Chadotel Le Trivoly

We like the concept. All included in the camping: rest, fun, food, all you can expect for your vacations. Good price and great stuff

This was our second stay at this campsite this summer. We loved the space, the shrubs and hedges and the relaxed atmosphere.

Unfortunately the area we stayed this time, at the back corner of the campsite, had a lot of holiday homes packed in and very cramped parking. There were none of the lovely flowering hedges round there either.

The facilities are excellent, always clean & tidy with plenty of hot water. There is a lovely pool too. Very friendly & helpful reception staff.

Discipline at the pool does not exist. Swim shorts are worn although they are not allowed. We saw ladies wearing dresses in the pool and lots of people were throwing balls around although this is not allowed either. There were also people running around the pool & jumping in. It was dangerous.

The toilets & showers👍but the pitch at that time of the season very, very, poor But what really upset my wife and I was the cutting down of the tree 🌴 on our pitch whilst we were on it and trying to pack up. There was no consideration for our safety. They covered the pitch with saw dust. We are very angry. We think the management were wrong to let that happen.

Maintain the pitches better. Clean the toilets and showers better. We felt that because we were their out of high season we did not matter.

Reception lady was so helpful and welcoming. Thank you.

Cut the grass back on the pitches.

Nothing

The pool area was great, kids enjoyed themselves. Accomodation was fine, albiet a bit unclean.

The restaurant was closed for 9 our of our 12 days, as was the bar. We could not eat on-site, the shop was closed for most of it (and has no stock anyway), and the bar was closed at the pool area. So no drinks/ice creams for the kids. I understand the restaurant is managed by a third party company, not le trivoly, but surely they should have some agreement to how often they should be open to serve customers. We had to take all our business elsewhere, frustrating when the kids want an icecream beside the pool!

Le directeur et le personnel qui ne disent pas bonjour quand vous les croisez. Piscine trop fraîche et pas très propre. Peut-être qu’en septembre tout le monde est fatigué c’est dommage

Séjours avec de belles rencontres. Un accueil très chaleureux Merci à Mme Dalila pour sa gentillesse et professionnalisme vraiment une belle personne sérieuse et très à l'écoute. Merci

Espace épicerie un peu plus grand pour plus de choix.

TOUT VA BIEN ...bon séjour sauf le VENT, mais il faut faire avec.

Séjour de 3 semaines, en septembre, dans le calme. A proximité des plages et de sites à visiter.

En septembre il n'y a malheureusement presque plus d'animation, et si il y en a, pas suffisamment de communication.

La tranquillité, les services et la réactivité, l accueil chaleureux, la sympathie et amabilité de la direction, la propreté du mobilhome et l état neuf du mobilhome spacieux et bien agencé.

Installation de volets extérieurs sur les fenêtres des chambres à coucher. Pour septembre diminué le tarif de la laverie.

Accueil, propreté du camping, tranquillité. Disponibilité et gentillesse du personnel et du gérant du bar restaurant.

Très calme reposants

Les plantes. En raison de la sécheresse, la séparation entre certains remplacements, la végétation (arbustes) a pratiquement disparus. Cela demanderai une nouvelle plantation.
