The mobile home was ideal for our short stay and ideally located for a day at Disneyland. The little shop and bedding option made things easier. The office staff were very helpful before we arrived.

No airconditioning or fans, the children could not sleep at night The reception was closed with a sign of be right back and they did not anwser the phone. I stood there for 20 minutes with 2 todlers. In an email sent to me it described check in could be in de morning. That was for the pitches which it does not say! I had to pay 50 euro early acces for 3 hours... for their mistake. The shop has almost nothing and the supermarket is 20 minutes away.

Ons verblijf was schoon en ruim. Vriendelijke medewerkers. Vooral de jongeren die op het park werken en de restaurant medewerkers waren erg vriendelijk.

Een groter aanbod in het winkeltje zou een aanwinst zijn. Er is nu weinig beschikbaar. Dus je moet zelf met de auto weg opzoek naar een supermarkt

The connection with Disney and Paris are okay. The safaritent was supercomfortable The camping has an easy going atmosphere

I liked staying at this site. It was very clean , staff were friendly and helpful. The pool area was nice and clean. The toilets were cleaned regularly. It have a nice family atmosphere. Its very secure. Just make sure ur back before midnight as they dont let cars in past barrier past midnight , but there is safe parking to leave your car untill morning. I think this is good as no1 wants cars driving around after midnight waking u up. Ill definelty stay here again.. Thankyou for a pleasurable stay 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁥󠁮󠁧󠁿 😊

More selection in the shop. Freezing facilitys would be nice, not many sites do this , but it would be nice for campers to rent freezer space or sell ice 😊

We had a good week. Pitch was really big and a lot of shadow.

Position of the (dirty) trash containers is in the middle of the campsite. Makes it easy to reach, but then surround them with fences. But I would move it to the field at the entrance. Pool was to busy and sometimes dangerous with kids jumping everywere and drunk english.

Good facilities and plots were great. Son loved the pools.

No shuttle bus to Disney as explained on website, despite visiting in August. Not Disney friendly unless driving there as no buses that run local (40min walk to bus stop) and too remote for taxi’s / uber.

Lovely little place and our mobile home was very clean when we arrived.

We arrived late due to delays at Dover so could not check in with reception as they had already closed. We also left at 8.30am to ensure we were in Calais on time to return home but there was no information about checking out so after wandering around, I eventually found the key box. Otherwise, a lovely stay.

We used the park as a base for a trip to Paris as a family and the information about trains and parking was perfect. We relaxed for 5 days there and the unit was clean and brilliant decking area for outside dining and family time in evenings. Pools were perfect, busy at times BUT not an issue really as everyone enjoys themselves. Tennis courts were a really great addition for us as well. Thank you again!

Maybe a few more games machines/tables in the inside bar area for kids to entertain themselves in evenings if parents enjoying a drink outside? Only a air hockey table at moment, could easily add some other machines perhaps?

A location relatively close to Paris / Disneyland which was quite nice. That's the most posive about the campsite besides the very cheap price.

Staff was rather unfriendly except the reception. The toilet building was not very clean and needed maintencance. It looked old and dingy. There was no hot water which we let the reception know on our first day there. On day number 7 it still wasn't fixed. We had to boil water in order to have some hot water to do our dishes. The pool area is not looked after and was very crowded by a big group of french teenagers who came off very disrespectful to the others guests in the pool area. Pool need maintenance and pool water was dirty. Garbage made the whole area stink.

Clean the showers and toilets!! Absolutely not to (any) standards most certainly not a 4 star rating. Water of the swimming pool was dirty!

We really enjoyed our stay here. 2 families - we had separate lodges, they weren't luxurious but very servicable and clean when we got there. We would have liked a small oven but never mind. The site was clean and the staff were really helpful and welcoming - the kids loved the pool and we would definately go back.

Very good campsite. Very quiet when we visited. We camped in our tent and there were so many pitches to choose from. My son loved it which was the main thing.

The pools could do with being heated a little

The safari tent was clean and comfortable

No staff on site all night. We were up all night whilst a group of people were dancing with loud music, spitting outside and being sick outside of our tent until 6am in the morning meaning we had no sleep whatsoever. There is no security on site and no one to contact out of hours.

We had a good stay.

The toilets and showers were not in a good state, they need a good clean. There were some not so nice smells in the shower area.

The mobile home was very dirty and needed a massive upgrade and shouldn't have been rented out. Best thing about it was the decking except you couldn't open the bedroom window due to decking blocking it. Even after cleaners came out it was still dirty just glad they got rid of what looked like droppings. Was never offered a move just didn't have to clean when we left which wouldn't have made a difference if I had anyway.

Dirty floors doors windows blinds and what looked like droppings under the beds. Broken door frames nailed back in. Warped frames from what looked like there had been a flood in the van. The whole mobile smelt of damp and mould. Counter broken/wobbly shelf broken and missing in bathroom. Ground in dirty all over the floors kitchen plinths under the wardrobe and heater in bedroom. Heater in living room broken. Spiders and webs all over the place and returned even after cleaned.
