"Pool closed "
The pitch was lovely

The pool was closed even though it was 23 degrees and the site was full. Long walk to any amenities

You stayed with us at the end of September, the campsite when you came was far from being full, it was only 30% full!!! Now regarding the closure of the swimming pool, there are several reasons for this. Indeed when you came the temperatures were high during the day for the end of September, they had not been as high during September. On the other hand, at night they drop and sometimes a lot, and the pool can therefore lose up to 1.5 degrees. It must be understood that the pool heat pump cannot make up for this loss even if it is hotter during the day. In addition, when we close it at the end of October, it must be at a certain temperature, in short everything is calculated. Everything cannot be done with the snap of a finger, there are technical phases to respect. The second reason is that when the campsite opens we give the opening and closing dates of the swimming pool to the State services which control swimming pools open to the public, the date is therefore given in April! As for amenities, if you are talking about camping amenities, we cannot keep all the services open in low season. But everything is specified on our website, the site on which you made your reservation.

"Beautiful country setting, great place!"
Easy booking and online payment. Website had English translation. Polite reception, good English spoken. Refunded the difference when I showed my ACSI card. Fresh bakery products to order. Stunning location on a series of lakes. Beautiful peaceful walks. Great place overall.

Not clear on booking that swimming pool would be shut.

Flat pitch, hedged for privacy. Water, EHU and grey waste on the pitch. Excellent vfm. Good, clean, shower facilities. Clean toilets (we don’t expect seats or toilet paper in France!).

Pitch was rather muddy, like a very big unit or awning had been there a while and it had rained. Other pitches less shaded and dry.

Very nice pitches. Lots of bathrooms. Nice mini farm as part of the site.

Bit too near the motorway but I’m a heavy sleeper!

"Lovely lowkey campsite"
We loved staying here! Friendly staff, clean and well cared for camp, family friendly feel and amazing location.

Our pitch was spacious and the hedges gave a sense of privacy. We enjoyed the visits from the chickens!
