Chadotel Le Trivoly

Location, cleanliness and facilities. Pool area was wonderful.

Pitches looked a little worse for wear.

Staff friendly at reception. Good sized pitch. Clean toilets and immaculate showers. We used the laundry room and the machine worked well. Was very modern. Ordered pastries from the bar a very good service.

We like the concept. All included in the camping: rest, fun, food, all you can expect for your vacations. Good price and great stuff

This was our second stay at this campsite this summer. We loved the space, the shrubs and hedges and the relaxed atmosphere.

Unfortunately the area we stayed this time, at the back corner of the campsite, had a lot of holiday homes packed in and very cramped parking. There were none of the lovely flowering hedges round there either.

La zona donde esta situado, muy tranquila y con gente muy respetuosa.

The facilities are excellent, always clean & tidy with plenty of hot water. There is a lovely pool too. Very friendly & helpful reception staff.

Discipline at the pool does not exist. Swim shorts are worn although they are not allowed. We saw ladies wearing dresses in the pool and lots of people were throwing balls around although this is not allowed either. There were also people running around the pool & jumping in. It was dangerous.

The toilets & showers👍but the pitch at that time of the season very, very, poor But what really upset my wife and I was the cutting down of the tree 🌴 on our pitch whilst we were on it and trying to pack up. There was no consideration for our safety. They covered the pitch with saw dust. We are very angry. We think the management were wrong to let that happen.

Maintain the pitches better. Clean the toilets and showers better. We felt that because we were their out of high season we did not matter.

Reception lady was so helpful and welcoming. Thank you.

Cut the grass back on the pitches.

The pool area was great, kids enjoyed themselves. Accomodation was fine, albiet a bit unclean.

The restaurant was closed for 9 our of our 12 days, as was the bar. We could not eat on-site, the shop was closed for most of it (and has no stock anyway), and the bar was closed at the pool area. So no drinks/ice creams for the kids. I understand the restaurant is managed by a third party company, not le trivoly, but surely they should have some agreement to how often they should be open to serve customers. We had to take all our business elsewhere, frustrating when the kids want an icecream beside the pool!

Excellent camping les animateurs au top et mention spéciale pour le directeur qui est très disponible accueillant et qui participe aux animations ce qui est très rare . Nous reviendrons avec plaisir .

Personnel très accueillant. Les animations à la piscine avec Jeremy et les animateurs étaient très bien ainsi que la soirée swimming Pool. Restaurant très bien.

Dommage pas de Karaoké pendant les 3 semaines !

Tout !!! L'ambiance, la bonne humeur du personnel (anim's, technique, accueil, bar, entretien, maîtres nageurs mais aussi un directeur FORMIDABLE) !!! Merci à tous pour ce superbe séjour 😜.

Peut-être un tout petit peu + de chaises et transats à la piscine mais c'est tout!

Le camping était très propre, les nuits étaient calmes, les animations nombreuses et pour tout les goûts.

Une douche ou un système de brumisateur avant de rentrer dans la piscine pour plus d'hygiène.

Épicerie avec 3 produit obligé d’aller chez le voisin d’en face pour l’essentiel.

C’était très bien, bon emplacement, Bonn ambiance générale. Idéal pour les enfants

2ième année dans ce camping et pour cause. Le camping est familial et calme la nuit. La propreté du bungalow et des alentours. Une équipe d'animation toute la journée et le soir y compris le directeur (phénoménal), ils sont accessibles tous toute la journée. Les animations du soir sont top également. L'équipe d'accueil, technique, le bar : que des personnes accueillantes pour que vous passiez un bon séjour. Que dire de plus 20/20

La piscine est un peu froide, elle vous saisit quand vous y rentrez, mais on y rentre quand même :) (celle de chadotel Saint-Cyprien est plus chauffée)

Camping très agréable , bien animé , très bonne semaine de passer.
