Chadotel Le Trivoly

Another visit to this campsite & we weren't disappointed! Friendly staff,great facilities& a lovely pool.

I would never stay on Chadotel run by Children, no facilities open on both sites. Weren’t told when booked, second site six inches of mud.asked or a refund and told no.

Get bought out by another company who understand there customers.

Super pool area with higher than usual sun beds, slides and toys. Huge emplacements for campervans. Very friendly staff. Very reasonable rates with Chadotel loyalty card. Reasonably-priced good food. Area for pétanque. Playground for children. Everywhere clean and well-maintained.

The main annoyance is with a neighbouring campsite whose student weekend special resulted in loud, thumping music 2 nights in a row until 4am. The following weekend was 1 night until 3.30am. There was unusually heavy rain all one day resulting in large pools of water. I can't blame the campsite for an act of God but maybe some work could be done to the drainage. The campervan service area is quite tight for larger vans. Final negative point is the lack of toilet paper in the well-maintained sanitary block.

Our first experience at this campsite was a 3 hour wait to check in while Reception was closed for a 3 hour lunch break. Queue of guests waiting to check in, not a good start. The emplacements were a good size and it was overall it was a well run campsite. Shop poorly stocked and services area for campers had very bad access and nonplace to empty a black water tank

Wonderful staff, perfect location, we submerged ourselves in all things French - thank you for including us and helping us, 100% recommend and will want to return again. A small site, perfect for families where you can relax and enjoy the sunshine and the beautiful surroundings.

Location, cleanliness and facilities. Pool area was wonderful.

Pitches looked a little worse for wear.

Staff friendly at reception. Good sized pitch. Clean toilets and immaculate showers. We used the laundry room and the machine worked well. Was very modern. Ordered pastries from the bar a very good service.

We like the concept. All included in the camping: rest, fun, food, all you can expect for your vacations. Good price and great stuff

This was our second stay at this campsite this summer. We loved the space, the shrubs and hedges and the relaxed atmosphere.

Unfortunately the area we stayed this time, at the back corner of the campsite, had a lot of holiday homes packed in and very cramped parking. There were none of the lovely flowering hedges round there either.

The facilities are excellent, always clean & tidy with plenty of hot water. There is a lovely pool too. Very friendly & helpful reception staff.

Discipline at the pool does not exist. Swim shorts are worn although they are not allowed. We saw ladies wearing dresses in the pool and lots of people were throwing balls around although this is not allowed either. There were also people running around the pool & jumping in. It was dangerous.

The toilets & showers👍but the pitch at that time of the season very, very, poor But what really upset my wife and I was the cutting down of the tree 🌴 on our pitch whilst we were on it and trying to pack up. There was no consideration for our safety. They covered the pitch with saw dust. We are very angry. We think the management were wrong to let that happen.

Maintain the pitches better. Clean the toilets and showers better. We felt that because we were their out of high season we did not matter.

Accueil sympathique, consignes claires , mobile home propre et bien équipé, vraiment rien a dire nous avons passé un super séjour , merci pour tout et à très bientôt!

Séjour caractérisé par l'incompétence des gérants;

Le dialogue avec la clientéle et le courage d'assumer ses responsabilités, en effet il est très désagréable de se faire ponctionner de 120€ plusieurs jours après la fin du séjour sans information préalable alors même que le problème tecnique inhérent à la TV ,et indépendant de notre volonté jusqu'à preuve contraire, a été signifié dès le premier jour. De plus nous n'avons pu bénéficier de la télé qu'à compter du mercredi après midi. Par ailleurs la piscine n'était pas chauffée suite soit disant à de sproblèmes de chaufferie non réglés.Nous étions pourtant des fidèles clients depuis 10 ans!

Camping sympathique, à taille humaine. Le personne, est très gentil, à l'écoute. Bravo à eux.

On aurait aimé pouvoir acheter notre pain sur le camping. Il y a eu quelques animations mais nous n'en avons pris connaissance que tardivement, Une annonce par les animateurs auraient pu être faite.
