai c est certain

Super sympa. Très propre, l ambiance au bar bien sympathique ! Et piscine au top !

Seul point négatif : beaucoup, beaucoup trop de moustiques (peut-être prévoir des pièges). Impossible de manger dehors le soir.

Prachtig nieuw sanitair gebouw. Tip, maai op tijd het gras ,geef ook aan dat jebrood kunt bestellen.

Bij de ontzorging was het in tegenstelling tot het Sanitair een smeerboel , zou mooi zijn als dat ook schoongemaakt wordt, dus afvoer chemisch toch let afvoer grijs water inname water. De Eurostekkers zijn niet helemaal passend en heel moeilijk zwaar in te duwen.

Un séjour familial inoubliable au Chadotel Le Trivoly, entre détente, plage et loisirs sous le soleil d'Occitanie. L'équipe d'accueil, sympathique et disponible, a grandement contribué à la réussite du séjour. Un grand merci à Jérémy, Emma, Pierre Cailloux, Jojo et Lévi, tous très sympathiques, et aux nombreuses activités variées proposées pour les enfants.

l'équipe d'animation est au top, gérant du bar-restaurant super sympa et souriant. La piscine est chauffée en avril, nous avons pu nous baigner fin avril, c'est génial.

Nous avons apprécié notre séjour merci à toutes l équipe un clin d'œil particulier pour votre hôtesse d accueil merci Merci à cet été avec impatience

Du gravier au emplacement camping-car, mais vraiment pour trouver une critique 🤣🤣 piscine plus chaude...
